Better than expected! Mary roomy with the four bedrooms and eight queen size beds. Quick access to the beach, pool, tennis, and golf. Easy drive into Charleston. Wonderful hosts. Would Definitely rent again.

Great place to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer and to combine beaches and pool time with a beautiful house to stay in! Everything you could need is in the house and it is a modern well kept property. We will be back!

We had 4 couples stay for the Cooper River Bridge Run. We could not have asked for a better house to stay at. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Short walk to the pool and beach. The owners and concierge were helpful and made sure we knew what to expect. We all had had the best time and will be back!

Everything about this rental process was great!

We were most impressed with the cleanliness, floor plan, and fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Two double beds in each room with private bath. Iron and ironing board in every room. The beds were super comfortable! You could host a Thanksgiving for family in this home as the cupboards had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect! Just a lovely, lovely home!

We had a wonderful week!! The communication was awesome!! I texted Darlene about parking. She didn’t text back…she called. I never had to wait for any answers to questions. The house was as described. We felt at home immediately!! Everything was clean, well stocked…ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The location…priceless. Two pools, beach bar/restaurant and nightly music. I’m telling you…you can’t go wrong!! We loved it so much…we have already booked it for next year!! My daughter got engaged while we were here!! Next year, we are staying again but after the wedding fun in Charleston. Thank you to the Jarrell’s for an amazing vacation at Wild Dunes in their beautiful home.

Me, my husband, our children and grandchildren all enjoyed our stay at Sunny Dunes. There is plenty of room for everyone and the location is great. The only thing missing is an ocean view. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to Wild Dunes.

Our family of 6 gathered at Sunny Dunes for a C of C graduation, and it proved to be the perfect setting! The entire home was spotless, updated, and well appointed, especially the private baths in each bedroom. We arrived with exact and courteous instructions to an immaculate home filled with amenities. The close proximity to downtown Charleston and the pools and beach were so enjoyable. High recommendations for Sunny Dunes!

Wonderful place! Close to everything. We went kayaking shopping sightseeing in Mt. Pleasant and Charleston then return for day at the beach. Perfect!

We had a great stay! The house is very well appointed, the kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable! The location is excellent, close to everything. The property manager was so helpful too - responding right away to questions. We left something behind and she offered to mail it back to us. We would definitely rent this Wild Dunes house again!

I have been to Sunny Dunes for numerous golf trips as well as four family vacations. Each trip has resulted In complete satisfaction! The house is magnificent and the resort facilities are fantastic! The amazing beach and superb restaurants in the area bring lots of enjoyment for the whole family. A quick trip into Charleston is always a great part of the visit as well. We look forward to many more visits in the future!

Our son and his family of 8 were able to relax, refresh and feel like they were at home! They now feel like they are ready to tackle Summer!

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms! This unit was really terrific! Very nicely furnished and appointed. Everything in good working order. Washer/Dryer. Beds were very comfortable and linens top notch. Right on the boardwalk and short walk to the two ocean front pools, restaurants, market, etc. Beach chairs provided. Two great golf courses. Loved the fact that beach towels are provided by the resort on a daily basis and we didn't have to wash/dry them. Short drive into Charleston. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely make a return trip!

Just finished another month staying at 118 which is just great with everything you need to make you feel like home. All of the amenities Are just the best.

We stayed here over the holidays and it was perfect for our family of eight. The management team was very communicative and gave us detailed notes and instructions before we arrived. The house was in excellent condition-- the owners were kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine. The bedroom setup -- four spacious bedrooms each with two queen beds and its own bathroom-- gave us lots of flexibility. We had other family members staying at the hotel so it was very convenient. Loved being so close to the beach, restaurant, tennis courts, etc. .

We could not have asked for anything better. Everything was extra special and absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Five stars! Would highly recommend to all!

Great location, perfect for a couples or girls trip to the beach. Set-up is great with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and very comfortable bedding and linens. Love being on the boardwalk and easy acess to tennis, golf, bike rentals and live music at night at boardwalk. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful place to stay. We have come to Isle of Palms the last 4 years and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Beautiful renovations. Plenty of room.

Another FABULOUS vacation in Isle of Palms, right on the Boardwalk at Wild Dunes,” in the awesome “Sunny Dunes” house! We had a DELIGHTFUL ladies trip, thanks to the wonderful owners who keep the house well equipped & supplied for the renters. With 8 queen beds, any size group will have plenty of room to relax & enjoy. All the beds are comfortable, have great quality linens & plush towels. We enjoyed cooking in, playing cards & having a great time there, as much as we did going out to eat at the many great restaurants in IOP, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant, Charleston & Kiawah. We love the close proximity (several steps) to the pool, beach and Grand Pavilion Bar & Grill. The beach has been beautifully restored from the effects of hurricane Matthew! When we weren’t enjoying the beach or pools, we toured some of the many historical places in the area. The security of a gated community, plus a dedicated concierge, Paul, we feel very safe and well taken care of! WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE??

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you need and lots of space. Service was great too, as property manager checked in on us to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our time spent at Sunny Dunes. The house was immaculately clean and very updated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed making breakfast and lunch to bring to the beach every day. This is a great location for a family vacation! We would absolutely return to Sunny Dunes!

In one word ~ PERFECTION!!! Everything about this beautiful house & LOCATION is PERFECT! For families or groups! The owners obviously take excellent care of their house, keeping it current with new furniture, updates and renovations, paying attention to every detail, plus a superb cleaning service. Equipped with everything we needed (including beach chairs & beach towels) made our vacation perfect to get off a plane with only a suitcase. The large house was perfect for family/group dinners, TV/movies, card games or just have time alone. Walking right out to the pools, the Grand Pavilion Bar & Grill and the beach made this vacation HEAVEN!! I will be returning, often!
