Nice place, very clean, we enjoyed our stay. I did find it strange we had to bring our own sheets and pillowcases. When flying in, space is limited so that did cause a bit of an issue. It was communicated to us in advance so we were prepared, I just have not had a VRBO stay have us do that previously, that is all I am saying.

The listing is in a prime location with being so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

This place was so cute inside and out there’s a great private community area. The house was stocked with necessities, anything needed in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom was accessible. Owner was very communicative

Clean and logical! Everything (except linens) is provided and accessible for your stay. I was so happy to have a beach chair and umbrella for the sunny beach days. Along with a guide on the best places to eat locally. Which just about everything is walking distance, including Rehoboth which is not too far. Could even take the bikes as there is a bike path along the way, and a scenic lake.

From start to finish, this was the IDEAL getaway for a single parent and her two young children! Kathy was hospitable, always quick to respond, and the property was beyond adorable and well appointed! I was able to pack lightly - the property offered a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The house is clean, adorably decorated, and has everything you could hope to need during your stay. The community area for the condo complex is warm and inviting, with picnic benches, a hammock, grills, and 2 incredibly nice outdoor showers. All within a couple minute walk to the beach? Yes, please! Kathy - thank you for providing such a cute place for my kids and I to make such special memories on our vacation! We hope to be back soon.

This was our second stay at the condo. Already booked for next summer. Location is perfect!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products and cooking and cleaning supplies as well as a beach cart and chairs to borrow. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and even secured 2 pack n plays to borrow for our stay!

Loved the condo, perfect size for us (family of 3), great location, walked everywhere, responsive owner, beach cart was a plus! Would stay there again!

Can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the front door, depending on how much gear you’re carrying. Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, however, due to some dampness and musty conditions inside the apartment. While we were staying there, we didn’t notice it a whole lot, other than what we could smell on our towels or just feel in the air. But, when we got home, everything had a strong musty smell to it. However it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again! Just something to note in case you have any allergies or health conditions impacted by dampness. The courtyard area was fantastic! A great place to drink your morning coffee or tea and hang out with your group or meet the neighbors. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I came to Dewey for the first time. We weren’t sure where to stay but we’re very pleased with our choice. Kathy kept us informed and answered my questions immediately. I think her unit is in the perfect location and we would definitely stay there again if we come back!

Very convenient and it had everything you needed. Close to beach

This was a cute place that was super convenient to the beach! It would have been better to know you need to bring your own 3 sets of queen sheets ( which luckily I had), towels and paper products more ahead of time but the washer/dryer was a big help. Parking is a little tight but the street parking permit helped with that. Kathy responded quickly to my texts and was helpful. We had a great time!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean and well stocked! Kathy was easy to communicate with and even left us a gift basket full of snacks and toys for the kids. So thoughtful! She had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for our use. There is a shared outdoor common area that was so nice with picnic tables, lots of seating, grills, and a hammock. The location to the beach can't be beat, and everything in Dewey was very walkable, even with kids. The Jolly Trolley stops one block from the house, making for a quick, fun trip to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely return next summer!

My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids (all under 5 years old) to Dewey for the first time. Kathy’s place was perfect for us. It was super clean and stocked with games for the kids, beach toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us to fit a pack and play in the room. The location was perfect (beach block) and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kathy even left a very generous bucket of goodies for the kids.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Dewey! The condo is wonderful and the location is great! It is fully stocked and the communication was very good.

Spent Memorial Day weekend here and had the best time. The location was perfect and the space was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and beach supplies were provided. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would be lucky to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in the well stocked and clean condo located within a short walk to the ocean. We had great and relaxing time!! The accommodations were very nice!!

This was such a cute little place, and it was perfect for us during the weekend. I absolutely loved how it was steps away from the beach and walking distance to just about anything you needed!

Wonderful girls trip with family. This condo is perfectly located to the heart of Dewey Beach. Walking distance to everything including our favorite beach bar. Condo is very cute with a beach theme throughout. Hosts were great to work with. Hope to stay again someday!

We were here two years ago as well. The place has been updated, but still has its original coziness. The owners are lovely people, and make everything easy. They even left a substantial gift basket!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay and you can't beat the location. All you really need to bring is your food, sheets, towels and clothing as everything else is provided! Great enclosed porch. Loved that it is a bit secluded, too.

Kathy is a fantastic host. She is warm and caring. The amenities that are supplied from a beach cart to bicycles are above and beyond what most hosts provide. She cares as well! there is a text that she sent before we git there asking us to let her know we made it safe to Dewey Beach. The condo is less than a block away from the beach and it’s perfect for a family getaway I highly recommend renting from her
