We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.

Great condo with all amenities you need. Wonderful view over the water. We enjoyed our coffee in the screened porch. Communication with Maria was amazing and she was very responsive! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Family Vacation
Definitely recommended for a perfect family getaway. This rental is at the entrance of the beautiful Gasparilla Island. Every visit is certainly a treasure with it’s authentic island feel and peaceful environment. Anything you could possibly need for a great beach experience is nearby and the owner took care of all the little details.

Beautiful location
This condominium is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Florida! It was very clean and full of amenities . It’s a short walk across the street from a private beach with chaises and an umbrella.

Perfect Stay
We were very pleased with the condo. The communication with the owner was great and the check-in/out process was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the things you need while traveling. Very nice to have condiments and spices for use in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and the adults loved having beach chairs. Great views off the screened porch. Boca Grande North complex is so well maintained and the pool was perfect for the post beach afternoon swim.

My husband and I and 2 other adults (family) all stayed at Property ID 969979, a Waterfront Condo on Boca Grande.. Boca Grande is beautiful and the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo was lovely.. It had everything we could have needed, wanted & more. Our 2 week stay was perfect. We will definitely return. Maria, the owner was very easy to reach and always willing to accomodate our needs.

We’re Back!
We came back! We loved our first trip to the Boca Beauty so much, that we re-booked—four years later and this time with our nine-month-old daughter. Maria went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. Her condo is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed for a family beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back—we definitely won’t be waiting another 4 years!

Sonrisas Grande
We had big smiles throughout our stay at Boca Beauty. The views were spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfect for a quiet few days on the island. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. Our daily walks gave us ample opportunity to see dolphins, manatees and plenty of sea birds. We are already talking about going back.

The property is on the Boca Grande causeway. Views are amazing and travel around the island is super easy. Property owner, Maria, is amazing! She keeps in touch with you; makes sure everything is going well; answers questions, allows for early arrival, etc.
Property itself is on the 2nd floor, so there are steps involved. Not a problem except for maybe getting the luggage up and down.
The condo is very well-appointed. You hardly need to buy anything except for food.
Beds are beyond comfortable and there is lots of space for 2-4 people.
Overall, a wonderful option for those visiting Boca Grande.

Wonderful accommodations and host
The condo was easy to access, beautiful, and just perfect for us. The most wonderful thing was that Maria was available for any concerns or problems and was super helpful - a really fantastic host! The book inside also had a lot of great information and directions. The check out requirements were not difficult at all. There were plenty of beach toys (we all loved the boogie boards), towels, chairs, beach bags and, and an umbrella - super important! There was also some aloe, very thoughtful. Really, really great vacation!

Wonderfully relaxing vacation
What a wonderful week! This adorable condo was so light and homey! We absolutely loved it! The location was great… being able to see a sunset out the front and water out the back was so beautiful! Maria was wonderful also!

We caught 5 Tarpon!!!
Great property for a weekend plus fishing trip. Condo had everything we needed plus. Thankful for the beach towels so that we didn’t have to pack extra. Great location. Fishing guide picked us up from the North dock on property. We put hands on five tarpon so it was a great day. We used the pool which helped cool us off. We had a great time at the beach and on the island! Very thankful for the last minute availability and Maria for helping us with our travel plans. My husband had a great birthday!

What I like about property is big for 6 people. There's a fishing/beach in the small path way near the bushes. (check Google maps). It's a beautiful property. The only thing is lady from D37 gets mad if you park in her "parking spot"

Very nice and peaceful condo!
At the north end of Boca Grande, a great place to start a walk or bike ride into town, or a very short distance to beach. Very nice and peaceful condo, and just about every night we walked across the street to watch beautiful sunset.

Boca beautiful
This was a great property! It was just as listed.. Maria has thought of everything. It is quiet and a perfect location for exploring the island. We enjoyed mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. It is off the main island but we didn't mind driving to the beach locations. The kitchen is well stocked. The deck is beautiful and we spent lots of time out there. We enjoyed a local fishing charter, exploring Sanibel, local shops, and lots of sun and water. We had great food at Farlows (off island) and South Beach Grill (right on the beach and watched the sunset. Don't miss Boca Grande..it's a quaint island that's much quieter than Sanibel.

Boca Grande Paradise
Lovely condo on Gasparilla Sound. We kayaked right by the condo and saw dolphins and a manatee! We had everything that our family needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Maria was so easy to communicate with and helpful.

Sisters & Mom birthday trip
This place was a fabulous location to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. Maria was an excellent hostess, very attentive before and during our stay, returning our inquiries quickly and efficiently. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with nice utensils, place settings, basic condiments & spices, and the various seating areas were well- situated and facilitated easy conversations. Although the weather was cool and we were there during Spring Break week, the island was a quiet calm place to decompress. Very family friendly and laid back. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend!

We had a great time!
We wanted a quick vacation before school started. This property was nice because it had easy access to both Boca Grande and the marinas that are close by. Also it had a pool on site which was great for late afternoon dips with the kids. If you are bringing teens be sure to keep them busy with local water activities(paddle boarding, sea doos, kayaking, boating).

Great property. We traveled with 6 adults and had plenty of room. The accommodations are clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The porch area is perfect. Maria was extremely helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend Boca Grande and Maria's rental.

Boca Grande North
Nicely furnished condo just before Gasparilla island. Short drive to main part of Boca Grande where restaurants and shops are. Great sunrise views each morning although couch on porch not very comfortable with very thin cushions. It was nice to have chairs, coolers, umbrellas and towels provided!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed the comforts of home. It was nice to be close to the fishing pier and Kappys to rent a golf cart. We had Publix deliver groceries upon arrival and that was awesome. Walked a lot. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Saw many sharks caught and released at Gasparilla State Park, as well as manatee and more dolphins than we could count. Loved it!

Wonderful stay. We rented bikes which made getting into town easier than driving. This location was quiet and peaceful but not close enough to walk into town. Bikes or a golf cart makes sense for getting to town. Great location for our group.
