The condo can sleep 9 very comfortably, but there are a few drawbacks. There are not enough kitchen chairs to sit 9 around the dining table and the cutlery and dishwashing pouch are limited. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Property was clean and comfortable. We could not find the dumpster and had to find an alternate location for our garbage.

This was an extremely clean, comfortable and spacious condo rental. It had everything that we needed, inside with especially comfortable beds! It was extremely simple to check in and check out. The only inconvenient thing was finding the trash dumpster! having a local restaurant and a market close by was nice. The mountains and views were just stunning. The Omni resort is beautiful to visit and we had a blast at Santas Village and then Clark’s trading Post.

Had a fun weekend with some friends and absolutely loved the house. 5 mins from the wedding and everything else we needed. Hope to be back in the winter for the slopes!

In general we enjoyed staying there. But Wi-Fi was not efficiently functioning and the location of trash dumping place was wrongly mapped in information book.

Comfortable, family oriented property.

From start to finish this was such an enjoyable vacation and stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and spotless upon arrival. We were minutes from skiing and many other outdoor activities. The kitchen has plenty of pots, plates etc for cooking and there was plenty of room for all! A perfect spot for 2 families!

A warm and cozy condo across 302 from the resort. Easy access for skiing and a great spot to sit by the fire after.

We had a great time. The condo is close to the mountain, clean and homey! Would stay there again!

Property was clean and spacious

We stayed to be close to a family wedding at the Mount Washington Resort. The townhouse had ample space for us to be together and spread out to be able to work or nap as well as get ready for the events. The place was spotless with a well stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals. We would highly recommend this townhouse!

We did a ski weekend here, 4 guys, and it was perfect. The condo has all you need, the owner was a pleasure to work with and the location is central to absolutely everything. Check in/out was a breeze - very efficiently managed - and I thought the price was reasonable and commensurate with the property, I would certainly stay here again.

This is a condo that's basically across the street from Bretton Woods Mountain. You can see the slops from the living room couch which is cool. It snowed one day and we were able to get to the mountain while others couldn't and enjoy the powder.Good layout for a ski trip. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Carpeting allowed people to sleep in while others hung out or got up early (some hardwood, open-layout places bounce sound everywhere).The only cons / places for improvement:-Basement needs updating. Going downstairs is like time traveling back 20 years.-Showers don't have any shelves / soap dishes / etc. There's nowhere to put any soap or bottles which is weird.-Kitchen could use some organizing - there's so many utensils and pots/pans it's just chaos. Aside from those minor issues everything else was great.

we have previously stayed at another condo in the same vicinity, and this unit is really outdated compared to the other one. Basement is the part that needs the most update. Otherwise an okay stay. Make sure to bring your own essentials, specially for the kitchen. A lot of the kitchen essentials such as spices, etc, were already opened and really really old. If you're looking for a place to just spend the night, this might be the place.

We did enjoy our stay, the property manager was responsive to our questions and concerns. We did have several disappointments from the stay. The bathroom upstairs room on right, old toothpaste was not cleaned on the sink area. This caused concern with COVID. We wiped down that room and other items of concern. All fans were broken or made noise, it was hot and having no AC or working fans was not good. Additionally, several windows were broken and could not be opened to let fresh air in too cool us off. Finally, the TV did not work. The owner gave us a number to call and we felt it was not our responsibility to call the cable company especially for just a 2 night stay. That was very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It had beautiful views of the mountains from the deck and was so convenient to great hikes, Mt. Washington, golf and kayaking. There are so many amazing hikes and waterfalls close by. The house was very comfortable and everything we needed. There are plenty of fans, but we really didn't need them. The house has a great layout with a very nice living room and dining room for hanging out and bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. We took advantage of the grill a lot also.

Nestled in the woods and away from everyone. This area is beautiful and majestic. Place was big, clean and comfy.

The place is spacious and well-furnished. Overall, very comfortable with wonderful views of the ski mountain. Kitchen was missing some basics (like a can-opener) but those were minor points. The available shuttle was a great benefit as it meant we didn't need our cars all week long -- a huge plus by itself! The six of us had plenty of space for ourselves and to be together. Would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Arrival and departure process very easy. Condo was very clean and property manager was very responsive. The location of this condo is excellent to get to and from the ski slopes in less than 5 mins!

We had a great time and plenty of room for everyone. Full kitchen was great to make breakfast and dinner for everyone.

Great condo. It had everything we needed. Well decorated. Clean & comfortable with plenty of room. Nice views across the valley to Bretton Woods ski slopes. Great location close to the beautiful Mt. Washington hotel, the Cog Railway and dozens of walking/hiking trails around Crawford Notch. Stayed here over the Columbus Day weekend and we were rewarded with peak fall foliage color. Staying at this property during ski season would be fantastic.

This was our second time staying at this condo. We stayed her with another family and the unit fit us perfectly!

Excellent property with a GREAT location! Very comfortable and homey. Plenty of space to be a group or to fins your won space to relax. We will definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, clean, well stocked

This past February break we stayed at this condo with another family. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. It was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was also very convenient to the lodge. We had such a fun weekend skiing! We would definitely rent this condo again.

We arrived later than we thought, the house was open for us, heat and lights are on. The map provided was easy to follow. Great location for skiers, very close to the mountain, lodge, mt.washington hotel. The house decor is ski lodge vibe, very cozy, great layout for families w children. The mud room area at entrance is perfect for jackets, boots and hallway closet is right there, although was a bit cluttered w other storage items inside. Great common rooms downstairs for kids, tv, read while upstairs can be used to for conversation or adults. A few drawbacks: *sheets did not fit mattresses. A bit annoying when it's all crumble up under you while sleeping. *Perhaps a dish rack can be provided under the sink for hand washing items. *And we wish check out time can be extended to 11 am. as non skiers can stay til then and meet the rest for lunch at the lodge. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again! Thank you Maggie. Everything is easy and organized.

We had a wonderful stay at this Townhouse! Plenty of room for our party and a great downstairs area for the kids to watch TV. We had trouble figuring out the tv/DVD player and the maintenance came right away to help us. The shuttle was super quick and convenient to the mountain and over to the Mount Washington Hotel for a visit to The Cave. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Can't wait to return!

This condo was perfect for my friends and I to enjoy a quick few days on the mountains before a wedding weekend in the area. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and the property was very comfortable for all of us. We'd be happy to stay here again! Super close to Bretton Woods and about 30 mins to Loon and Attitash. Spectacular views of the Presidentials off the back deck.
