House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. It is just a few short steps from the Main Street in Breckenridge and you can walk to the lifts. However, a bus stop is literally just outside your door and it will take you right to the base of the lifts. Owner was helpful and always responsive.

This home provides a great place to gather families and friends. The kitchen is well equipped both for meal prep and visiting. The dining room has room for 8+ making a great place for fun conversations. The bedding was the best we have found with a generous amount of linens (laundry equipment provides quick turns for new guests). All those things with a big hot tub and wick access to town, hiking, and the dog park.

This house was phenomenal for our ski trip. It was not just close to the lifts but also to the main downtown strip. It made for a easy time.

We enjoyed every minute of our weeks-long stay in this lovely historic home. The location at French and Adams in the Historic District is unbeatable - everything in town is within a 5-minute walk. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and well appointed, and the living and dining areas are generous and comfortable. Great views in all directions, including from the bedrooms. The hot tub is a definite plus, and our dog loved the yard and the nearby Carter Park Dog Park. The owner was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely return to this home and hope to do so soon!

We had a large group ranging from 3 to 71. The number of bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for us. The house is laid out wonderfully for us, and furnished with everything we could need. The only aspect that caused a brief hiccup was that we thought the house was air-conditioned; but we couldn't figure out where the a/c unit was. We bought a couple box fans, and all was well. And despite this one issue, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Family Ski Vacation
The house was perfect for our extended family to stay for a ski vacation. It is in a terrific location, just a couple blocks off of Main Street in Breckenridge and only a block from the grocery store. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Break at Breck
We have just had an excellent holiday at this house in the historic district. It is excellently located for both the town and the slopes and had all of the amenities we were looking for - great view of the mountains from the hot tub.
The owners were very quick to fix an issue we had with the dishwasher.
Overall if we come back to Breck we'd all love to stay here again

Breck 2022
Three families with a total of 12 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for everybody. Great location! The walk to town was a breeze and easy access to skiing. The bonus was Carter Park. The park was two blocks from the house and had free sledding. We enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Great house and location!
We were a group of 9 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. There is a nice and very spacious kitchen, living room and dining room. The house was in a great location with walking distance to main st. and either Peak 9 lift or gondola. Bart was an excellent host with quick and efficient responses. I highly recommend his house for your next vacation!

Best Location!
The location of this property was amazing, close to everything you could possibly want in Breckenridge. It can be hard to find enough individual beds for larger groups and this house was great for our group varying from age 2 to 64. Our host was very quick to respond with any issues that came up. The only thing that would make this house perfect is dedicated ski and boot storage near the entryway. We kept skis in the laundry area which was awkward and small, and ski and snow boots by the front door which ended up becoming a mess pretty quickly with 2 pairs of boots each for 10 people. Otherwise it was a gorgeous house and we would stay again!

Wonderful experience
Our family had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration for our mother. The kids and adults alike loved the property and location. The only downside to the trip was having to leave! We will def return and stay longer next time. This home is charming and so accommodating. Everything we could have needed was there and the location to town for shopping and awesome food was perfect. Grocery and liquor store also within walking distance! Bus rte stop on the property is a massive plus for getting to the gondola for a day on the slopes.
We def fell in love with Breckinridge and will have to return.

Breckinridge Christmas Wonderland
The house was as advertised. However, we were cold the entire time. The kitchen, however, had a gas standalone furnace, which was the one warm spot in the house against the daily snow. The main problem is the doors have drafts because they do not fit the opening snuggly. The same problem existed with the windows. The. Property manager is not prompt in response. My 79 year old husband shoveled the snow, because she didn’t send anyone to shovel before our last day!

Historic Downtown Home
The home was perfect for our large family and pets! We had family dinners at the large dining table, enjoyed the front patio and hot tub in the backyard and walked to the grocery store and Main Street. It was perfect!

Great location for family ski trip
Great location and house! We had 11 people from age 12-56 and we loved the layout of the house. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved congregating in the kitchen drinking coffee and fixing breakfast and then playing games at the large dining room table. At first, I thought some would be disappointed there is only one TV but we ended up playing more games together!

Breckenridge Family Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was fantastic for shopping for grandma, sledding with the kids, and shuttle to skiing. Very convenient for all. The house was kiddo friendly and had baby gates and a play pen for our youngest.

Perfect for a guys-trip
Loved the location - a block from market and liquor store, and block from Main Street. Bus stop to mountain right out the door, runs every 20 mins and was on time each day. We skied hard each day, hot tub late afternoon and great dinners at night. The group debated whether ski in/out is better than a downtown location, and though the group was split, there is no doubt this would be a top choice for for the latter. Only downside, and we kind of liked this aspect, is that it is an old house (registered landmark actually). There are some creaky boards and pipes, but that adds to the charm. I would highly recommend this for 2 families, large family, or trip with friends.

Amazing Property
We had an amazing stay in Breckenridge. This house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds, great private hot tub and good communication from Sarah! The shuttle is at the doer! We will definitely make this our home again next time in Breckenridge!

Perfect location
Stayed here for a family ski trip. The view from the kitchen sink window was amazing. Looks out at horseshoe bowl and you want watch the groomers. There was plenty of room to move around. Easy two block walk to Main St and the bus picks you up right outside your door to get to the slopes.

Fantastic Location
This was a very nice house in a fantastic location. The Blue Bus Route is literally in front of your house. This bus runs every 20 minutes and brings you directly to multiple places to catch the lift for snow skiing. It is 2 blocks from the middle of Main Street in a great location. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can need. The house was very clean. The hot tub was great. We will definitely look to rent this house again.

We’ll Be Back!
Amazing location, my wife literally cried when we had to leave. We’ve been to Breck dozens of times but we’ve always stayed up on the resort side of Main St and shuttled down to town. This time we were driving in so we picked this lovely home and we were treated to an entirely new Breck experience. The house is awesome. Plenty of room in the common area for a large group and we had no problem spreading out with our family of seven. We used the hot tub every afternoon which is a huge treat. The manager and owner were both extremely quick in communicating and resolving our only question. My wife and daughter are asking me to find any availability in March to go back. That should sum it up.

Family Birthday Weekend
We celebrated 5 Zero birthdays in our family- one 60, two 40’s and two 30’s. This was a great house to sleep the 12 of us. The kitchen is always our gathering place, and this kitchen was just the right size. The dining room table fit all of us to gather for our meals. Restaurants were readily available. We were able to walk, hike, bike, drive and ride the free bus or gondola every where we wanted to go. Great place for family and friend gatherings.

Awesome property and owner...
Property and location is A+. Bart is awesome and very understanding. Our stay was diminished by the Covid-19 situation as they day before we checked in, Vale resorts announced the shut-down of all N. American resorts. In addition the Breckenridge city council decided the next day that they were shutting down all business in Breck by 10:00 PM Monday. So, we made the best of the situation. To no fault of the owner, VRBO, or us. If I had any suggestion it might be to add TV's to a couple more bedrooms upstairs. Having said that, if the mountain were open we'd have likely never used them. Thanks for your sharing your home with us Bart, much appreciated!

Great location downtown Breck
Proximity to downtown was our main draw to the house. We loved the location. Also enjoyed the historic house. Enough space for 10 adults. Very nice kitchen, stocked with all utensils we needed. Hot tub was a relaxing break. People came by during the stay and cleared the porches and walkways. Nice surprise with over a foot of snow on our first day.
Negatives: available parking at the house for only 2 vehicles. Heating system took a couple days get us comfortable (too hot for most of us). 2nd floor hall bath without a shower caused several trips up and down stairs. Altitude makes this tough on some of us.
Overall we were very pleased and would book this location again.

Perfect location!
This was our second time staying here. It’s the best location in town. Across the street from a grocery and liquor store, on the bus route, a block from main street shopping. My only negative would be the house this year is showing some rental wear and tear. Could use some new paint, towels, and a few dishes/bowls need replacing but nothing major totally still a great place to stay!

Great location in historic Breckenridge. Good location for skiing, shopping and groceries. No issues with the home or the location. Everyone had a great time, the fireplace and the gas stove were wonderful and the large kitchen and dining room worked out very well.

Historic house that is roomy and comfortable and is in an awesome location! Bus stop is outside door and 3 stops from skiing. Walk to town, close to trails and terrific hot tub for post hiking/skiing
