We had a wonderful family vacation over the Thanksgiving break. The host was super nice and responsive to my emails and calls. The condo was everything you see in the photo listings. We loved everything about the condo, the easy access to the beach, and the convenience to stores and restaurants. Overall, our family had a memorable Thanksgiving vacation at this rental. We’d stay here again if we had the chance to visit OBX again.

This condo is huge. Kitchen was great with amazing space to hang out together. Absolutely amazing view!! Area is very nice. Close to some homey restaurants and some very nice ones. Great coffee places near by. So much shopping and things to see.

Took my Dayghter to outer banks to show her its not all like Avon. Had a great time. Saw the wild mustangs went to Aquarium and played mini golf. Spent some time looking for shells and just relaxing. Dudnt want to leave. Place was beautiful. Owner was responsive on one issue not their fault.

I looked long and hard for a place to meet our needs (one floor, three bedrooms, right on the beach) for my family with two little kids--this vacation was a huge investment for us, so I will admit I have high expectations. Upon arrival, I did immediately notice a chemical-cleaning smell (I will say I am definitely sensitive to these smells). The first bedroom selected by one of my kids had a smell that did give me a sore throat. Some of the outlets were falling out of the wall, and the furniture was older and dusty in places. The carpets definitely needed cleaning in the smaller bedrooms. The refrigerator had a chemical-y cleaning smell. The biggest bummer was that the air conditioning did not do a very good job of cooling my kids' rooms. Even at the lowest AC temperature, my toddler's room was 75 at night, so we had to move him into the master bedroom. The master bed was too soft for me (perhaps fine for others). I was overall disappointed. BUT it was right on the beach, and aside from the temperature issues at night, my kids didn't notice any of these other things. I did not reach out to the owner with my issues or concerns, primarily because I felt nothing could be done in the moment. It's difficult to clean away chemical smells. If you like to cook, definitely check with the owner first to see if the items in the pantry will meet your needs. And bring a can opener! :)

The condo was big. The separation between the master bedroom suite and the rest of the condo was perfect. Where the other two bedrooms and bathroom were located was perfect for privacy. One problem was the ceiling above the deck leaked and it appeared the ceiling material was full of water. There was plenty of room for dining and sitting in the living room area. Use of the beach equipment was a definite plus. Great weather was beautiful beach.

We had the most amazing family vacation! The view is absolutely stunning! We saw dolphins right out from our balcony several times during our stay. My 4 year old granddaughter was sooo excited about that! Anne-Marie was so helpful and welcoming and very quick to respond to all of our questions. This was our first trip to the OBX, but it won’t be our last!

The condo was great. Neighborhood was very friendly. Love that its family oriented.

Our family’s 2nd visit was as good as the first! The “Wow” factor view, literally “steps” from the beach, and comfortable, spacious unit make this a winner. We will be back!

Ocean front condo with easy access to the beach. Condo was just right for the 6 of us. There are a few steps between the elevator and the front door of the condo that is somewhat inconvenient for persons with disabilities, but manageable. Anne was great to communicate with, always responded promptly. Grocery stores nearby and a newer Target store within walking distance. Great restaurants with friendly staff nearby did not disappoint us.

Our family had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect. The condo is right on the ocean with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach.

While the weather didn't exactly cooperate with our visit, the condo did not let us down! The layout is smart and functional, you have all that you need, and the view off the deck is priceless! The location is ideal and close to many options for restaurants, activities, shopping and fishing. The kitchen is complete with all you need should you decide to do your own cooking and I highly recommend a cup of coffee sitting in the red chairs listening to the waves. We greatly appreciated the use of all the beach equipment, which saved so much space in the car during traveling! This property just may be our best VRBO to date! Thank you for an amazing stay!

It’s a great location right on the beach. The beds were still wet from a toxic fragrance sprayed on then which caused me some coughing and felt ill to my stomach after laying in it. It got all over my clothes and hair etc. It was all over the furniture and beds and carpets. We had to remove all bedding/pillows to the laundry room bc it was so smelly and toxic. Kitchen was basic cheap worn down pots n pans with a few dirty items in cupboards. They charge a cleaning fee, but then they require us to do chores like strip beds etc. I’m no longer renting from those who do that. Owner went MIA after the first response.

It was so nice to stay right on the ocean. Cooking with the view, was awesome. Being able to hear the surf was an added bonus.

We had a “girls” weekend to celebrate a birthday. We loved the location and enjoyed our time there very much! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our fourth time staying at this property. My husband and I love that the beach is right outside the large siding glass doors. It is also walking distance to a few restaurants. The property owner does a fantastic job at keeping it clean and well maintained. She recently remodeled the kitchen since our last stay. Any time we needed to reach the property owner we received a quick response. I highly recommend this property!

Our whole family enjoyed our week stay right on the beach! The condo was clean, accommodating and had a beautiful ocean view! We can not wait for our next trip!

This unit had everything we needed and more. Pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful, loved the decor, great view of the beach and right beside private to the condos beach access. You can tell the owner put a lot of love and care into this beach home. Had a nice warm and welcoming energy. Would love to stay here again!

The pictures on this listing don't do this place justice. It was a beautiful location and sprawling floor plan. Our family had such a great time and made loads of wonderful memories. Not only did they let us use their beach chairs and umbrellas, there was a handy little hose outside the entrance for rinsing the sand off our feet. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, the private master, and walk-in shower, and those epic red chairs on the deck. We spend hours at the large dining room table playing games and doing puzzles (also included!) After long days at the beach our teens loved finishing the day at the pool, making up games like when they were little. We had an amazing time in an amazing place. Thank you to the owners for everything.

Nothing beats a full oceanfront view! In addition, the condo was thoughtfully equipped with everything to make a trip with little ones hassle free. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back!
