We came from Tampa, FL with another family of 4 to use the condo for a 3 day weekend. We spent most of the time in the Disney Parks so we did not get to use the facilities but they looked so cool! Parking was easy for us and we had 2 cars. There is an elevator so it was easy to bring up luggage and strollers. The condo had alot of room. What could be worked on, in my opinion, woud be to have hangers for the towels in the bathrooms. I had no where to hang my towels. The owners would like for everyone after check out to wash the dishes in the dishwasher and to run a wash of the the towels in the washing machine. Since they ask of this for one time, they should supply laundry detergent and dishwashing soap just for the one time. We got lucky because a previous renter left their stuff and we left our own too. I would definitely book here again!

This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills and we will definitely be back ! This property is perfectly located for anyone planning a Disney trip. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool, splash park/waterslides, and the multiple playgrounds on site, were a big hit for my children. Could not recommend this place more !!!

The place was good and close to everything

This property was perfect for our weekend trip with a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us, extremely close to Disney attractions, and shopping just right down the road. The condo itself was clean and was easy walking distance to the pool, which was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!!

Bad smell ,possibly mold noticeable inside apartment. No swimming pool towels. Uncomfortable bunk bed(bottom bed) Broken coffee maker.

Everything thing was amazing! The checking in process was easy. The location was great, literally 15 minutes to Disney. We felt safe in the gated community. Not to mention the room and resort were beautiful, has so much to offer. Our family had a great time and will be booking again for our next Disney vacation!

Nice place to stay close to Disney parks and not too far from Universal. Easy check in.

Space was comfortable but definitely could’ve used some cleaning. Floors were filthy, shower liner was stained. Other than that the place was definitely comfy. If it was cleaned properly it would be 5 stars.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. We had 8 total, and upon arriving saw that there were not enough dishes and silverware. Also, some light bubs were out. One call to the property manager and we had what we needed within a few hours. The unit itself could use some repair - water stains on ceiling, damaged walls (water damage?), toilet that doesn't flush well. The change filter light was lit on the frig, and we were told it had been changed, but just not reset. The taste of the water said different. This unit is still very good for a large family, and the pool and water slide were very nice. Very close to all the Disney parks, and security at the gate was organized and solid, yet not difficult to work. The unit is in a residential development, so many people live there full-time. It had a calm, pleasant feel to it. Overall would recommend it.

Let me start by saying this is my first ever writing a review. I will start with the good. Location to all the parks and Universal was perfect! Super close to everything. Amenities were great for the property Communication with the owner was great. Responded right away any time I asked a question. There were plenty of things you could use if needed: high chair, stroller, pack n play baby walker. The price was great for the location and amenities. The bad…. The place needs an update. The walls and floors were filthy. There was no way I would have walked around this place with no socks on. My socks were pitch black and had hair stuck to them. There was stuff all over the floor. When they re touch the doors and walls they spot paint. You can tell they really hate spending money on the place to make it look nice or fix anything. Oh the coffee pot lid was broke so they just let it sit in the coffee pot so you can still use it. I don’t know that I felt clean even after showering in this place. We re washed the towels once we got there because the towels stank. The place is very humid regardless of what you set the temperature to so the towels stay moist. My vitamins I had in my med planner became discolored due to the moisture in the place. The outlets are barely hanging on the wall and the things you plug into them barely stay in. The inside of the microwave was clean but under the door looked like it had never been touched. Don’t expect hot water. We all turned the hot water all the way up and it never felt like it got all the way hot. Granted we just needed a place to lay our head and shower while we visited parks all week. It served its purpose and I guess you get what you pay for but all in all this place is disgusting. It for sure needs an update and a really big deep clean.

This is a well situated property with lots of amenities but the actual condo is filthy with many parts not working and a non-responsive owner. The couch is filthy and with a young one there the exposed wiring and poorly functioning frig and disposal I would be cautious.

We were really looking forward to this trip and most things were very good. We stayed in the condo for 6 nights. It is in need of some repairs. The fun wallpaper for kids room and living room is peeling off the walls. All over the condo there are random holes where light fixtures use to be. There are other holes that have been patched but left unpainted. They left 1 trash bag for us to use for an entire week. I’ve stayed in many home on VRBO and other sites and have never had a home so in need of love or so stingy with amenities like trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc. when we arrived dishes were still left in the dishwasher. Really just need to work on the details for this property.

The condo was very nice, spacious and my kids loved the pool area. They only gave us 1 row of tissue and garbage bag, but overall the place was very nice.

Great communication from the owner throughout. Condo was clean and as described. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, including pots/pans/colander. Easy check-in process, and once checked in, easy to get in and out of the resort. The pool area is great, there's a sloped "beach" for young kids/babies, and the splash pad has slide options for big kids and little kids. We'd happily return. For anyone interested: it takes ~ 15 minutes to get to each of the Disney parks in high traffic, 30 minutes to Universal. Wal-Mart is right up the road though!

A great spot incredibly close to Disney. House was prepared in time, clean, and accurate to website description. Walls are very thin and it is easy to hear noise from surrounding condos. Pool and water park area are nice and the heated pool was a plus. Great spot for a family needing a place to spread out on breaks from Disney.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great place and location. Loved the pool and splash pad- wish the water was heated in splash pad- ice cold 😭 other than that it was a great stay. Close to Disney (20 minutes max). Lots to do. A lot around. Will definitely be back

Overall everything was good for the purpose we needed. The resort was nice with pool and kids play area. Room just needs a little tlc and it would’ve been perfect. Nothing major just minor things like chargers would fall out of plugs. We had an issue with hot water not getting hot enough for us to shower and the owner sent the property manager immediately. Property manager only checked the kitchen sink. Showers have low pressure which the sign in bathroom tells you it’s due to Florida water or something like that. We were satisfied due to fair price for the room. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds.

We had a great time at the pool and enjoyed the clean rooms and being able to spend time in the living room after a long day at Disney.

The location of this house is great if you are going to the parks! Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for us to get ready and relax when we were not at the parks. The house had plenty of baby items, there were two pack and plays and umbrella multiple strollers The property manager was good to communicate with but the owner (seems to be the one that manages all communications prior to check-in). Overall had a good experience

We have stayed at many Windsor Hills properties and LOVE the location when we are there for work and to go to Disney. This place is clean but it needs a lot of work. The decor is peeling and ripped (for example the big Mickey in the bunk room has part of his face and an arm ripped off) and in places stapled to the walls, and there are paint issues in every room. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable, mismatched bedding and the bottom of the mattress ripped and hanging down into the lower bunk. The electrical outlets were unsafe in the kids room, plugs had to be wiggled and loosely put in the outlets to work. We had a loose/broken toilet seat, several decorations broken, wires and electrical boxes hanging out of the walls, and it is NOISY. You hear everyone outside, next to you or in the hall. The kitchen cabinets were painted and stick shut. Then BANG shut. If all you need is a place to sleep, and it is clean and spacious. But compared to other places in Windsor, this is not well kept up or decorated.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the eating utensils provided. The quantity was sufficient, but the size was questionable. Most of the items were sized for children. It is frustrating when an adult attempts to eat a meal with child sized utensils. The cleaning team could use a little more attention to detail, many corners had caked dirt and the area behind the televisions have not been cleaned in ages.

This was our second stay in this condo for our Disney trip. It’s the perfect location for a great price! Our oldest daughter (8) still remembers the kids room from 4 years ago and was super excited to be back. Thank you for allowing us to come stay again and I’m sure we will be back!
