Everything was perfect

This was the first time we stayed at San Pedro and at The Landings at Tres Coscos. It was very comfortable and quiet. Kimberly and Chad made everything very easy for us.

Great location first of all! Just north of the bridge so you can decide if you’re going North or South that day. Definitely need a golf cart, and Kimberly will hook that up for you. The property is beautiful, laid back patio, the pool was never crowded, it was just what we needed! My favourite thing was to sit in the morning with the breeze and sunshine by the water. Condo was very comfortable with great AC, 2 bathrooms, good living room, parking just behind our back door. It was all so easy! Thanks guys.

We had a wonderful stay! Kimberly and Chad were excellent hosts from greeting us at the airport to setting up our activities (and we had to reschedule a few with the weather). The location is fantastic and we the beach was so nice. We loved the interior of the condo for the two couples and one kid.

Great communication and help from management team. Nice to have the little bar - restaurant next door. Our condo needed some overall maintenance.

Property location was perfect for visiting the entire Island. Chad and Kim were both amazing. They made everything so simple for us. Booking our Trop Air, Golf Cart and excursions was a great extra perk. 😁

This was our second trip to Ambergris Caye and opted for The Landings just north of the bridge after staying south at Mahogany Bay previously. This location was much better for what we enjoy doing, which is heading into town regularly and hitting the northern spots. Having the market right behind the property came in handy and is super convenient. The small waterfront bar, Coco’s Loco, is right next door and we always had a good time with the locals and tourists- food was really good as well. About our hosts Kimberly and Chad, their communication prior to arrival, during our stay and right up to our departure was second to none - can’t stress enough how easy they make the entire process. They set us up with our golf cart for the stay at a better price than we could have secured it on our own and anytime we need additional beverages they had them at our doorstep within a few minutes, they also pre stocked our fridge with our pre arrival requests. Thanks for a positive experience and making our time in Belize as stress free as possible.

The unit was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. The pool and "beach" were steps from our first floor location. We found the living area spacious and comfortable.

This condo was really impressive! huge, clean, in great working condition. Well stocked kitchen and great appliances. Super spacious rooms and common areas. Kim and Chad are great property managers, we got picked up and dropped off at the airport. They even got us checked in at departure. They also assisted us with booking activities (snorkeling, fishing), renting the golf cart, even booking our connecting flight into San Pedro and a cell phone for emergencies!. They provided outstanding and personalized service.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Landing. Kim & Chad were helpful before our trip answering our questions. During our stay they helped with booking our snorkeling adventure. This is very helpful as they know the person who owns the boat so we were in good hands. They were onsite so we were able to call with questions. The apartment was a great size for 5 adults. Everything was very clean & well equipped. It’s very close to San Pedro & there’s a grocery store adjacent to the property. There’s also a cute outside bar/restaurant onsite that you should check out called Coco Loco.

First and foremost, Kimberly and Chad made this trip even more incredible for my family and me with thier warmth and expertise and dilligence. The property was amazing and the condo was lovely, but again, it was the fact that with one phone call, our family could get more supplies delivered, get an excursion booked, and have any question answered that made the trip perfect for us. The wifi inside of the condo is a bit sketchy at times, but it always worked great at the pool. Fun, fun place to stay and we can't wait to go back.

Property was well kept. Clean , quiet location but yet close enough to San Pedro downtown that you could go to town within 5 min on golf cart. Mini supermarket is right on the corner to the entrance of Bermuda beach. Very convenient location for just about everything you want to do while I. Ambergris Caye

Kimberly and Chad are the best hosts ever! Answered all of our questions, helped us with where to go, booking tours, getting us to and from the airport, etc. Apt was well appointed, had all we needed including several toiletries and paper products. Location was great, view was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the patio everyday!

This was our second time staying in the same unit, and I now consider it our home away from home. It's very comfortable, well equipped, is very well-located, and it's very quiet! We had more than we needed for the two of us. We were able to easily get to everything we wanted to get to when we wanted to be out, but we found plenty of peace when we wanted peace. Will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful. My family had a wonderful time and would return.

Perfect size for 5, nice amenities.

Our group of 5 spent 8 nights recently in Kimberly's place. The condo had everything we needed and provided plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kimberly was very responsive if we needed anything. I'd recommend renting a golf cart through her as she will provide a bridge pass for your stay. The condo is just north of town yet close enough that you could walk to town if you chose to. Also, just a short drive north are a number of restaurants. The little bar right next to the property, Coco Locos was a hoot. The only downside is the water out front of the condo was only swimmable 1 day during our stay. Overall I give her place 4.5 stars and would recommend staying there.
