This is an extraordinary vacation rental. The interior of the unit is beautiful. Much of the woodwork is done in a lovely, dark tropical hardwood, all built to a very high standard. The furniture is casual and comfortable. The living room is generously spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped and well organized; the knives were sharp. The beds are very comfortable. The main bedroom and living room windows have sliding wooden shutters, so the bedroom can be dark at night. All of the fixtures and color choices are well selected and attractive, and everything is in excellent working order. The pictures and description of the unit and property on the website are accurate. The best part of the rental is the large lanai, which runs the width of the unit. The lanai contains plenty of comfortable furniture. The view from the lanai -- of the ocean, small beach, and pool -- is simply outstanding. There are a lots of small touches in the unit that give a welcoming, generous feeling: quality soaps and shampoos, coffee and cookies in the kitchen, nightlights in the bathrooms. We had a small problem with a coffee maker in the unit during our stay. I informed the property manager, and within an hour a new coffee maker was delivered and installed. The unit is located in a good area, within easy walking distance of nice restaurants and beaches, plus a long walking/cycling path. Plenty of shopping and more restaurants is just a short drive away.

The view from this place is off the charts! All you see is waves and the tops of palm trees. The area was quiet and well kept. We loved the lanai at night, it was like an outdoor living room The area had lots of bakeries and restaurants to walk to close by. The condo had everything we needed for a great trip. 10/10 we would stay here again.

PROS: Property was well appointed. Kitchen is fully stocked although could have used some ziplock bags. Close to stores/restaurants and beaches. Easy beach/pool access. Has a lot of beach equipment which came in handy. The balcony/living room furniture is comfy. CONS: The beds are very mushy. If you like mushy then perfect for you. Tiny ants on kitchen counter. Do not leave any food on the counter or they will pounce. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

We had a most excellent stay! The property was as represented. It was very roomy and comfortable. The communication was excellent before, during, and after the stay. The location was perfect to visit both the south and the north shores. We 100% recommend.

We loved it here! So peaceful and relaxing. The floorplan was perfect for us, and we had so much room to just unwind and enjoy the beautiful views after exploring Kauai each day. Our son loved having his own bedroom & bathroom. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai and early sunrises. We loved the condo so much that we picked up food at Costco & Safeway and just enjoyed the space and had dinner out on the lanai. I wish we had more time to stay longer, but we’re already dreaming of coming back again! This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

This top floor condo was the perfect accommodations for our two couples visiting Kauai. Only a short distance to airport, this place had a resort feel without the big resort hassles. Beautiful views, close by restaurants and markets, and the comfortable condo had all the necessary things. Should we return, this will be my first look to see if the condo is available to book. The photos don’t do this place justice! The view from the balcony and living room afforded us and incredible sunrise view, and it was so relaxing to hear and see the ocean. Everything was super convenient, even had beach towels/chairs/umbrella and board games. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. The location was great, we enjoyed viewing tide pools on the private beach, and it was an easy drive to the airport, central to going to both north and south shores. We enjoyed the coconut market and other shops and restaurants in Kapa’a. Loved staying here and hope yo return again soon!

Beautiful property as advertised!

This has to hands down be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It had everything you could possibly need and had amazing access to the pool and beach.

We stayed at the gorgeous home and we were all blown away with the location, views, comfort, well maintained home. The owners took care of every detail from beach chairs, towels, well stocked kitchen, beach toys, and amazing comfortable deck furniture. I could go on and on! Love it so much we sat on the well furnished deck and talked about how we are coming back. Thank you for sharing you beautiful home with us.

Very spacious condo with beautiful views. Unit has A/C but we didn’t need to use it with the cross winds. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything you would need. Pool is heated. Central location that is close to most everything on the island. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great condo in a great location

11 days in bright and comfy condo, just the break we needed from the Portland winter. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Well stocked kitchen. They have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkels. We spent every morning out on the spacious lenai drinking our coffee and every evening taking it all in. Location is perfect. You can walk to the coconut marketplace, Lava Lava club (a must), there is also a cute little bakery a block away as well. Passion Bakery Cafe. You are 15 minutes from Lihue and 40 minutes to Hanelai, one of our favorites. We will definitely book this property the next time we make it back to the island!

My husband and I loved staying here! It’s so spacious, clean and the views are breathtaking! It’s perfectly secluded while easily accessible to the pool and beach. If we ever come back to Kauai, we’ll definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Ocean front, quiet and small condominium property. Well kept and tastefully updated. Property management team easy to reach and helpful. I've been all over Kauai starting from hanalei to the west side and visit at least twice a year because I have family there. This property if went up for sale, I would definitely want, but guessing their would be a line! Loved it.

We had the best time staying here. Not only was it in a convenient area for everything we wanted to do, the views were spectacular and being right by the beach was so peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!
