Great location, very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Property was updated and very clean. Full kitchen and nice living room area. Host was very helpful. We plan on staying there again.

This was our first trip to Fort Myers Beach and it was a fun time. Our location was good to most restaurants and bars and was only one block from the beach. The tram provides free rides to time square and pickup spot was only a few blocks from this property. We had plenty of room for the two couples and all the amenities we needed. There was a nice backyard area to sit and relax or have a few drinks at the outdoor bar area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend property to others.

Condo was everything shown in the pictures on the website and more. The appointments in each room make the space feel like home and the sitting and entertainments spaces outside are better. The weather did not permit us to fully use this space but I can imagine several couples truly enjoying the bar and sitting areas. The location to 2 great restaurants and the gulf beach in walking distance of less than 3 minutes was our greatest pleasure.

It’s clean, cozy, and has everything you need for the beach, or cooking out, or going to historical places like the Mound House and Matanza Preserve. Dan, the owner, is very sweet and super knowledgeable about the area, and can help you choose great places to eat and visit.

This property is excellent!!!! The owner basically thought of Everything you would need.

This place was Exactly as described. When you stay here you need to bring absolutely nothing, Except your clothes and relaxing skills. It’s clean, modern., and comfortable. Location was perfect far enough away from Times Square, but close enough that you can drive there in five minutes. We stayed there a month and we absolutely enjoyed every day. A true gem !! The apartment was exactly as advertised, newly remodeled throughout and extremely clean in a very friendly neighborhood. All the finishes and appliances were top of the line. The beach was a 3 minute walk away with easy access. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, linens, a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and outdoor amenities. Dan even left quarters for the washer ! The shops and eateries Dan suggested were spot on. Would strongly recommend Heavenly Biscuit and the Fresh Catch Bistro. The backyard patio, Tiki bar, grill and porch furniture are a great addition. All around the perfect place for a wonderful vacation. Our only disappointment, the apartment is already booked for our time slot next year. But we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your place with us Dan !!

We were very very happy with this choice. I would jump at the chance to stay here again. The condo is even more attractive, and beachy, in person. It felt very spacious for two couples. It was VERY well appointed. We had everything available that we could possibly need from cooking gear to beach chairs and umbrella.. I found it an easy walk up to the square but the trolley stop is right there if you’d rather ride. (Download the app to see where the trolley is in real time.) Beach access is great. The outdoor entertaining areas at the condo are fantastic. We enjoyed the grill when we made a surf and turf dinner. The owner was very nice and professional. I gave it 5 stars because that was the max but I’m awarding it a 6th star in this review since it went above and beyond expectations.

Everything was great! The home was perfect, lovely shared space in the back enhanced our stay. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, owner was excellent! Very happy we stayed here!

Dan was a great host. Quick to respond. We found his unit to be very accommodating. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. I don't have a bad thing to say.
