Great location. Fun place to gather and enjoy Pismo

Everything was very nice great location loved having the beach as our backyard and not have to worry about packing everything up to go to the ocean!!

I personally got to clear my mind near the beach, reset my thoughts to be a better writer and performer. The place on the beach was very relaxing.

The neighborhood, beachfront backyard, and house were perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing at the beach, watching the beautiful sunsets, and loved the unique touches in the house like the stained glass windows, bookshelves, and artwork as well.

The house is right on the beach, short walk to the water. Very clean. Tammy was great, stopped by to make sure everything was in order for our stay.

This house on the beach was more than expected..right on the beach walk out the house and your toes are in the sand and than a short walk to the ocean water..rules were easy to follow..thank you Tammy for making my fiance and girls happy on the birthday getaway.

Great locatiob

A few friends and I rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! The location couldn’t be better and communication with the property owners was easy and consistent. We would highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Very clear communication. Very professional hosts. Lovely location right on the beach. Reasonably equipped house with plenty of seating and sleeping options. Very comfy home. Go for the location alone!

My fiancée and our close friends stayed from July 22-25, 2021. The location of this place was excellent for what we were doing, (visiting downtown, going to Steve’s ATVs). The alternate check in location for Steve’s was less than a mile from here and the main office .3 miles walking distance. Downtown was about a 5 minute drive. The place itself was beautiful, with patio decks on both top and bottom rooms. Both have a full kitchen although the bottom room has a much smaller stove than the top room does. I would recommend staying at the bottom room just because you have direct access to the beach. A few things to note for management, some of the cooking utensils were flimsy for cooking and we noticed some bugs (tiny roaches) crawling around at night. But other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

The description and reviews of this property was spot in! The location was perfect and views were absolutely amazing. My husband, daughter and I stayed the weekend and the studio downstairs was a bonus which provided easy access to beach. We enjoyed a bonfire and watched the sunset and sunrise all weekend. Would recommend location for any small family or group.

Right on beach , 2 floor , wide ocean front, clean, easy check in out. Near to market as well. Host provide everything we need . I highly recommend this vacation home. I planning again for 2nd trip to pismo .

The location of this property was amazing. Having the beach right at your doorstep, the sand dunes, and the ocean provided kids and adults of all ages plenty of fun and things to do. The property has a fire ring and a grill, and it was so great to have those. We enjoyed bbq and campfire and s'mores every night. There were a few minor things but Tammy was super responsive via text and we got things figured out right away. This was the family weekend getaway we all needed, and this property and location was perfect for it.

We had a fantastic stay for 4 generations of family. Clean, easy to make ourselves at home, and the most fabulous location ever, literally step out the the door and you're on the sand, gorgeous sunset views and easy to get to. We will be back! And back! And back! Thank you for sharing your terrific house with us!

Great stay

The apartments are spacious and have everything you could want. The view is amazing as long as you’re OK with cars on the beach. This place is convenient to everything and you can’t hear the cars over the boom of the surf.Loved the place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful escape at the house. It's easily accessed with plenty private parking. All the basic necessities are inside. Comfy rooms, ample clean towels. Oh, and you are basically on top of the beach.

We rented this home for the weekend. My husband and I and our 4 year old son. Our son was SO excited to have the sand right outside of the house, we spent a lot of time on the porch. House was great, my in-laws ended up coming for a night and were able to stay in the completely separate studio downstairs which was perfect! The deck on the 2nd story was perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. Owners are kind and communicative, we had a great experience. Thanks!!

The house is amazing. The only downfall is all of the traffic on the beach. We had to be extra carful because we had kids. Other than that it was great!

We enjoyed a family vacation here on the dunes of Oceano/Pismo Beach. Loved the split level house which provided us our own space separate from the younger adults. Everyone had a place to relax alone or with the group. This property had all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had 2 houses for 5 families and we loved the beach. The sand dunes were a wonderful "sand box" for the grand children. Although it was a lot colder than we expected, we bundled up for a fun family time. (We had to escape the desert 120 degree temperatures) One of our favorite spots was low tide at Dinosaur Caves. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed (however we could have used a few more bath towels)

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. Family and friends gathered for a CalPoly graduation and coming back to a house on the beach made for relaxing, fun visits. The kitchens upstairs and down were stocked with everything we needed, and the house was well-equipped with a charcoal grill, chairs, linens, etc. A clean, comfortable, fun place to stay.

My coworkers and I decided to make a trip out to Pismo beach to go Atving on the dunes. We came across this place based on the location and reviews, comes out that everything was spot on. First the location is awesome since everything was walking distances regards to restaurants, convenience stores, atv rental, and beach entrance! After hours of Atving we came back to the beach house to watch the sunset as we barbeque in the back yard. There is a firepit in the back which wood was provided and a barbeque grill as well. With 3 beds and 2 pull out beds it was enough for 8 people to sleep comfortable on. Parking was sufficient as you can fit up to 5 cars using the garage and drive way. Overall the home was clean, great condition, makes you feel right at home with all the homeware that was available for use. I highly recommend this home and I plan to come back again.

This was our first VRBO and we're very pleased with the experience. We chose this location as it was fairly equal distance from a Orange County, San Francisco and Bakersfield. The home was as described; clean and well stocked allowing us to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen upstairs was a little small and difficult for 2 people to be in at the same time, however, there is a second kitchen downstairs! Tammy stopped by the first day to make sure everything was okay. She had left us a Thanksgiving table cloth, plates, disposable aluminum pans & foil ( which I had forgotten!) The views from this home ( both upstairs & down) were superb and the sunsets were spectacular. The lay out of the home was perfect for a family with adult children or teenagers; but probably wouldn't work well for families with younger children as the downstairs unit is completely separate from the upper unit. The property was perfect for our small family gathering. Majority of our time was spent on the balcony and the back patio enjoying the view of the ocean. This beachfront property was perfect if you want to wake up with a nice cup of coffee and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. It was very nice of Tammy to give us a courtesy call while we were on our way to the property . I would definitely book this property again next summer. Thank you, Tammy

We came to this lovely home for a beach front getaway experience and that is exactly what we got! This home is directly on the beach, with the most amazing views as far as one could see. We enjoyed bonfires at night, morning coffee with breathtaking views and evening strolls at dusk. There were six of us in total and we are all working professionals and really do value our getaway time and this was by far a 10 star getaway place. This home is warm and cozy and decorated so nicely. The owner has inspirational, encouraging and devotional saying throughout the home. It also has one of the largest collections of books to read and enjoy should one choose to do so. I am very picky of where I stay and I have to give this place the highest rating for cleanliness (amazingly clean) and being well appointed with everything you might need. Tammy was so friendly and easy to work with and did not seem to mind the repeated phone calls and emails from me. She was so sweet and did come by to meet us in person and let us know that if there was any problems or concerns, she was still just a call away, that was very comforting to know as some managers and owners could care less once you pay them but Tammy was not at all that way. She truly wants your stay to be a good one. We were all so impressed by the home and the owners, we are already planning on our next visit to this wonderful place. AMAZING DOESN'T EVEN PUT INTO WORDS HOW WONDERFUL THIS PLACE WAS. It was clean, smelled wonderful when we walked in and the bed was like non other, so comfortable. So super impressed with my whole experience of this rental. Getting to live right on the beach in an amazing beach house is an experience that everyone should do at least once. Thank you Tammy for working with us and making this a wonderful experience happen. Planning on a longer stay next go around.

We've been camping in Pismo Beach for over 20 years on the sand. Thought we would give something a bit different a try since we love the area so much. The location of the home was absolutely perfect. Your view is breathtaking and you walk off your patio right onto the sand. The wife and kids loved the location as well. We still got to do some fun on the sand with the quads but at the end of the day it was nice to come back to a home with great amenties and get cleaned up and relax once again. There was 2 families so a total of 8 of us and it fit perfectly in this location. Tammy and Kevin were so accomodating and really care about the cleanliness and feel of their properties to ensure you are staying in something nice and clean. Really loved our stay and will defintely be coming back to stay in one of their rentals. Thanks guys!!!!

It was a very short stay but we had the best time at this amazing place. It was so beautifully appointed and it was very very clean. We have rented vacation homes for years but I must share; there was a sense of calm and peace that we felt when we walked in. My husband said this has a very different feel and he slept and relaxed like never before (he needed this and it was perfect). We did get to meet Tammy & Kevin and one could not ask for more pleasant people to welcome you and answer any questions that we had. (she was a miracle worker for our last minute and a bit of an emergency situation) A huge thank you for making our trip perfect in every way. We will definitely be coming back and for a longer stay!
