We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this by far was the absolute best condo we ever stayed in. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had so much room for all of our family and it was so open and clean! The owners were the absolute best to work with…communicated with us about everything from the moment we booked! We will definitely be back!

Overall, this is a spectacular Condo. Its beautiful, functional, well supplied and we had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds and sheets were great and everything worked as advertised.

Sometimes with pictures, you aren't sure what you are going to get. This property far exceeded expectations in all ways. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The host was amazing to work with as well providing some really great recommendations in the area for families. The pool and beach areas were flawless as well and the residents and other guests were very courteous. You can book this property and then relax knowing that everything is going to be great.

My family and I stayed 6 nights in Jen's beautiful condo March 2023. From the moment you walk in, you will never want to leave. Everything is gorgeous: the view, the decor, the comfortable couch and beds, the showers in the masters, the cute bowls, plates and coffee mugs, the pool and private access to the beach.. I could go on and on but find out for yourself. We also were very lucky the weather was 70's and sunny most of our stay. Jen's communication is top notch. We cannot wait to come back.

The condo was amazing! Comfy beds and furniture. Also very clean. The view is amazing!! The resort is very convenient for families. Easy access from parking lot to elevators. Easy access from pool to beach. We visit Panama City twice a year and have been doing so for years. This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at.

We stayed in this unit in December, so it was pretty low key which is what we wanted. The unit is decorated and updated nicely. The views of the gulf are amazing. The owner was very easy to work with and checked into to see if everything was going ok. We have no complaints and would stay again.

Jen’s place was awesome. The condo is very well described on the website and I highly recommend this place for families or even a few couples. The 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and TV in them makes this a very comfy place. The decor was light/bright and the views were stunning. We had one minor issue when we were there with the floors but Jen addressed it ASAP. 5 stars overall for this condo The chair rental service that comes with the condo is very nice, also. It helps not having to lug chairs/umbrellas to beach….a very nice perk.

Everything about this listing is perfect. Immaculate condo that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Although the images don’t fully do justice to the view from the full wall of windows looking out over the gulf. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions, even suggested local favorites to eat. We are already planning our return trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

When we first stumbled on this condo on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But, everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The luxury condo was the perfect place to stay with the most amazing views of the ocean. Jen, the host is the most thoughtful, helpful, and gracious host ever! She provided us with all the information we needed to make our trip wonderful! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely book this condo for our next vacation...which will be soon!!!

This condo did not disappoint! The full oceanfront view from the 17th floor is simply breathtaking. As an interior designer, I appreciate the interior aspect of the condo as well. Expertly pulled together interior that brings the ocean inside with shades of blue, green and white sandy beaches. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for food and prep. We loved the rainfall shower to wash off the day and get ready for an evening out. The pool and grill area was very well manicured and we loved having private access to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall we highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be staying here again!!

I don’t think I have ever rented a place where I was more pleased. The place is spectacular and the property is very well kept, private and family friendly. Absolutely my favorite place I have ever stayed. Jen was also very responsive with questions. The.Best.

In the past I used to say, I go to the beach to go to the beach-not to sit indoors..,, so what do the looks of a condo matter as long as it’s clean and you have enough room for everyone to sleep and eat a few meals in there……UNTIL we went to Jenn’s condo. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place that I was just as happy inside as outside. The fact that you can have that view from the inside was relaxing in and of itself! Imagine for families with someone who is an elder or someone who doesn’t like to spend hours on the beach… They can still enjoy the beach from the inside and still feel like they are there! The view gives you the feeling like you are on the top deck of a cruise ship with FULL view of the world out at sea! The Beds…Sooooo comfortable! The showers and tub…..AMAZING! Kitchen had everything we needed and washer/dryer worked perfectly! Plenty of space for our group and loved having 3 bathrooms!! Decor…..Gorgeous! I mean it when I say….so could live in this condo forever! Ahhhhh, this was a vacation we’ll never forget!

Jen’s place is the best. The decor is updated and beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows along with the balconies make it perfect for sitting and watching the ocean regardless of temperature outside.

From the moment you open the door to this condo located on the top floor of the building, you are immediately drawn to the view. Wow. It's even worthy of our teenagers doing a tik tok dance with that as their background! We were all very comfortable (3 adults, 3 kids); enjoyed the condo for cooking and eating in one night, spent time in the heated community pool and hot tub, and it's close to lots of activities and restaurants. You will enjoy your stay here too.

This is hands down the nicest condo we’ve stayed in! The huge windows offering an ocean view are spectacular. I spent a lot of the vacation just looking out at the view. The penthouse is immaculately clean. The furnishings are new and luxurious. The beds are comfortable. The linens very clean. Jen is so nice and easy to communicate with. The check in/out process was so easy. I seriously don’t know how I’ll stay anywhere else again.

Clean, spacious condo with amazing view. Beach not too crowded, was great to have the lounge chairs included. Huge property pool the kids didn't wanna leave. Great communication from the property owner. Would absolutely visit again.

Sterling is our favorite place to stay when we visit PCB. Jen's unit was a pleasure to stay in. Very updated, spacious, comfortable, and a beautiful view!! Jen was very responsive and attentive during our stay. Couldn't ask for anything better and can't wait to get back!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this lovely condo. We have had bad luck in the past with arriving to a dirty condo, but this one was nearly perfect. It was spacious-our family of 4 never felt cramped; it is conveniently located next to the elevators; the owner was available for questions and extremely courteous; and its location on the beach is a dream. The room came with 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella, which we made full use of each day we were there. The only downside, if it can even be considered a downside, is that the clothes dryer took 3 or 4 times through a cycle to dry the clothes and towels completely, which was an inconvenience, but not terrible. Overall, it was an amazing experience for our family and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.
