Great location and great host.

Loved the property and location. The amenities were wonderful: workout area, hot tub, sauna, etc… easy walk to bus for rides to gondola and ski lifts. Great town with lots to do and very easy access. Scott is a great host and very helpful for getting around town, places to go and recommendations when ask. He responded very quickly and was great to work with. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, with a great view. We plan to make it a yearly trip and April turned out to be a great time to visit as the Peak season had just ended.

The studio condo was steps to the ski lift and town. Great view of the ski mountain. Also the hot tubs were nice to have after a day of skiing. The unit was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Scott was very quick to respond to questions and give recommendations. He was also helpful in setting us up with a driver to/from Denver.

This condo was just as advertised! Excellent location, and everything I needed for my stay. Full kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice size and King bed is very comfortable. I will definitely plan to stay again next season.

Great studio condo, perfect size for my wife and I. Well equipped kitchen. The location was steps to Main Street and Quicksilver ski lift. Scott the owner was very helpful with check in and quick to answer any questions we had. The health club was very nice to use after a day of skiing. It has multiple hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room and much more.

Excellent location, walkable to everything on Main Street, very cute condo, lots of amenities with a beautiful view! The owner met us there, helped with parking, took our bags up, first class service!

Scott is a great host! He took time out of his day to check in with me ahead of my trip and upon arrival to ensure everything met our expectations. Excellent location; steps away from Quicksilver lift and short walk to town. It was nice to have a swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna on the ground floor. I would stay here again and would reach out to Scott for future stays.

Scott was an incredibly helpful, informative and pleasant host. The condo is in a perfect location. Walk right out onto the slopes, and right onto Main Street. Easy access to groceries and dining, and in town events. I highly recommend staying here with Scott.

All my son wanted to do was see snow, and boy did we!!! Great time snow tubing, dog sledding & just wondering the streets of Breck! We can’t wait to come back !

We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO. The best thing is the ideal location just steps to the slopes. It truly is ski in ski out. Plus we were able to easily walk every day to the best parts of Main Street - no car needed for this trip. The unit is comfortable, though a bit small (it’s a studio). We made it work as a couple, but it would be tough with more than 2. The kitchen was moderately well equipped. Bed, couches and other furnishings were comfortable, but not luxury. The condo amenities are recently renovated and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the steam room and many steaming hot jacuzzis. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He personally checked us in, showed us around the property, and was also attentive when we had questions and concerns during the week. We were desperate for a humidifier for example and he helped us get one into the unit when there were none available in town or near us on Christmas. We very much appreciated his kindness and care. We probably would opt for a larger place on a second trip, but would consider booking through this same host, who owns several properties in the complex.

This unit is the ultimate location. Steps from the Quicksilver lift and a short walk to everything in town. Owner was fantastic with communication! You can’t go wrong with this unit!!

We loved this unit and its location! Very close to the hot tub and amenities! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping! Scott even met us at check in to get us situated! Great service, we hope to make this an annual trip! Great place and town to stay!!

Room was exactly as listed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Facilities in the resort were very clean and updated. Scott, the owner, was 100x more helpful than any VRBO host I’ve ever had, and even reached out several times to check in. Thanks for a great experience!

The efficiency we stayed at was clean and has great views of Peak 9. Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer with all the flowers and it's so clean wherever you go. Will definitely return.

Perfect for a single or a couple. Not too crazy about the new keyless system but everything else is great

Location location location!!! We spent a long time finding a condo with a view. That is always important to us as we travel This did not it disappoint! It is at the south end of main street so we could walk to everything Scott, the owner, walked us through check in and check out with all of the details needed This is fantastic unit….it was a summer trip but for ski season it would be awesome !

Condo was just as advertised. Beautiful view, great location & just what our family of 3 needed. We appreciated the amenities on site (pool, hot tubs, game room & movie room). We were walking distance to all restaurants & trolley. The host was very nice & helpful. I will definitely book here again.
