Really enjoyed our stayed at this super clean and comfortable home! Russ was great to work with and was very helpful with any questions.

House was clean and everything was well maintained. Russ was easy to get a hold of and even offered to refund our pool heat charge since the weather had been so warm and we didn't need it. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Russ' place.

The property was great for a month-long stay in the heat of summer. The walking trails were nice and close by, leading through the adjoining neighbourhoods. The pool was great; the TVs in the house were new and large. Garage offered plenty of space for our car. The location of the property was excellent, with grocery stores, fitness center, and large shopping chains nearby. Mostly, having the I-10 and 303 interchange just minutes away was very useful, as we took quite a few day trips. Other useful features for us: alarm for the house; extensive set of cooking utensils; pool umbrella & night light; large TVs in living room & master bedroom; large selection of towels; thermostat setting was comfortable. We were most impressed by the quick and friendly assistance that the owner Russ provided with any minor issues that arose. We were very grateful to him for looking into getting us the cable TV channels and other small things that came up. Big thanks to him for the great service.

Home was nice and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and roadways. Communication with host was easy and responsive. Overall a nice place to stay.

This is the first time we visited Arizona and the first time we used VRBO and we were very happy with everything! The house was clean, the pool was just the right size, and it was close to everything! We will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! Our group was in town for a volleyball tournament and the girls loved relaxing at the pool. It was nice and quiet and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Much better than a hotel stay!

I was elated with our stay. 4 BR All with comfy beds, tv’s & great storage space. The master en-suite with the great soaker tub was just the ticket after long days hiking. We probably utilized more outdoor space than anywhere. Grilling, family meals & pool fun. This is not a small pool either. Communication with owner was top class. Quick response time & very helpful & accommodating. I could see local families taking staycations here all year. WalMart & everything else shopping/dining less than 3 miles.

Made the trip from Indiana to visit our daughter for the Thanksgiving. Was the perfect spot and a central location to what we wanted to visit. Russ was great to work with.

The weather was perfect, warm & sunny every day. We spent many hours in the pool, working on our suntans. All was perfect. The owner is always quick to accomdate any needs or requests. We would highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for 10 days. The place is fully equipped, very comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere and the communication with Russ was excellent. Pictures do no justice. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed at this property twice and had fantastic experiences both times. Russ is great to work with and very attentive to detail. The location is close to two major highways, and the house is very clean and perfect for a family.

I was in the area to see my daughter that goes to college in Arizona. Some Friends also joined me. We loved the pool and outside area. Russ was very responsive. Canyon Trails near by were great for my morning runs.

It was a wonderful place to stay! It had a nice kitchen with all the utensils we needed. We had a car rental and it was fantastic to have a spacious garage with a remote opener. The pool turned out to be our favorite amenity and we stayed home a few days just to relax and enjoy it. If we travel to Phoenix again, we will definitely stay here!

A great place to kick back and relax. We took our 5 kids (ages 2-15) for some sunshine and relaxation. The house had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was perfect for our family and the outdoor space had plenty of chairs and places to hang out! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed taking walks and bringing the kids over to the park. Communication with the owner was always prompt! Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Russ excels in vacation rental hospitality!!! We enjoyed access to Canyon Trails for biking in this quiet neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped private backyard for our Winter getaway.

We had a relaxing stay at this property. Pool was great, everyone had space to sleep and relax and the owner was responsive too. We visited the playgrounds that were nearby and could get around quite easily. We would stay at this location again.

Enjoyed the heated pool, huge closet in the master bedroom and walking trails close to the house.

Russ is an exceptional host. The property is spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. And, the backyard area and pool are beautiful. We’d give 6 stars if we could!
