This house was perfect for our group and even safe for my 2 year old. The recommendations left in the binder were very helpful and guided us to the perfect little beached area to spend our days. The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The owner was very responsive. We look forward to another stay!

Great cabin in the woods close to the Pines. Property has a nice cabin vibe to it yet has nice tech, kitchen, and fixture upgrades. Google controlled lights, stereo, tv and tunes on the deck were great. Good experience, well priced for the market, definitely would book it again.

We were there for my nieces wedding. The cabin is truly walking distance to the Pines! It was perfect. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed!!!! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us......Oh can't forget the DECK!! Used it every night!!!

Warm and cozy, kitchen was fully stocked, and BBQ was large to cook on. The beds were comfortable and the fire place is what made it warm and cozy. Friday night, we went to the Village of Bass Lake, purchased souvenirs, and came back to the cabin and BBQed. Saturday it was a rainy day, which was comforting because we ordered pizza from Pines Village Bakery-Pizzeria and played board games all night next to the fireplace. Lots of good memories and laughter were made. Mary was an excellent host and we hope to come back soon.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Clean, spacious, great outdoor deck, and had everything we needed and anticipated. Mary Beth was amazing at communicating with us whenever we had questions. We will definitely plan on coming back again to Bass Lake and would stay here again.

Thank you for giving my family the honor of staying in your beautiful home. From the time you drive up to the hill it felt like we were driving home. The view, the home, the neighbors and the overall of the home were more than we expected. The home is very clean, comfortable and fully stocked and in a perfect location. Close to everything you need to not mention the lake. We rented a boat on the lake and enjoyed our evening dinners in the beautiful cabin. My grandchildren had the best time of their lives. I highly recommend your home and hope to return very soon.

We loved the cabin. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was perfect. The deck was awesome. The cabin had everything we needed. It was nicely furnished. The stove, fridge, and dishwasher were great quality. Everything was perfect!

This house was alright. The ac sucks. Rooms are so hot and miserable. The cleaness isn't really there. Dust everywhere!! Especially in living room by the couch🤢 The couches are so outdated and uncomfortable! The microwave and dishwasher didn't work at all since the day I got there!!!! Had to wash dishes by hand!!. The TV is very tricky. No sound till u have to play with the setting on remote everytime you wanna watch something! Overall not worth it!!

I don’t often write reviews, but this one deserves it. Mary Beth went above and beyond to accommodate our family even with last minute changes, she simply wanted us to have best experience possible and WE DID! This place felt like our home! Everything about it was superb. Clean, Cozy, everything in working order, super close to the beach and town Market. Our favorite part was BBQ-ing and dinning on the porch, than making s'mores. Creating memories is what the vacation should be about and staying at this amazing place definitely propelled that! We highly recommend this cabin! Thank You Mary Beth and see you next year again!

Updated and nice amenities and especially loved the deck. Well stocked kitchen. Also liked the closeness of Pines Resort Market and other stores and restaurants. Took advantage of the Marina Bar and live music almost every night on Bass Lake. Few things in the house that could use improvement were the very loud furnace/air conditioner (woke us up at night when clicked on/off), only 1 queen size bed in master with bunk beds and full size bed in other rooms so not as comfortable for adults. Would also take out Futon in master as no place for suitcases and very tight to move around. Overall would recommend and return.

We really enjoyed out stay. The cabin is at a convenient location and is easy to find. It is well stocked and has a great layout. There is a public beach access a few miles down the road with some parking which is pay by day. The lake water level is pretty low, so it is a little walk from parking lot to the water. We also took the kids (5 and 6 years old) to the Sugar Pine Railroad and did the Lewis Creek trail to a waterfall swim hole. Both were great. Overall, would stay again. The major kitchen appliances are new and high end. It could probably use a day or two or handyman work, but nothing that really affects quality of the stay. The bunk beds are wobbly and we did not let the kids use the top bunk for that reason. It needs lateral support. The grill cover was ripped and we couldn't find a grill brush. Beach towels are not provided. We brought them, but I was surprised considering this is a lake house.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. Mary Beth is available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. We had a heat and hot water issue and the kitchen counter was in the process of being updated. The heat and hot water were working within a day and she adjusted the price to make up for the inconvenience. The setting is quiet and in a good location.

The cabin is fabulous. It’s spacious, but still feels cozy. The wrap around porch is a wonderful space to enjoy being outside. It was quiet and relaxing. The location of the cabin is perfect. You are close to so many amazing attractions the lake, hikes and Yosemite. The owner is great too! We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, well stocked and a short distance from The Pines Village. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. The only downside was that we had to shovel our way into the driveway. This was obviously due to the recent storms and the homeowner had no control over. Once we got in we had a wonderful stay. It should be noted that this cabin is at the top of a steep hill so if you plan to walk to town be aware that you will have to physically able to hike up and down the drive.

We visited in the winter and it was a nice, cozy little cabin. Really quiet and a great fireplace to snuggle up each night. Really great advanced technology touches too. Recommend!

This place was an amazing getaway. Very warm and welcoming with an amazing view. Definitely coming back.

The cabin is spectacular, very cozy, just as described. We went hiking in Yosemite every day, made our own food in their incredibly well-stocked kitchen (not all vacation kitchens have everything you need - but this one is a clearly well-used and well-stocked kitchen). One of us stayed home to do work and took many videoconferences on their strong wifi connection - no internet problems at all. The fireplace is very cozy!

Our family loved this cozy little cabin (plenty of space for the four of us) on Bass Lake. Walk to restaurants, market and dock rentals. Would love to stay again.
