Nice, clean place only blocks from downtown and shuttle. Beautiful sunrise over the mountains was a special treat.

This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation! It’s a good size, has everything you need to cook and relax after a day of skiing. It’s in the center of town so it’s a great place to take walks in town. The view from the living area is fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped.

The negative is that the listing indicated 3 beds (2 in the master and 1 in the other bedroom). The third bed is actually the hide-a-bed sofa. It worked for us but it was not what we expected and was one of the reasons we chose this unit over some others.

Acckmodation was clean quiet and comfortable, plenty of space. Love that town is so close, you can walk to all the shops & restaurants, and appreciated the garage spot as well. Skiers liked the option to walk or take shuttle to mountain. Only complaint is that there were no coffee filters for the machine, and the blankets, although clean, look to be from the 1970s.

3 adults, each had their own space! Plenty of good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Quick ride or drive to the lifts. Property management was excellent with communication throughout the trip. Enjoyed the stay.

This place was great...short walk to the gondola and Main St...plenty of room for 2 couples...the kitchen/living area was plenty big enough...comfortable beds and chairs...We loved it here.

Hosts were terrific. Place was clean and convenient to town. Able to walk to restaurants and shopping easily. Garage parking is very tight if you have a texas truck. Having to take keys back to Frisco is inconvenient if you are headed the opposite direction when checking out. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect. Had everything we needed and was within walking distance to the downtown area of Breckenridge. The owner was wonderful and gave us many tips to enjoy our stay, including drinking enough water!

Nice location close to town - very clean and quiet. Check in /out process while not difficult was kinda a pain in that you have to pick up and drop off keys offsite. Owner was very communicative and helpful!

The owner Gary was amazing to work with! Very responsive and helpful in answering our questions as well as providing suggestions for our family entertainment in Breckinridge. The location of the property was about 2 blocks from Main Street. I’m not overly impressed with property management company, Pinnacle. We didn’t receive our contact until a few days prior to leaving Minnesota. Gary was instrumental in helping us obtain the necessary paperwork. The property seemed outdated. The walls are not well insulated as you can hear your neighbors moving around. The toilet in master bathroom would not always flush, which is a major disappointment for me. Couldn’t locate the thermostat so it was always too hot for sleeping. We ended up leaving a day early to stay in a hotel because I needed quiet and comfortable temperatures for sleeping before traveling back home. I would suggest buying groceries in Denver, because there aren’t a lot of options in town.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for walking downtown and to the ski shuttle.

The Condo was more then we expected. The fact it was so close to everything, we never used our rental car except to go to a dinner show 12 miles out of town. The condo had everything we needed the check in was so easy. The pool was out of service, but the hot tub and sauna were fantastic. Very nice size kitchen with plenty of pans, pots and cooking needs. The patio has such awesome views of the slopes and I am sure it is even more awesome in the summer. The electric/gas fire place in the living room really puts out a lot of heat and it looks amazing in the evenings (the timer on the fireplace is really a great feature). The owners were so easy to contact if we needed anything (which we didn't) and gave us all the information we needed before arriving. We will be using this condo in the future when we check out the summer time in Breckenridge. Being so close to everything was the best feature on this condo. We walked to everything and hopping on the free shuttle was one block from us. I would recommend this condo and give a 5 Star to the owners, it was more than we expected and we travel 10 to 14 times a year, this trip was one of our best and the condo/location/ease was one of the main reasons. WE WILL BE BACK

This condo was a comfortable place to stay. The check-in process was a little tedious as we had to drive into Frisco get the key and then drive into Breckenridge. When we arrived we had a good parking space under ground and the place was clean. I actually think the red bedroom looked better in person than on line. The kitchen was really fully stocked and we brought some extra things from home, and did not need them for the kitchen. They even had a waffle maker and crock pot. The condo did not have good natural lighting during the early day so we did have to use artificial light . It was fine in the late afternoon. The best part was the amazing view from the patio. My 86 year-old mother wanted to have Mountain views and when I woke up in the morning she was crying at the Beauty that God created in these mountains and wished everyone could see it ! We were a little concerned about not having air conditioning but that was never an issue as we were comfortable. They also had fans . The pool and hot tub were nice and my thirteen-year-old enjoyed it. The management had really good communication during business hours but you did have to wait till after 6 if you had any other issues. The only issue we had was that there were no DVD players on the property although there was supposed to be two. The next day a DVD player was delivered however it did not have a remote. Overall it was a very good stay and the location was great as my 86 year-old mother could walk to Main Street from the condo. My family and I would gladly stay here again.

This was a great location for our stay in Breckenridge. The rental was very clean and comfortable. It was only a few blocks up from Main street so we were able to walk everywhere. The view of the mountains, ski runs, and Peak 8 are phenomenal. We had to check in/pick up the keys in Frisco, which isn't far, but was out of our way on both ends of our trip. Otherwise, the process was easy and property management very friendly. Overall, we had a great stay at this rental.

Fabulous rental a couple blocks from Main St. The property was exactly as listed, sparkling clean and very comfortable for my family of 4. The underground parking was a plus, as we parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go, shopping, dining, hiking, and going to the fun park. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool to soothe our sore muscles after a day of hiking. The area is quiet, beautiful and charming. The owner contacted me twice to make certain we had all the information we needed and to answer any questions - this level of communication was above and beyond anything I would have excepted. I highly recommend !

Condo was clean, very well furnished, felt like a home away from home! Would love to repeat the experience. Happy to see the spiritual reminders. Unfortunately I left my Garmin fitness tracker watch in the master bedroom. Can this be mailed to me?

Owners are VERY helpful! The place is fantastic- couldn't ask for any more. Great view, interior was awesome! Fireplace in living area and master bedroom. Walked to Main St. Breck with no problems. Garage is a plus- indoor hot tub in the community area! We would definitely go here again!

This property is amazing. Great location as we walked to downtown Breck on Main St. within a couple of minutes. The view is awesome and the interior of the condo was fantastic. We really liked having access to the garage for the rental car and the indoor community hot tub came in very handy for sore muscles from snowboarding! You couldn't ask for any more for a place to stay in Breck!
