The house was perfect. We love homes versus hotels and this one was probably the best yet. We never had to wash towels or dishes. There were more than needed. Our host was very accommodating to our special requests. We would not hesitate to come back. Patti

We extended our stay in California after our daughters wedding. The house comfortably held 10 including 2 small kids. We played golf and the trails were amazing. The house was clean and communication with host was exceptional. I would say the property was better than we expected all around. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable attention to detail. Sonia (our host) had clearly gone to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay for an extended family of 10. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. The location of the property was A+ with a 270 degree view of the pacific ocean, right next to Ritz Carlton and HMB Ocean golf course. Needless to say, the sunsets were a priceless treat everyday. However, what really stood out to me was the incredible hospitality of the host. They were friendly, welcoming and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their personal touch really made our stay that much more special. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in this city. This stay could not have been better! Despite the rainy weather, we were thrilled with this beautiful, well-maintained home in Half Moon Bay. Gorgeous view of the Ritz Carlton from the backyard; a huge, well-stocked kitchen; gracious hosts (we did not meet in person but were so responsive and accommodating)! It is exactly as presented on VRBO website. Everything you could want or need was at the house. We are so grateful for this fabulous experience.

Such an amazing stay in HMB. The property was gorgeous and has the most amazing view. The house was clean, large and perfect for our family with children. So many amenities for the kids, plenty of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The homeowners were very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. My only complaint is the beds were very u comfortable. But we will definitely be back- hopefully an annual basis! We had the best time

Property is as pictured. Nice location, good view, spacious and comfortable home, and great kitchen for people that like to cook (two dishwashers!). Hosts are easy to communicate with and very responsive. While I don't know if I will have occasion for this large of a house again, I would definitely recommend it.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in HMB and it was wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed (and more!) and the views of the ocean were unparalleled. It was the perfect place to relax, watch incredible sunsets, and listen to the waves, together.

Expansive setting in a upscale neighborhood walking distance to the Ritz. We chose this home since it was large and could accommodate our family. Lots of room with plenty of bathrooms! Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Property manager and owner were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcome! I highly recommend this home!

The ocean views from the master’s, the kids’ bedroom and practically a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room(s) (yes, 2 living rooms) and the patio were breathtaking and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen had most of the things we need and had top of the line appliances. There were 2 washer/dryer) one upstairs, other downstairs), 2 dishwashers (which helped ensure we always had clean dishes and an available dishwasher to load dirty dishes in), and 2 full-size ovens. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. Walking to the Ritz Carlton was very nice, and the beach — which was a 5-minute walk from the house — had easy steps to go down the beach and was manageable for my 78-yr old MIL. and my 3-year old. We didn’t even bother to look at the other beaches because the one closeby was already perfect. To top it all, Lisa, the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. (Had the place been available for more days we’d probably extend longer.) After being couped up at home during the pandemic, it was refreshing and rejuvenating to stay at this house in HMB. We enjoyed everything about it and will definitely be back! Looking forward to returning, and having more staycations at this house (as we live only an hour away from HMB).

This is a very nice rental home that did not disappoint in any way. Location was beautiful, rooms were gorgeous and spacious, beds comfortable, etc etc! Highly recommend!
