Cottage was clean and owner was very friendly not far from stores and restaurants

This was our fourth or fifth time staying at Firefly Cottage. The accommodations were outstanding, as usual. The owners were great. Looking forward to our next stay.

The perfect place for a relaxing stay in the NC mountains!

My wife and I are in our early 70's and have stayed at many locations mostly hotels when we have traveled. This was by far a much safer, welcoming place to stay at a price very close and in some cases cheaper than some of the local hotels! The hosts are both personable and available if needed. The place itself was like a fancy efficiency with a small but full ktichen, washer and dryer, separate bathroom and a small dining table, desk for work and couch. There was a TV but we never turned it on but was WiFi connected. We are likely returning to the area in June for our 42nd anniversary and if this place is available we will stay there again. The drive to Hendersonville Main St is very short and if you drive the other way you come to Dupont State Recreation Forest and hikes to several waterfalls - a perfect location!

I came here for a weekend of reflection and solitude. The property is quiet and peaceful, just what I needed. The hosts respected my reason for being there and gave me the space to have the solitude I needed. I really appreciate that!

This rental was even better than pictured. The owners were extremely easy to work with and we enjoyed getting to meet Roger during our stay. We will definitely use again on our next visit and highly recommend!

You will be pleasantly surprised at the size of the rental. The pictures do not do it justice. The high ceilings also help in making the area feeling larger. If you're looking at staying here versus a hotel, I would highly recommend.

It was such a lovely cottage! It was much more than expected & we couldn’t have wished for anything more. Thank you Roger for making our stay so wonderful. Meeting Smoky, the Old English Sheepdog was such a plus! Great location too!

Excellent in all regards. Clean and well-appointed cottage. Convenient location, close to downtown, wineries and recreation areas. Roger and Denise were terrific to work with, and helpful with suggestions for area attractions. We hope to stay again if we return to this area.

Perfect for a quick comfortable stay

We found staying here was the perfect location. One mile from grandchildren's home as well as straight shot to downtown Hendersonville. Garage available was appreciated on rainy days. Hosts were always available for questions. We highly recommend this house. Only recommendation would be to put grab-bars in the shower.

The cabin is on a beautiful property. Cabin is cute, spacious, private, with all amenities. Large trees, swing and fire pit. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.
