Greal location and wonderful ocean views. Had everything we needed. The reason 4 instead of 5 Stars: I'm in my mid 60's, and the seating, both inside and out, was uncomfortable. Spent a lot of time whale watching and appreciating the ocean.okay if you weren't needing to sit for veey long.

Outstanding property for two, close to walk on beech and coastal activities. Parking at the site difficult when main house is also occupied. We would not hesitate to rent again.

The location is absolutely amazing with a picture perfect view of the beach and ocean right from the kitchen table! The property and furniture is old and perhaps a little tired, and could use some updating. The place was reasonably clean and the kitchen is well stocked for anything you need.

the only drawback to this place is parking. The view is fabulous, the yard is perfect for dogs & there is more than enough stuff in the kitchen for as long a time as you have to stay. It is very small & cozy & we enjoyed it thoroughtly

We loved the view from the property and the easy access to Nye Beach, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. It was an incredible bargain. If I lived in Oregon I would choose to stay here often. A real gem.

The location and amenities were exactly what we wanted when visiting the coast. The beach is an easy access walk with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The door and porch look right out to the beach.
The home has a very coastal vibe with the kitchen stocked well to prepare meals during your visit.
The place being pet-friendly was great and there is a private yard right when you walk out the door. The outdoor hose was much appreciated for everyone to rinse off after the beach to minimize bringing sand inside.

Very nice. Beautiful view. Took a little bit to find washer and dryer. Inside was clean. We were not impressed with fenced in yard. Grass was not mowed it was very high and there was garbage in the grass that we had to pick up.

Great location! Loved waking up and staring at the ocean and beach while drinking coffee! The house was a perfect cozy size for our small family with just what we needed kitchen wise to cook a few meals and also close enough to all the great rests in Nye beach neighborhood has to offer! The beach access was also very easy and we were able to visit the beach several times a day! Highly recommend!!

This was our 2nd vacation at this property, with the first time being at the main house 5 years ago. You really can't beat the location and views from this property and the fenced yard for our dog was a bonus. I'm sure we'll be back and we highly recommend for your Newport stay!

Perfect size for 2 people. It was very convenient to get down to the beach and you could enjoy the beach while staying at the house! It was very nice, thank you for letting us stay and enjoy the beach.

Everything about this space is awesome. The view, privacy, proximity to beach and restaurants and it has a well appointed kitchen. Will look forward to future bookings!

Highly recommended, clean beach house. Comfortable and well-equipped. Very steep entryway very difficult (almost impossible) for person using a walker to ambulate/navigate. Laundry is up 3 steps, again inaccessible. Bathroom, kitchen and living room very accessible.

I loved my stay, even with April showers, cloudy and lots of wind, the sound of the ocean, the wonderful ambiance of the Nye Beach area was a welcome vacation. Highly recommend.

Location has ok view of ocean. Biggest drawback is parking & access to unload your belongings. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

A very beachy, quirky property, needs some updating on walkway, but decor is very cute and adds to location. It’s in a perfect location close to amazing restaurants, shops, beach. Owners are very responsive.

This is an amazing beach accommodation that has a beautiful view and close beach access. It is clean and as advertised. It is within walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. It has a nice closed yard for our dogs. We would definitely rent it again.

This is our favorite place to stay in Newport. Dog friendly with a small yard. The property is on the beach with a beautiful view on the back of a larger house just a brief walk to beach access and Nye beach shops. We have stayed here multiple times and love it!

This property included a full range of amenities for a couple. It also somewhat reflected the historic part of Newport in which it is situated, with a mews-like entry and the quintessential seashore-themed decor. Close to the beach/parks/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, great view, but a few things were left out of the communication, such as restaurant closures and/or not even being open for much of our stay. Poorly lit and steep ramp (with falling apart hand rail) to get down to the entrance. Sticky, torn up duct taped screen door…I also wasn’t crazy about being asked to take trash out and start laundry at the end of our stay. We are neat and tidy people, but this is our vacation and I feel that should be included in housekeeping services.

Small guest house perfect for a couple. Amazing view of the ocean. Close to beach access (hills and stairs - so maybe not the best access for anyone with mobility challenges). Brief walk to coffee, food, shopping, etc. We really enjoyed it!

This little bungalow is old but in pretty good shape. Cleaning service needed to do a better job! Deck has great view of ocean! Everything you need for a week at the beach. We had beautiful weather, so we needed the missing window screens in bedroom and small sliding window left of sliding door. Great location by Nye beach, many places to eat within walking distance. And access to beach was 100 yards and 3 flights of stairs. If you can’t do stairs- just walk down 3rd street, take a left for 1/2 block and you are 1 block away from the beach.

What a cute shell-themed place with a great ocean view and easy beach access. The owners were so communicative and pleasant. Our dogs had their own potty yard. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. We hope to get back soon!
