An enjoyable property. Convenient to ski slopes and retail services. Would stay there again. We were lucky. They closed the ski slopes on our departure day. PS - the bedroom in the basement was not prepared on our arrival. Not a problem since one of our five cancelled at the last minute, but was noted.

Tom was very accommodating. The condo was as described and worked wonderfully for our family. The location to ski resorts was perfect as well.

This was the perfect place for our family of 12. Everything we needed as well as great location. Perfect for skiing, dining and shopping. Would stay here again for sure!

We came to Utah for a ski vacation and found this property on VRBO. We found the location suited our needs perfectly as we did not want to stay up in the canyons so we could keep our options open in terms of where we wanted to ski any given day. We ended up skiing at Snowbird, Brighton and Deer Valley which were all easily accessible from this location. The space itself was large enough to accommodate our group of ten especially the kitchen area where we found ourselves socializing most evenings. Also, the kitchen itself was well equipped and the chefs in our group were impressed with the wide selection of accoutrements available to prepare the many gourmet meals we enjoyed during our stay. All in all, a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

This place is great - very roomy and clean! Boot heater system for numerous boots and gloves - Location is great - less than 15 minutes to Snowbird ski resort and 4 minutes to a grocery store and amenities. Hot tub is great at the end of the day

The beautifully updated property easily accommodated our large group of avid skiers. With it's 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and extremely large kitchen with an oversized granite top island , we comfortably enjoyed gathering at for wine and spirits after an incredible day of skiing at our 2 favorite ski resorts, Alta and Snowbird, which are only 15 minutes away. The hot tub, along with more wine and spirits, helped soothe our sore muscles. Thank you Tom Olexa for an unforgettable stay!!

Terrific stay with a group of friends for a long ski weekend. Great location right near the entrances to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Absolutely no complaints - the home was perfect and the rental process was handled competently and professionally.

We've been coming out to Utah to ski for over 30 consecutive years, and this is the first place we want to return to again. It is better than pictured and described (not always the case, we have found in prior experiences). Our group of 9 appreciated the boot/glove dryers, the many bathrooms, the sunlit space, and the big common kitchen/dining space to hang out in. We never went out any evening as staying in was perfect (plus we were pooped from skiing and wilted after a glorious soak in the hot tub). Cooking for the group was easy with all the variety of pots, pans, appliances; and the stock that was in the pantry and 'spice' cabinet was much appreciated. It is nice that whoever cleans the unit between renters doesn't strip it bare. It is quiet, well situated, and comfortable for all. The owner was always quick to respond to questions as we approached our arrival. Definitely the place to stay for a large group. We would love to come back again next year.

We have stayed here every winter for the last 5 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else! The kitchen is awesome and the hot tub is great after a long day of skiing. It has everything you need and is the perfect location for skiing either canyon.

Great location for access to Snowbird/ Alta. Roomy.. Lifthouse ski rental worked very well. Kitchen and dining area very convivial.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is huge and was a great place for everyone to hang out. Tom was a great host - sent us a discount to a rental place that was very close to the condo (and that everyone loved) and he responded promptly to correspondence. The four main bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. It was a little tight for 12 adults as the fifth bedroom on the first level is geared more toward kids (it would be ideal for 8 adults (4 couples) and up to 4 kids) but we made it work and had a great time!

Home was excellent for our annual guys ski retreat. Good value and great amenities. The discount ski tickets are a nice bonus as well. Everything was in good working order, clean and as advertised!

We stayed there in march of 2016.. We had 5 children and 8 adults. Everyone was comfortable. We all had our privacy. We cooked all of our meals there and we were lacking for nothing in the way of kitchen supplies. In fact we were well supplied with everything. Hot tub, tv's, games, comfort, skiing nearby, shopping and restaurants if you need them. Beautiful , spacious and spotlessly clean. It was wonderful.

I can't think of one negative thing about my stay. The condo is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen is not only beautiful but has every appliance you could think of and they're all first class. There's a TV in every beautiful bedroom. This place is first class!!

My extended family of 10 stayed at the Cottonwood Canyon Condo for a biking and mountain climbing vacation. It was the perfect spot between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Great grocery shopping within minutes. The condo was very clean and obviously well maintained. Our questions were always answered quickly prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend
