We selected this rental for our large family to all come together to visit our grandmother and aunt and uncle. We reached out to the owners before to make sure we could have additional guests during the day/evening and they agreed for an additional fee. This worked out great and we had plenty of space for everyone. This would be a fun space during the summer with the boat dock. The adults and kids enjoyed the foosball table.

Eleven of my family spent 5 days over Thanksgiving at this property and throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was attractively furnished, comfortable and clean. The host, Matthew, was very accommodating and accessible. We kayaked using their kayaks and fished off their spacious pier. It is easy access to the town of Grove, Monkey Island, and two state parks. I can easily recommend this property as a place to stay if you are planning a vacation in this area.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. There were 13 adults and 1 infant that stayed in the house. The managers were great at communicating with us and made sure we had everything we could need. We had so much fun using the provided kayaks and floats. The dock was AMAZING! We used both boat slips and both jetski lifts. Overall our whole group started planning our next stay at Sunday dinner right after checking out!!

This was a perfect property for my family. There were 8 adults and 5 kids and we all had a wonderful experience. House and bedrooms were great and access to the water was the best. Highly recommend!

The Turtle House was everything we expected and more. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 bass boats. House and property were clean, well maintained and inviting. Matthew is a great host with very friendly and accommodating neighbors. Will definitely book again next time we’re headed to Grand!

Our part of 10 (5adults - 5 kids) had a great time. The home had plenty of space for everyone. The dock was amazing. Everyone enjoyed fishing, the paddle boat and the kayaks. We had a great walk-through at check in. There were plenty of kitchen supplies for our group. We can't wait to come back in summer.

This was our family vacation. First time as a whole family we have been together under the same roof. This was much needed for us! The house and dock was perfect for the kids to swim and enjoy time together. My dad and I did a lot of fishing and caught some catfish, bass, croppe, and perch. The owner of the property was very helpful and would return a text or call me immediately if I had any questions. Very grateful for this experience!

This house was a great fit for us. We had 6 adults so it was rather big (we were supposed to have 8). The path to the dock and the dock itself were great compared to some we have used in the past. Property manager was awesome to work with and it helped that the weather was perfect for boating during our stay.

We have never visited Grand Lake and this was the perfect place! We brought 2 boats and 3 seadoos. We had a large group of adults and kids. The house was plenty big enough for the cloudy days when we couldn’t enjoy the lake. Everyone had their own space to spread out. The adults took the upstairs while the kids enjoyed having the basement their self. We have stayed at many rentals and this is by FAR the best place with something for everyone. They have extra fans for the fan sleepers. Extra blankets to use while sitting outside on chilly nights and mornings. They have dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, and paper towels. The only thing we needed to bring was the food and people! Thank you for providing an awesome lake house!!

We, as a family, decided we would get together for some snagging on Grand Lake. We couldn't have picked a better location or house. A few of us arrived early and were allowed to come check in and meet the owners. Very easy process, boat ramp several hundred feet away and a covered dock at the property. House was fantastic, owners were awesome, and the vacation was fun filled. We will be back in the future but we will go back a little later in the year when the snagging is a little better. Thanks for everything.

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holidays. As all others mentioned in their comments every detail is true about this property. Kim and Matt knew what exactly a famlies would need during the stay and you dont have to look further. We enjoyed kayaking during warmer afternoons and they had all safety gears. Oh never forget to be at the lake during the dawn, you may get to see lots the birds with wonderful sceneries of nature's colors reflecting on the waters

We had an amazing time! Matthew and Kimberly were so accommodating. The dock was spectacular and the home impeccable! They went above and beyond to make sure my whole family was comfortable. Definitely one awesome experience. We are already looking forward to returning.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The cove and water were great. Lots of dogs came on the property.

Very nice experience. We rented a boat for two days so the dock was very handy. The kids loved playing and fishing from the dock. The house and dock is stocked with everything you need, just show up and enjoy!

This was our first time at Grand Lake, and it was so great! The house was perfect for us: 7 adults and 7 kids. We spent a majority of the time down on the dock, which was very well equipped with seating for everyone, and the kids loved all the water toys (especially the lillypad!) The house had everything we needed, and plenty of space to spread out in. Matthew and Kimberly were so easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely come back again!

Poseidon Properties was accommodating, informative and genuinely friendly. Matthew was willing to answer all of our questions allowing us to properly prep for the trip. The house is beautiful and the people were amazing!

We have stayed at many lake houses over the last few years and this one was the greatest by far! The owners provided EVERYthing we could think of and more. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is big and there was a huge table that was big enough for our whole group. The dock was so nice with 2 boat slips and 2 jet ski docks - all of which we took advantage of. We loved the kayaks and the inflatables! Lots to do even if you don't have a boat. And the owners were great - super nice and very helpful! We've already booked again for next year.
