Perfect weekend getaway with family.

This home is a perfect mountain getaway. The deck is especially fabulous for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Great home. Jon the property manager was extremely responsive and a total pleasure to work with.

Six friends from high school celebrating our milestone birthday year. This house exceeded expectations in every way. Tons of space on three levels with three gorgeous decks with views. Kitchen had everything we needed and was well equipped. Bathrooms were beautiful. Can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t right. You will not be disappointed. Had to reach out to Jon and he was very responsive and helpful. Honestly this property had it all. I shall return! And soon I hope. Thanks Jon!!!!

It was an experience , very cozy place, walking distance to the lake arrowhead village. We are so glad we are able to see the snow. Owner is very nice to help us to get settle and get our parking space plowed.

We paid a hefty price for cleaning yet the couch was full of dog hair and urine smell on the carpet. One room was flooded and wet floors with heater running and unusable. One bathroom was not clean. The host is not replying to any messages and after me contacting Vrbo upon my return 4 days later he says its too late. Stay away from this property. There are tons of nice homes for this high price.

The cabin was nice although the rooms downstairs are really small. Unfortunately, the rain went inside the house in one of the bedrooms downstairs. After it rained all night my guest woke up to a wet carpet. We really liked the big patio with the fire pit. It’s a nice cabin with great location close to the village.

The cabin was perfect for our Group. All the beds were very comfortable. Location was great.

Great house! Beautiful stone fireplace. Comfortable beds and sofa. Ample parking. Large deck with fire pit and great views of lake and trees. A short walk to the village. It was a great location!!

It's was a great stay and had everything we needed as well as some great little written tips that were scattered around the house.

Nice location and close to the village and the lake. Enjoyed the home. The cooling system is a little off; too cold downstairs great on the main floor and doesn't really work upstairs. Nonetheless, the outside weather was so nice that it didn't really bother us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Jon was very helpful when needed assistance.

This is a very well cared for house, with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed on days that reached the mid 80's, so AC definitely needed. We were not really familiar with Lake Arrowhead, so did not know that although you can see it, and walk to it in five minutes, you cannot swim or boat on it. It is completely private. To swim or boat is to drive 20 minutes to Lake Gregory, which although enjoyable, is not as pretty as Arrowhead. Also, a word to the wise on hot summer days.. the master bedroom is basically in the attic, and never was cool enough to sleep comfortably. The temperature only went down to 65 (outside) at night, and the upper level was extremely warm, while the lower level bedrooms were a cool 62 deg (with AC on main floor set at 70). In cooler weather, we would have enjoyed our stay more.

We stayed at this wonderful property with our adult kids, their significant others, and our 16 mo old grandson for five nights in June. We would DEFINITELY rent again! The house has a lovely view through the trees of the lake and is in a very nice, quiet area. It is also walking distance to the Village. It is very nicely decorated and accomodated our group of eight beautifully. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms accomdating (could use more washcloths - could only find one). Kitchen had what we needed (could use some potholders) and it was nice to have the washer/dryer, too. Deck was the best part - LOVED the gas firepit and seating and the table for outdoor dining! A couple of things to be aware of — there’s a section of the parking area concrete that was cut and had a hole anout 1 1/2 feet deep. We almost drove into it on arrival and that could have been a problem (on right side of parking area). Stairways inside are steep and tight so watch your footing. Trash was an issue with such a large group over five days - you can’t use the outdoor trash cans due to critters. The manager told us at the end of our stay that they have a trash pick up service. This is not in the instructions or house instructions and would have been nice to know. We texted the manager about the trash situation asking what trash day was, but he never responded. Overall, a wonderful stay at a great property!

I was very excited to come here for my birthday with my friend. It was my first time traveling since Covid started. First of all, this is in a great location. The check in was simple. When we opened the door it was a lot smaller and darker than the photos. Initially it smelled clean in there, but as I walked over by the area rug I smelled urine. We walked downstairs and the smell of urine on the carpets was beyond overwhelming. Yes, my sense of smell is better than most, but my friend smelled it too. If I had a black light I guarantee there would be urine everywhere as dogs are aloud here. Once one dog pees, others will mark. I know the smell of dog urine. I am a dog trainer as well. I don’t know how the cleaners don’t smell that. It was awful. I text the property owner that the smell of urine was nauseating and he actually got extremely defensive and said the property has been cleaned thoroughly and he can have someone come to see if they smell it. What good would that do? He then said if it makes us so sick then he wants us out of there because he doesn’t want anyone staying in his property if they feel that way. He offered to refund us, but I didn’t appreciate his attitude. All I was thinking was where the heck are we supposed to go? I then found myself saying we will just deal with it. Luckily I had the master upstairs. My friend ended up sharing that room with me which I didn’t love, but the smell of urine made her sick too. The house is cute, but not a luxury property by any means. I took a lot of pictures, but apparently there’s nowhere to upload them here. The moulding throughout the house is cracked, scratched. The stair railing is wobbly and the wood is all scraped off. The master shower fills with water as you’re showering. The walls have paint that is scraped off, the wood flooring is all messed up, the doors have paint scraped off. There are cobwebs on all of the lights. The plug outlets are dirty. I have pictures and videos of all of this. I will find a way to upload them. The outdoor space was the most pleasant part of this home. Lovely lake views. The outdoor lights did not work though with the remote that was hanging on the door, so we couldn’t use them. I will say I asked the property owner if there was a ride service on the mountain and he said no. I tore my pcl in my knee so I could not even walk to the village and we wanted to drink and not drive anywhere. I found out the next day there are a few mountain car services.

The location of the property was fantastic and it is a very nice property. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One thing I would like to see is some updates and attention to detail to be considered a Luxury property.

Great location for us to have a quick relaxing getaway from the busy city. Celebrated my wife’s birthday and everyone had a wonderful time. The only disappointment was the master bathroom shower had a slow drain which was unpleasant as it filled up when taking a shower. We would absolutely stay again but I would verify the drains were working properly first.

Loved the home and enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to enjoy the outdoor patio lights but the remote did not work believe the battery needed to be replaced.

This property worked well for our two families. It is a split level home with a master upstairs and three queens downstairs. Given we had 4 kids between the ages of 7 and 12, it would have been slightly easier to have some singles or bunk options but we made it work. The living room was super cozy and we all enjoyed movies and board games by the fire. The deck was wonderful. We sat outside by the fire pit enjoying a glass of wine and catching up. Weather even allowed for us to grill one night. We were able to walk to the village for breakfast and lunch on different days. And the host is great! So responsive and helpful. Little things make a difference. We were celebrating a birthday and couldn’t find a mixer. Connects with the host and one magically appeared at our doorstep in time to make the icing. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a property owned by this management company and twice they have delivered. Wonderful all around!

We had a great experience staying at this beautiful and cozy cabin. The cleanliness of the property always the first thing my family and I notice, and it was absolutely noteworthy. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Also, it is only a few minutes from village and the Lake. Overall, it’s a great property to relax and spend time alone with nature.:)

Very nice stay in charming Lake Arrowhead Cabin. The Owner was fantastic in communicating all necessary steps upon arrival, answering our questions about the area and overall preparation for our stay. Very appreciated and complimentary to the property experience. A plus that the location is so close to Village, beautiful view of the surroundings and the lake from the cabin and deck. Really enjoyed the firepit and sitting outside, spacious and accommodating to a family gathering area. Nicely updated bathrooms. Every household accommodation was available throughout the cabin. Overall lovely stay. Some living areas are smaller than appear in the pictures, narrow staircase and needs a handrail on the second stair portion going downstairs. Downstairs area small, but quaint and accommodating. A big Thank You to the Owner Jon for a lovely experience.

Well appointed home with a flat driveway/car parking pad and a great deck where we spent most of our time. Stocked with everything we needed and more! Excellent location - we walked to the village multiple times. No AC when we stayed in June but maybe it was added recently since I see it in the amenities now. There were plenty of fans to keep the air moving so it was OK for us. This was our second stay at a home that Jon hosts and he is super responsive and great. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay-the beds were amazing and the location was perfect for hiking or shopping.

The cabin is nice. If you have babies/toddlers it might not be the ideal place for you as there are literally stairs everywhere. We have a one year old and had to barricade all stairs with chairs to keep her safe. The fridge is also a little wonky, you can’t open it all the way because the washer and dryer are right there. Other than that it’s great, good location, short walk to the village and lake.

This house is as described and doesn’t disappoint. The location is perfect, very close the the village, the views of the lake from the deck are beautiful, the kitchen is very well stocked, and the beds are comfy (super important for me and my crew). My whole family young and old enjoyed themselves in this home. Jon was super responsive with local recommendations and the check in process was the easiest I have ever experienced. I would totally stay here again in a heart beat.

I had a major allergy attack the moment I walked into the home. We left the next morning. The property had a vibe that it was used a lot. The empty lot next to the house was full of dog poop. Kinda gross. The owner was accommodating (even offered to move us, which was nice, but we had already been 2 hours on the road) I thought for the fun of it to ask for a refund, he quickly pointed me to policy (which I expected and still choose to leave) Just not our cup of tea.
