Mahogany Hall is a quaint little boutique hotel on the Mopan river. The Jaguar room is a lovely little mahogany queen bed room with mahogany floors an armoire with TV and lovely mahogany night stands. The room affords a nice sized bathroom with shower. The room is much smaller than the Colonial room but walking out the door is what it’s all about. The second floor offers spectacular views of the Mopan river. This was our second stay here and would definitely stay again. Marsha, the manager, along with the other staff members will ensure you have a lovely stay. The food is very good if you want go eat on-site. You do need to let them know in advance which meals you plan to have there. The thing to remember is you are not in your home area. Roads are bumpy. Take your time and enjoy the beauty and people all around you.

The staff at Mahogany Hall helped us feel right at home the moment we arrived. They took care of all of our needs, including booking tours and taxis when needed. They were hospitable, professional, and friendly for the 3 days we were there. The jaguar room was comfortable and we loved the view overlooking the river. We would highly recommend staying there.
