Walk down the stairs off your balcony and down to a private beach with your umbrella and chairs waiting! Condo lacks nothing! Brads communication to us was top notch. Our stay could not have been better!

Brad’s condo is in the perfect location and just as listed/pictured. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and the stretch of beach was full but not like neighboring Rosemary or public beach accesses. Having the chairs set up for us each day is such a bonus! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. The kids loved the loft with the twin beds. We loved being right on the beach and you can’t beat this value! We would definitely return. It was a pleasure working with Brad as well.

Really clean and the beach was wonderful. Just minutes away from great restaurants and bars. And did I mention the beach. Highly recommend.

Great house, fabulous location, wonderful host. Reserved spot on the beach with chairs and umbrella was a great bonus. Private beach stayed empty while the sections around us became quite crowded. We felt very lucky!

We loved this townhome for its location in Seacrest. The townhome is very spacious with wide views. But even more wonderful is the amazing access to the beach from your own balcony steps! Having such amazing beach views from the living room balcony AND the master bedroom above it was such a treat. Having beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day (included!) made each day at the beach so much more relaxing. We were also able to rent a kayak one day from the beach chair service. We saw many dolphins on several days. We loved this townhome and we’re so spoiled by it. We will love to rent it again!

We had the best time at blue tide! We rented 2B and our friends were in another condo. The location, the condo, the beach, everything with perfect. This was our 11th trip to 30A and first time at blue tide. We have never stayed in the same place twice, but that is about to change. We had such a great time! The owner was more than accommodating. Great experience!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The condo was everything we were looking for. The kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils and appliances needed! Super comfortable and beautiful! The view of the water are outstanding! Brad went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time! Thank you Brad for being so kind when my husband had his little ER scare. We will be back!

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Spacious, wonderfully decorated unit and a great host! Having a private beach just for those staying at these condos also helps keep the crowds down while on the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Perfect location, right on the beach, couldn't be any easier to access the surf and the views were awesome. Just a short bike ride to the Hub or Rosemary for lunch/dinner. The Condo was as described, perfect for our family, everything was functional and clean. Brad is very attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend if looking for a 30a oceanfront condo!

My family had an excellent week long stay at Brad's beach condo! Brad is a great host and I highly recommend this condo. The condo was clean, spacious and had a wonderful location. The view of the beach is amazing and the walk down to the beach is so close! My family enjoyed the long, sunny days playing on the beach every day. The included beach chairs and umbrella made it super easy to relax on the beach. This condo and the beach itself exceeded my expectations. All the furnishings are amenities in great condition. I loved the interior decor too. If you've never been to the area before, Brad has great suggestions for dining and activities along 30A. He truly does his best to make sure his guests have the best time ever. Overall I highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Blue Tide. The location and view from the balcony was the best. The steps from the balcony to the beach and the chair and umbrella set up was what really made this the perfect condo. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishware, glasses and pots and pans if you plan to cook, but it states in the info that you need to bring essential items and that is true (even salt and pepper). Brad was a good host and kept in contact with us if we needed any help. We look forward to a return visit to this beautiful beach location.

Great location. Brad is super helpful, and gave us some great tips to make our trip truly memorable. Kiddos had a blast, and his Condo is right on the beach. The view from the condo is breath-taking, and we enjoyed the sounds of waves as we enjoyed our morning breakfast! We plan to return. Thank you Brad!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Tide 2B. The location is ideal on 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound, close to everything 30A has to offer. The condo is clean and very well maintained. We loved being so close to the beach that you go to sleep at night hearing the sound of the waves. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella made it easy to relax on the beach with little effort. Best of all, the owner Brad is the best! He has great suggestions for dining and activities and goes out of his way to make your stay 5 star. Highly recommend this property and we will return!

We spent an amazing week in 2B with 2 teens, 2 adults and a 12 year old. The complex was intimate with a fantastic location right on the beach. Having a pool for afternoon dips is a must for us and only a couple families used it. The condo had every amenity covered. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for the week and the filtered water from the fridge saved the environment from hundreds of plastic bottles. A few things to note: There are lots of steps to the beach and in the house. No big deal for us. Also the loft is great for teens, probably not adults. It also shares a bathroom with the 2nd king room on the second floor (first floor has a full bath though, so there are 3 full baths). There are fans stocked throughout the house so even the kids in the loft were comfy. The daily beach chairs and private beach honestly made the trip stress free. 30a has become very crowded with developments north of 30a which leads to packed beaches. Not here. No fighting for space as the beach is private and the chair rental company (Franky is the man) ensure no one plops in front of your chairs. I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his attentiveness. 10x better than dealing with a management company. We will be back.

Overall very positive trip. Owner does a great job keeping in communication with you and sending you everything you need ahead of time. Rental was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed. Blue Tide consists of 16 units and has its own private beach which is HUGE advantage on 30A. There was no fighting for a spot on the beach which is so relaxing. Also beach service is included in the rental = another huge plus. Great family spot!

This vacation home is perfect in every way! The unit is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We did not cook, but the kitchen is equipped with everything one would need. The beds are extremely comfortable; the living room furniture is inviting and perfect for family movie-time; my family of five had plenty of space; and the location is optimum. The steps to the beach may appear daunting from the photos, but they are so easy to navigate. Just a few steps lead to the chairs, umbrella, and table that Brad so thoughtfully includes in the rental. There are NO crowds on this private area of beach. No joke. Our week was wonderful. Brad is wonderful. We will be back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The townhouse is very comfortable and the beach access was a plus - Walk right off the balcony and down to the beach.

The property is perfect!!! Best views from the two balconies! Great spot for morning coffee and wine in the evening. We loved our stay! Brad, the owner, is the most gracious host! Goes above and beyond. We will be back!!!

If your goals are smaller condo complex, very easy access to the beach (no elevators), limited # of beach patrons (one single row of beach chairs), decent condo accommodations, and lovely ocean vistas, this is your place. The only downsides are the pool is not located on the ocean side (close to the main road), is small, and isn't heated. We went in early April so the water was very chilly. Condo accommodations are decent. Two nice size bedrooms and a third in the loft area that is perfect for small kids (not adults). Some of the furniture and appliances are starting to show their wear but all functional. Brad (owner) went well beyond the call of duty to ensure we had everything we needed and was extremely attentive to our needs. Always nice in case anything goes sideways. Added touch is the reserved beach chairs and umbrella that was included in our condo fee. Top shelf daily service with zero hitches. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Our family of 5 (one of them being a friend of our 17 y/o) had a great time on spring break. Brad had already covered our beach chairs and when I let him know I had called for an extra set of chairs he even called Frankie to cover them for us! Frankie and the service guy nextdoor worked together to put our friend's chairs that were staying across the street with ours. It was awesome to hang out together! Our teen boys appreciated how close to the Hub we were so they could bike over. Since the beach section is private it was so wonderful that even on the busiest week of the year we were front and center to the ocean. Unfortunately the ocean was a little angry that week but Frankie was at the ready with SUP and Kayaks. The townhome is so convenient with it's bathroom spread and the loft on top was great for the older teens. They had enough privacy that they loved it while still hearing us when we called for dinner and such. So many good take out places in the area as well. Thank you!

We had a great stay and would definitely chose this property again. The townhouse is updated and spotless. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, pans etc. Location is great - away from the big developments but close enough to bike to the Hub, Alys etc. Brad was very helpful and made our trip stress free!

The property needs to be update completely. The clean crew needs to do a better job.

The views from the condo and ease of getting on and off the beach cannot be beat! With 2 children under 4, being able to walk back and forth to the beach and condo and pool are key to keeping everyone happy! (No sunburns, easy to take snack or nap breaks, etc.) The beach was quiet and beautiful and the chair/umbrella set-up was a great bonus. The condo itself was much roomier than the photos do it justice and had everything we needed to have a great time. The Owner (Brad) was helpful and communicative during the entire process and answered a million questions for us. We definitely plan on returning and would recommend this condo to anyone!

Our family of six had plenty of room for accommodations and direct access to the beach from the back balcony. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70s the entire week with beautiful sunsets on most nights. The owner, Brad, was most accommodating checking on us frequently to make sure that all of our needs were met and when beaches closed with double red went above and beyond my expectation by offering additional accommodations during our stay. I highly recommend a stay at this location for your family vacation.
