The plus of this property: -great location to both mountains -beautiful during Christmas with the lights -hot tub and fireplace for post-skiing -Plenty of space, much larger inside than anticipated -fantastic host that was very responsive The negatives: -no internet the entire stay -outdated inside with issues in downstairs bathrooms (be careful with towel and toilet tissue racks, they will fall off) -fireplace was inconsistent and place is very cold inside

Enjoyed the condo and our skiing weekend

This condo was a 15 min or less walk from snow park lodge and easy drive to park city Main Street. Hot tub was great and owner was easy to reach. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location near the resort, with a great view, and the cabin was clean. Had a great time with friends on a weekend ski trip.

The condo is very conveniently located on the bus route with a great view of the Deer Valley ski slopes. Mark was very responsive to all our questions and needs and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Very nice lower deer valley condo at a reasonable price. Unit was nicely furnished, cozy, and kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately we (and the owner) learned that Chaparral does NOT have Deer Valley shuttle service as advertised. It appears that in years past the DV shuttle drivers just picked everyone up outside the unit but now that Deer Valley requires all shuttle riders to use the DV Direct app with a passcode the drivers can no longer pick someone up without the passcode. We got used to taking the Park City bus to and from the Snow Park base (which ended up being very convenient from the unit) but it was not the DV shuttle experience we had on previous trips. Still a great trip and nice unit.

Comfortable and clean stay. Conveniently located to resorts and main street. Manager was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay here - awesome location, we were able to walk into Park City (~25 minute walk) and great view of Deer Valley.

My family of four enjoyed this Deer Valley condo! It could have easily fit another couple or extra kids. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and location to the bus stop. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The property had beautiful views and an awesome front porch, which was perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets over the mountains! The owner, Mark was amazing to work with, and answered all of my questions promptly and provided great service. The unit has a sweet loft which would be great to accommodate kids; there’s a fireplace and tv up there too - a cozy second space! We would absolutely recommend and stay here again. 5 Stars!!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family and much more spacious than we imagined from the photos. Our kids (ages 8-13) enjoyed spending time upstairs in the loft watching tv which allowed us to have our own space downstairs. After a long day of skiing, the hot tub on the back deck was the perfect way to relax. We also loved the sunny views of the Deer Valley resort from the front deck. Everything was perfect, quiet, and cozy. We had everything that we needed and we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us!

My son and I stayed at the property for our spring ski trip. The property is as advertised. The place is clean and we had no issues. Very convenient location for Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We would stay there again.

Perfect spot for our family of 5 to ski deer valley. Bus stop was super easy, and only 1 mile to Park City. House was well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend grocery delivery from Smiths. Everything was EASY!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Working directly with the property owner or representative instead of another management chain, made the communication quick and easy. It is a great location in Deer Valley and on the bus route. We were skiing at Park City Resort and had 4 options of buses to get there. I wished I had studied the bus schedule a bit more but it ended up working out easily - just ask the bus driver if they are going where you are going and they will tell you to get on or wait for another. The private hot tub was awesome and especially with COVID nice to have our own. The only thing we struggled with a bit was needing a baking sheet. The grill needed the gas changed but luckily they had a spare gas tank right there. The only negative was the other people staying in the complex as they did not park in official spots and made it challenging to get in and out of the garage. We ended up not using the garage. This is not the owners fault - just people not thinking of others. Looking forward to a future trip.

This was a great vacation and perfect for us girls! Super proximal and convenient to go to snowpark basin or downtown main street. The house has spacious! Nice kitchen and open floor plan. The owner was very courteous and always available. We had issues with fireplace and he sent the maintenance man over immediately! Thanks for a great trip!

We had a great time in Deer Valley at this quintessential ski condo. It was very comfortable for our annual get together of six college friends. Very easy access to Deer Valley skiing and equally convenient to Park City nightlife. Would return in a heartbeat!

The home was exactly as listed; clean, spacious, and easy to access. Pros: Beautiful home Amazing view Can’t beat the bus stop location Cozy Everything you need in the kitchen Easy to access, great host Super clean, and comfy beds Loved having multiple humidifiers Beau the neighbor dog :) Minimal cons: Odd having the dining room upstairs No playing cards - fixed that, left some behind :) No light above dining room area (made playing cards a little tricky) Minimal signs of wear and tear (some doors a little hard to close, mini-blinds missing blinds or strings) Older games - didn’t stop us from playing the original version of Trivial Pursuit Walls a little thin Furniture a little large for some spaces, hidden light switches - did NOT hinder experience or fun

The condo’s location is perfect for Snow Park and Main St! The view is stunning! The condo was very clean. The keypad allowed easy access for all family members. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub! My only suggestion would be an upgrade to the bed pillows.

House is well stocked (for cooking, including spices, pans, coffee filters, etc, etc). The sauna, fireplace, wifi, etc all worked great. The house felt like home, had extra towels, well maintained. Clean. Since it is on the 2nd floor, the interior has a nice high ceiling which makes for a dramatic fireplace look. The sidewalk was well maintained (salted and shoveled when there was snow). Very safe. Great view across the lake to the base lodge. The bus stop is really convenient (across the road) and buses pass by every 15 - 20 minutes, just depending upon the way you are going. I would stay here again.

One of the best family condos we’ve ever rented in a Deer Valley. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed within the same complex. This particular unit was our first time and we had a great experience. Unit was clean, spacious and we had no issues getting in/out. If you are skiing Deer Valley, this is an awesome location. For Park City Mountain (where we skied this time) it was also convenient - about a 12-15 min drive. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here. We may do so again next year!

The property was excellent. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was great for our snowboarding trip as well, we visited 3 different resorts during the weekend.

Great location and plenty of room for our family of five. Lots of pans and spices for cooking. Shuttle bus to skiing is across street and so easy. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!

The condo had a very convenient location being close to the ski resorts and it had a great view of the runs at deer valley. It was very comfortable and spacious! I would stay sgain!!
