This condo is perfect for two people. It has a nice open kitchen, two large TVs (one in living room
and one in bedroom), a nice balcony and a well appointed bathroom with washer/dryer. An amenities pass (request from owners) to the local pool will get you access to a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Bus service via the blue line is about a 4
minute walk from the door (indian springs stop) and the red line is nearby as well. You can transfer from blue to red easily as well on the first stop after boarding at indian springs.

We had a great stay at Hank's condo. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials. Communication was great, and check-in was a breeze. We were out of the house for most of our trip but were happy to have a nice, comfortable place to come to in the evenings. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The property was just what we'd hoped for; clean, well appointed, quiet and close to a variety of hiking trails (without getting into our vehicle). We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks to our host, Hank, who was kind and prompt with answers to our questions.

When we arrived everything was very very nice… Hank had coffee for us in the morning…
He was very accommodating when we asked questions… The kitchen had everything we needed at even more… We had a very enjoyable stay… We would definitely go back there again… It’s very close to our friends, so the location was perfect

Really the property was very nice. It's hot at night in July without air conditioning, but there was a fan to put by an open window.
What's disappointing is I choose this location over a different one because it has swimming access.
We didn't get to use the pool because of a delay in getting the passes. The system needs to be more clear and garenteed, if it's going to be offered to the tenent. This was very disappointing.

We went to SunValley for a wedding. Hank was so communicative beforehand about a water main breaking and providing solutions for us. Thankfully it was fixed pretty quickly and didn’t impact our stay to much. He was also very thorough which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

I've staid at this condo many times as I find it meets my family's needs very well. The layout of the condo is great with good storage for clothing and gear. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in. The condo is extremely well maintained and all pillows, linens, towels, etc are high quality. I look forward to our next stay!

We love the Sun Valley area and were happy we got to return for a family wedding nearby. We like the location of Elkhorn village. A morning hike up Dollar revealed 360 views and wildflowers galore. Don’t know if I’ve ever see Sun Valley so green! The condo was clean, well stocked and check in was easy.

Wonderful location to visit family living in the area! Being near the bus stop to ride into town, great walking paths, and access to the swimming pool made for an easy vacation. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Information and communication from the owners were excellent.

Highly recommended! The property was very comfortable and clean. It had all the extra amenities that I usually don't see (soaps, games, books, condiment items in cupboard). Great location to town. Walking/biking trail excellent.

I stayed at this property for a month in July, 2021. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It's in a quiet area. The directions and instructions were well organized and clear. The kitchen is very well stocked. The front-load washer/dryer are new and worked well.
The unit is not air conditioned, which is common in Ketchum/Sun Valley, but it remained comfortable during hot weather. The weather was quite warm (highs in the upper 90s) during the first half of my visit, but the unit is well insulated and remained very comfortable (mid 70s) during the day.
Note that the bicycles mentioned in the amenities are no longer available.

WE were very pleased with the property, the amenities and the responsiveness from the property owner. Directions and instructions were clear … the property was located in a very nice neighborhood , just a few miles from Ketchum/ Sun Valley . I would definitely recommend VRBO to anyone planning a vacation . I will certainly use them again .

Wonderful condo. Especially loved the well organized, complete, easy to use to use kitchen that is also lovely. Everything was comfortable, relaxed and attractive. Their book was informative and helpful. Also enjoyed the aspen trees right off the balcony and out the bedroom window. Everything worked beautifully we were so happy we chose this condo for our trip to come to Idaho to see the Solar Eclipse which was magnificent
