It was everything we had asked for. Super clean and comfortable. Great place.

Location was perfect. The bed we slept on was really comfortable which was a nice surprise as VRBOs rarely have comfy beds. Condo was well stocked and appointed except for one thing. The pans to cook with were terrible. We always make breakfasts when we vacation and not one pan was good enough for cooking an egg on. Other than that, everything was perfect. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Would stay again but bringing my own skillet :)

The property is clean and pet friendly. You are steps away from the beach and can walk to many different places to eat and shop.

We live in Raleigh and We really enjoyed our stay. We were rained out a few of the days we booked - which you chance with a North Carolina beach - but the view of the ocean made up for being stuck inside. I also highly advise booking before Memorial Day as the town was busy enough but not slammed with many out-of-towners.

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and close to everything. Host was also very responsive and accommodating.

The location of this condo is excellent! Private beach access right outside and a short walk to the boardwalk and some restaurants. The condo itself was really nice. Very spacious and clean and access to beach chairs and sand toys was a nice bonus. I love that it’s dog friendly also!! The owner was very quick to respond to questions and made sure everything taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Andrew is very quick to respond to any questions and follows up to ensure you are satisfied. Comfortable bed and linens, nice updated decor and appliances. Easy beach access. As with all of these types of condos, the interior hallway/stairs are noisy. Was great to be able to bring dog. Only 1 other group was staying in the building, could be tricky if all units were occupied (parking, noise). But would stay here again.

I was very impressed with the owner's responsive communication throughout the visit. This was the most satisfying family vacation we've had. I would stay here again.

Great location on private beach access. My goldendoodle had the best time watching the beach from the balcony. I loved reading my book and watching the sea oats. Didn't even mind the day it rained. Close to everything in Carolina Beach. I'd book again.

Perfect views. Quiet little beach town

This was a clean and comfortable condo. Situated close to restaurants and the boardwalk. So close to the beach and with our pup it was nice to be just steps away from the sand. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked. Including paper towels and toilet paper. Nice and quiet location. Pool was nice.

Staying on the first floor was great and the walk to the beach was short. Everything was clean and plenty of room to relax. The view was beautiful at night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked last minute and it was wonderful! Close to the beach, easy with small children and able to come back throughout the day to let the dog out. Pool was a plus on the red flag days! Beds were decent and the owner provided everything essential. It was nice to not have to bring linen and towels. Soaps and shampoo even available if you forgot yours! Having a washing machine was a life saver! Thank you again, we had the best week!

We had a great week. This location is perfect for walking to all restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

It was all we needed for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, rides, and the boardwalk. Parking is tight, but it is everywhere around there. I would definitely recommend this property to others

I gave cleanliness a 4/5 because the floors were pretty filthy when we arrived--not particularly surprising, and I've never stayed in a short term rental that was any different. They did provide a swiffer and pads and we cleaned it up no problem. Furniture is comfortable enough for a week. Queen bed mattress was actually quite nice. AC works well. Fridge is nice, but water pressure out of the fridge dispenser is very weak and water tastes like out of the tap--suspect filter may need changed. We stayed in unit 1A which is one floor above ground--ground level is parking for the upper units. Our parking spot was uncovered just next to the walkway to the beach--I preferred this as other folks didn't need to squiggle their way past our car to get to the door up to the condos. Still have a nice beach/ocean view on the first floor and less stairs to climb. All in all, for a condo that takes pets (we have 2 little dogs), you really can't ask for anything better at this very reasonable price. I would highly recommend for sure--no regrets whatsoever. Plus, host was very nice and responsive to questions (like what kind of coffee maker, etc...).

Excellent weather. Parking a little tight. Had a great time. Carolina Beach (the town) seems to be working very hard to make improvements and updates to infrastructure and the like. Ocean water completely clear, could see the bottom.

We hope to come back next year!

We really loved our stay here. Plenty of space for a family of 4 plus our dog. The condo was nicely updated with plenty of amenities for cooking and doing laundry. Location to the beach and boardwalk is unbeatable. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, the state park and piers. Easy drive in and out of the area. My husband is an avid disc golfer and had numerous courses nearby to drive to. We would definitely stay here again!

Andrew is a wonderful host. We had questions both prior to our booking and during our stay and he was always prompt to reply. We really appreciated that! Superb location. You cannot beat being right on the water, and being within walking distance to area attractions and dining. The condo was well appointed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony both in the mornings and at night. The activity closet on the ground level is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. Our kids enjoyed playing on the beach and shelling. We came into town for a weekend soccer tournament and the condo was only 7 minutes from the fields, which was incredibly convenient. We’ve stayed at many places on the beach but this condo by far has been the best. Stocked with absolutely everything and best location and amenities. We will be back! Thanks Andrew!

The condo provided the perfect weekend getaway for my family. Conveniently located to the boardwalk and private beach access. It was super clean and the large porch was perfect for breakfast and listening to the ocean!

Great place to stay, close to everything. Wonderful place to go and take your dogs everyone I met was very friendly. Would like to recommend Fish Bites Restaurant. A little further to go but food and service was great. Hope to come back and stay here again next year.
