Nick's place is very close to Kierland for restaurants and shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. Close freeway access makes it a great N. Scottsdale location. Clean house and easy communication with the owner. Everything was great.

This was a great place to stay in north Scottsdale. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a park near by! Had a great experience and would recommend this home!

We loved the location and access to hiking. The property was also great in terms of its access to grocery shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and see the native plants and birds. Would recommend this as a nice place to stay when visiting the area.

We were in Scottsdale to exhibit at the Barrett Jackson auction. The house was within a ten minute drive and was perfect after a long day working. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

THE HEAVY COUCHES.. Land shaping was fair.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. Love the location and cleanliness. Host is only a phone call away. Everything well stocked. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this property.

The home was very nice and comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the 101, 51 and 17. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Quite updated with a very nice back yard. Equipped with everything you would ever need. The only thing I would suggest is maybe larger beds in 2 of the bedrooms. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This home is very clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and extremely convenient location. Close to a lot of things (especially Trader Joes!). Made for a wonderful visit with our daughter! Thank you, Nick!!

My stay was exceptional and this house felt like home the minute I walked in the door. The home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. I was here for 30 days and loved the home and neighborhood.

This is a very comfortable home with all of the necessities! Located in a nice neighborhood and very close to everything - tons of restaurants, shopping, hiking, TPC, West World, ball parks - too much to name everything! We will definitely check the availability next time we are in the area! Thanks Nick!

For the second year in a row we selected this great house.
Kitchen supplies and 2 car garage were key to us, and a couple nice firm mattresses make for a great visit!

A nice clean home in a good location. We would rent again.

The home and owner are nice.
We were supposed to stay 6 nights, we barely got 24 hours when we got a phone call that our daughter was in a car accident and life flighted to the hospital back in Oregon. We had driven down, so we loaded everything up and headed back home. I understand that usually no money is returned for early checkouts but you would think that some circumstances would be different.

This rental was the best yet. I don't usually write reviews, but this house is worth the comments. Wonderful location, excellent communication with the owner, rental felt like home. Only negative, the shower has a personality of it's own, could use a repair. This was not enough to stop me from giving this home a 5 star review.

Nice residence in an older Scottsdale neighborhood. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful with concerns and making the residence comfortable.

This house has an amazing location next to so many shops, restaurants, and a huge park. Very new interior with plenty of sleeping space. Great owner as well.
