This is a great place to stay! Homey and warm. Willis was super nice and left tons of goodies to make our stay even more comfortable. Lots of street parking, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Willis was great at communicating, from the check in process to replying during our stay for questions about where to shop for groceries to after when he's still prompt to reply when I inquired if we'd left our daughter's bed time book at the space. Enjoyed the clean place and the considerate touches Willis had in place that made it feel more comfortable and a home away from our home. Thank you Willis!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was recovering from surgery and it was the perfect little hideaway for me. Neighbors are nice, and property is clean and comfortable.

Has an air mattress for the living room for people to sleep on, has fans in the living room and bedroom, but the cool air at nice was too. The host was super responsive and active in messaging. This was my first time being back in LA in years. Mr. Willis is all about communication. If you need anything, just ask. He is attentive and warm. He also leaves awesome goodies! The property was cozy and nostalgic for me. I know it's listed as an apartment, but it felt like I was in a home it was so spacious. The neighborhood is quite and I slept like a baby during my entire stay. It is located in a central location, so you are not far from all the tourist attractions, So-Fi Stadium, the Forum, etc. I rented a car, so I was able to utilize the street parking as well. Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze. If you are going to be in the area, this is the place to be. Mr. Willis and the property are top notch!

Property was exactly as described. Willis left goodies and breakfast items for us and always responded quickly to our questions. Always easy to find a parking spot. Air conditioning was a little funky but got the job done.

Owner was great to work with. House was in a good location and was quiet, easy access to the stadium. Pullout couch was very uncomfortable, possibly broken?!

From the comfortable furnishings to the tasteful and unique decor, our stay was awesome! Willis was pleasant and very accommodating with my numerous requests. We felt like we were coming home. The location was perfect for numerous beaches, shopping and dining out. We also cooked several of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I could easily live there! Thank you Willis! Comfortable accommodation, appreciated the breakfast and cookies that were left. But, the cupboards and fridge need sorting out! They are full to overflowing with food, many of which items have passed their sell by date and lots of other "stuff".

I was really pleased, I loved the place, I felt like being at home. Very quiet and clean. Mr Willis was always available for any questions, when we arrive Mr Willis had left cookies and breakfast for our stay. I will definitely go back next time I’m in L.A. Thank you Mr Willis.

Willis’s home was a great find as I was working at the Forum and so happy to find a place near by. It is a very quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and pretty much anything you’d need near by. It is also very close to the airport which is a plus. Thank you Willis!

So our 2nd stay here at this beautifully kept home was even more warm and inviting as we felt we were coming home to our 2nd home. Willis takes care of every little detail, which makes it superior to any other property we have ever stayed at. In my opinion once you have stayed here, no other place can come close to compare to! Everything about this place was nice. It felt like home. We were all comfortable. Its accessible to get to all the hotspots in LA. The owner went grocery shopping for us. Great service and can't wait to return in 2018.

This is my second time having the pleasure of staying at this lovely property. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood not fact from the airport. There is plenty parking available. I highly recommend this 1 bedroom home for your next stay.

What a beautiful home! I had read the reviews before we decided to rent it and believe me the reviews don't come close to absolutely how wonderful this home is! This property is not only well taken care of, inside and out, but gives you the feeling when you walk in the door that you are home! From some food in the refrigerator to all kinds of amenities you might have forgotten, like your toothbrush. The gentleman who owns this is fabulous on every detail and lets you know he is available via text or phone for any question you might have during your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location to just about anywhere in the area was awesome! Will we be back? Absolutely! We won't stay anywhere else!
