Wasp problem due to scrren door not closing properly. On a positive note this properly offers a great look at the north side of the villages. These are not run of the mill modulers people resent there

It was a nice stay in the villages. The property is roomy and the owners are very nice people. It needs updated and needs cleaned very well. The property had some maintenance issues that were addressed immediately and they offered a refund due to unexpected water problem. Furniture needs replaced with more functionality. Empty cabinet space would be a plus as well. I love this area and will be back to Spanish springs.

The owners of this sweet home are the HOSTS with the MOST! They could not do more to make sure you enjoy your stay…the home has everything you need, lovely decor; I met lots of wonderful neighbors as well. Sad to leave !

Overall the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were a few small issues that were addressed and other issues forwarded to the owners. The owners were great to work with. Would recommend the property for rental.
Only down side was that it was at a somewhat busy intersection!

Host met us at the rental. Amazing. Very well stocked and fun golf cart (weather was colder so we didn't get a chance to use it except 3 times lol). Location was perfect. Thank you for making this a comfortable stay. We'll be back.

Perfect location for attending a bowling tournament at Spanish Springs Lanes. Property owner was attentive with prompt communication during our stay. Checkin in and out process was fast and easy. Having access to a washer and dryer for our 10 day stay was appreciated.

Thought and heart went into this clean, organized, comfy home. It's close to Spanish Springs square and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood. The home isn't new but it's updated and equipped with everything--linens are new, if one cooks I think every gadget is there, wifi/cable, W/D, golf cart, and Villages access passes. We stayed right after hurricane Ian went through so initially there were a couple of items that needed attention but Kate took care of everything as soon as she was notified. Kate and Lonnie are friendly, excellent hosts. We would definitely stay again.

The woman owner was nice her husband on the other hand was rude, aggressive, and pretentious. Lingering moldy smell. Owner stated prior to check in that the condo had a moldy smell. She attempted to address the smell by turning on a air purification unit in condo. At the end of our stay despite running air purification unit smell still lingered possibly dog urine in rugs in bedrooms, and front room. Carpets need removed or professionally cleaned. They desperately need to invest in new mattresses as beds were not comfortable. The owners husband was very rude . We will not be back .

Kate’s place felt like a home from the start. Very cute decor and the home has everything any guest would need. Location is great, close to all the shopping, restaurants and the Villages amenities. Our furry babies loved the nearby dog park. Golf cart is a fun way to get around. Kate is a wonderful host and her communication is flawless. Danke schön!

Thanks to Kate and her welcome for us! A great way to start learning about the Villages and experiencing all that's available! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, including a tour done via 2 separate cars so we were all safe! All needed linens and kitchenware was available and so nicely laid out! Cart was available for our use (great way to get around!) and we loved the openness and spaciousness of the property - more than enough room for both of us!

Kate went above and beyond to accommodate me. The house itself is bright, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and it had everything I needed plus many extra touches - the owners thought of everything! The community has lots of great amenities, as well, which is a wonderful bonus. Very positive experience!

What a beautiful home, that has all the the necessities. Golf cart was awesome. Property comes with all the information and amenities you can get and Kate had it all organized and laid out for us. Kate and her Husband were by far our best experience we’ve had when it comes to hosts and making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this home and host.Thank you guys!!

The owner went way above expectations to ensure check in was a breeze.Very clean and homey feel.Reasonably priced for the season.Owner was always responsive-huge plus Cart does not have room for golf clubs on the back, just an extra expense we didn’t count on because we do a lot of golfing there.
