The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The bathroom looked a little dated and the shower could have been stronger.

The area is bit sketchy OK if you are in car I suppose. I was on foot having returned a rented car. People loitering around in groups and walking with black wheelie bags in tow and they weren't tourists. Not the hotel's fault of course but not exactly a great place for a late night stroll.

The room was clean.
The room was clean. When I checked in, the girl behind the desk was sitting on top of the counter! They weren't professional at all. There wasn't a sign on the building to even let me know this was the correct hotel. The pool area didn't look appealing at all!

Very friendly personnel and good value for money as long as you don't expect too much. Decently located as well with plenty of free parking in front of the hotel.
The place is clearly way beyond its prime and could use some major renovations. Breakfast selection needs to be improved as well.

The staff, really made me feel welcome. The room(s) were good, I stayed both on my trip out to California and on my return to Texas.
the bathroom in my second room, I think it was room 133. Injured my elbow using facility because of the tight placement between the tub and the vanity counter.

people working there were excellent every shift and every day. I was store manger for Walmart. Opened 3 super centers. Hired thousands of personnel and I would be proud to work with this staff.
not clean. remote was dirty and missing back. Hook on back of bathroom door was gone and poorly repaired. Soap was like using card board. Door key didn’t always work and no elevator. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. coffee in lobby was very good and available. I stayed in room 212.

The staff was nice and helpful
The facility needs major updating. The bathroom tub had rusty faucets and the paint was peeking from the walls. The baseboard was in need of replacing. The light and fan came on together and fan was very loud and annoying. We could not get new towels unless we asked for them. Our room was never cleaned for the 4 days we were there so the trash was running over and we did not get new sheets.
