We loved everything about this town house. Rooms are very clean. We had privacy and feel at home. Thank you very much.

We had a fabulous stay, everything was smooth from booking, to arrival and check in, and check out. Brandie is super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in a few hours early, which was a tremendous help since we drove from New Orleans overnight. We are a family of 4, so we had lots of extra space. The washer, dryer, and kitchen are worth their weight in gold when traveling with little boys. The townhouse is adequately equipped with all of the basics, so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner some evenings, avoiding several expensive park meals. I have stayed in Windsor Hills for 10 years now and not all properties are as nice as this one. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful Christmas Vacation!

We loved staying at Windsor Hills. Our travel to and from the parks was way shorter than staying on property and waiting for the bus. Everything was as pictured. Brandi was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at Disney Dreams. The private pool was pretty cool.. The condo was clean and felt like home. Everything we needed was there. Disney is a short drive away, and a Walmart just down the street. Excellent stay!! Thank you !

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse in Windsor Hills. It was the perfect location and the property was maintained well! The owner was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay here again! The only thing I would note is that you can’t turn the thermostat below 72* so we did get warm at night. That wasn’t a huge deal though. We loved the townhouse and enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Beautiful townhouse. Very safe area. It was the best of both worlds, privacy and resort atmosphere.

The property was perfect for my young family. The location is UNBEATABLE! Brandie and Dean have a well-oiled machine of a process. No hiccups at all. Security at the gate is no joke but it’s very busy during our visit so it was appreciated. The pool, water park, and dining spot were great for our day off from the parks. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Brandie and her family - this property was wonderful. We had some changes in our stay and she was kind and respectful of our asks. The property was wonderful; very clean and perfect for families. There were fun things for the kids to do and the community pool was their favorite (also SUPER close). The kitchen was fully equipped - perfect for families who want to make mac and cheese for the kiddos and a full course meal for the adults. The pool out back was perfect for our 7 and 4 year olds to have a quick swim in and get some energy out. Thank you for having us, we would definitely book this place when we come back.

Host was responsive! Clean home. Be informed. Caught off guard with what was supplied. 6 adults. 2 infants 1 toddler. Stayed 10 days. 3 toilet rolls supplied. No extras. Only 6 bath towels supplied. Dishes numbered. Never seen this before. Stated 16 bowls but only 13 when we checked out.. explained that we did not count dishes but we did not take or break any except a wine glass which we replaced. Made for a stressful stay.

This was the nicest, cleanest property we have stayed in at Windsor Hills (we have stayed at many!) Many cleaning products, and all utensils you could need. Owner was easy to get in touch with and very nice. We had a wonderful stay in this home! Close to Disney parks and very nice community pool, as well as pool behind Unit for privacy. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience here and hope to come back to book this space again. My family & I stayed at this beautiful property. Before arriving, my kids already felt like royalty because of the secure access to the resort. The resort grounds were beautiful, the staff nice & welcoming. The rental property itself was clean & had decor that would please the young & old. The private pool was a sweet addition for those hot & tired moments.y family was able to relax around each area of this hone, like they were at their own home. The owner was was quick & had great communication. The price was great for the value. The only issue I had, was the amount of cleanup required before leaving the property due to the cleanup rate charged is higher than any other rental I've ever booked. Overall, it was all worth it...just had to plan our exit well. I most definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much for an awesome retreat Brandie!

We have stayed at Windsor Hills multiple times and in different units, this unit was the nicest one we have stayed at. We would stay here again.Only negative feedback for the owner were two small things. (1) The thermostat is set on cycles that you cannot change and it got very hot in the unit. I know it's Florida and there are limits, but it was uncomfortable at times. (2) The check-out process involves more intense cleaning than we have done at other rental properties. Please make sure you leave time on your check-out morning to do the required cleaning.

Our kiddos enjoyed having the personal pool at the property and the larger community pool with slides. Convenient location to get to all the attractions we wanted as well. Overall, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much- we had a 7 year old and 14 month old along and we stayed entertained all week! Lots of “extras” at this house including pack and play, high chair, strollers, pool toys, cooler, and more!

Close to everything The unit we stayed in was extremely clean. It was also close to everything. Ten minutes to all Disney attractions. Convenient to supermarkets, Walmart and pretty much any restaurant you could want. The only downside was the temperature was locked at 73° so if it was a very warm day it was not as comfortable as it could have been. I would stay here again but not in the summer.

We had a absolutely amazing time! Clean, comfy. Having our own private pool was so convenient for our family. Lots of stuff near by. Close to Disney, walmart, restaurants, shopping. Brandi was wonderful to work with. I highly suggest you stay here. We definitely will be going back!!

The house was exactly as seen online. Clean, well furnished, beautiful and centrally located to everything. Would absolutely recommend this.

The home was very accommodating for the 6 of us. It was very clean, had everything we needed. The pool off the living area was great. Brandie answered my emails very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

This place is so amazing and perfect for families. So close to Disney, strollers and other children's items were supplied, Walmart is super close, the community pools and water park are so clean and Brandie is great to work with. My only complaint is there were no child locks on the cabinet that had chemicals. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay on our vacation! The splash pool out back was PERFECT to have and my kids were swimming in it daily, despite the weather going down to even 60 degrees! The main resort pool area was a blast, and the playground too at Windsor Hills. They had all the items we needed and didn't want to haul down like strollers, bed rails, pool towels, etc. It was wonderful to have all the amenities of home ready for us in this spacious condo! It is practically across the street from Walmart, so just show up, and shop for what you need. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to pack lunches and cook some meals. We were very impressed and will recommend for sure! Thanks so much for being responsive and helpful Brandie!!

We have stayed here each January for the past several years and it is always great. Brandie is easy to work with and the proximity to Disney makes it a great choice for our family.

This villa is very close to the Disney Parks. Very convenient. The resort is very quiet. Brandie is very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Florida.

The house was great. Only con was the main pool staff. They were a bit rude to the children. The new water park was not opened yet which was disappointing.

We were in the Orlando area in May for the Summit National Cheer Competition at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. We usually stay in a condo when we're in the Orlando area because you get so much more for your money. We stayed in this Town Home with our 2 granddaughters and it was perfect. The unit itself is decorated beautifully and the pictures are exactly what you'll find. Ours had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a full kitchen, living room and dining area. We loved the private pool on the patio - it was great in the mornings and evenings when we were too tired or busy to go to the main pool. It was really nice to be able to park our car right outside of the front door too, rather than searching for a close spot at the end of a long day. Each bedroom had a large screen TV as well as the large one in the living room. There were plenty of towels, linens, dishes, etc etc. The resort property is gated and the girls loved the community pool and slide. They built new water slides but they weren't open when we were there. There is a grill near the pool and they actually had some great burgers, sandwiches, and salads. We also liked the live music pool-side on the weekends. Windsor Hills Resort is close to shopping and restaurants, and is only a 15 minute drive to Disney. The owner of this particular town home was easy to work with and to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was fantastic through the process of booking and our entire trip. The house was well furnished and very clean. We have stayed at least 15 times in Windsor Hills and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We would definitely recommend it.
