We love this condo, we’ve stayed here 3 times. Very clean, beautiful views, comfortable beds, right by the steps to the beach. Convenient to Publix, restaurants etc. Just know there are a lot of stairs to climb if that’s an issue for anyone in your group. Only problem is the Wi-Fi is in and out. I’ve heard that’s an issue all over 30a, but it was frustrating at times. All in all a wonderful week!

We had the best time during our stay! Being right on the beach was perfect, especially with having an infant with us. We were able to rent anything we needed baby related from BabyQuip and it was there waiting for us when we got there. We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo is the perfect fit for the three of us, my granddaughter loved her king bed and TV. We absolutley loved walking out the back and down to the beautiful beach. Loved that two chairs and an umbrella were inculded and set up everyday of out stay. Furnishings were just perfect. I loved that nobody is above and the nights were quiet.

This Sea Suite townhome was the perfect spot for our vacation! We have stayed at several places in 30A and this one will forever be one of my favorites! The decor is beautiful. The kitchen well stocked with most things you need. The living room furniture was comfortable and cozy. Having 2 king size beds were great! AND The view is absolutely stunning! We will definitely be back!

Getting the right unit was a bit awkward in that there are TWO unit #4's in the same parking lot. Not a big deal. Ocean is right there and easily accessed from your back porch. Unit is fine and well maintained.

Location was perfect for where we wanted to be during our stay. Only negatives were back yard grass never cut the whole week of our stay by the end of the week weeds were bad going out to the beach. Gas tank of grill left on when we checked in & some items felt not clean but really … overall the good out weighed the bad.

This was our second visit to this property. It was just as lovely the second time as the first. We absolutely love the property. Can’t beat the view, and the beach service spoils you. Once you have the service you’ll never haul chairs to the beach again. Truly a great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo! Access to the beach was great and the views were amazing! One small issue was the remote for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. One larger issue was the half bath toilet was making gurgling noises and the sewage pipe by the parking lot was overflowing with waste and toilet paper. We called the property manager who said they would send someone out to fix it but never saw anyone.

Such a great place to stay on 30A! So many great things about this rental, location, decor, views, beds, and amenities but I would have to say the best part is how close you are to the beach. Just a few steps to the beach staircase! Plus parking is right outside your front door, so easy to unload and more time for R&R. Plus free beach service so you spot us always saved on the beach. If you’re looking for a spot to completely relax, this is it!

Sweet property with wonderful views. Quiet and serene. There were three of us and we had plenty of room. Accommodations were high end and well kept. Once of the most successful in and outs we've experienced.

We had great time during our stay! This property is conveniently located near Rosemary and Alys Beach but has the privacy we were seeking. The beach is literally just down the stairs. There was a complimentary beach service included that had chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day making it as easy as possible to set up and spend the day on the beach.

Very clean property. Tastefully decorated. Floor plan easily accommodating. Beach chair rental included is a plus! Centrally located between the Hub and Ally’s Beach. We rode bikes all over the area.

Location, location, location. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay at both from the condo itself and proximity to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The thing that really blew us away was all the sea life we saw, day after day. We weren't sure if it was a seasonal thing or if it was an daily occurrence but we saw everything except a whale. We're looking forward to coming back next year - we had an absolutely exceptional experience. Thank you!

Everything as it looked in the photos...only better. The proximity to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside was perfect.

All was as advertised, close to Alys, had a great time biking to the Hub. Would recommend staying here and would for sure return.

My husband and I just needed to go somewhere warm(ish) to decompress and catch up on some R&R. This was exactly the place for us :) Everything about this property was perfect--location, decor, cleanliness and most importantly the easy beach access! I cannot wait to return!!

My husband and I had a great getaway even though it was chilly during our stay! Our only complaint is the master bed. Memory foam mattresses are extremely warm (think heating pad) to sleep on but we were able to move to the other bedroom and it was fine. If we had more people with us it would have been a real problem. Otherwise, the condo was really comfortable and you can’t beat the location!

We stayed at this beautifully renovated property right on the beach for a week during Thanksgiving. We wanted a quiet property in an area where there wasn’t a lot of crowds during this pandemic. While the townhouse is close to everything on 30A, it is not in an area of massive community pools and shops. We did venture to Rosemary Beach for the farmers market. We also went to Seaside for an afternoon. I can say we were glad not to have stayed in these towns due to the crowds. Because we were in a quieter area, we had a nice quiet little stretch of beach where we parked every day. The beach chairs were a nice touch and we didn’t need to lug anything but our food and drinks down to the beach. Inside, every little detail was thought through from storage baskets to keep everything organized to a very well appointed kitchen. I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with no issues. The property was spotless and pristine, which is unlike other properties we have stayed at where there is always an “eeew” factor in finding something dirty. Kudos to the owner and property management company in keeping this property well maintained. We have already booked our next trip in this little gem. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay catching up with dear friends who stayed both with us and in nearby properties. The beach walks, biking and paddle boarding were all highlights, but I think our favorite part was the stunning daily sunset watch just steps away from our back door. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful, restful week at Sea Suite! Loved how close it was to the beach, just a few steps to the stairs that lead down to the ocean. Nice, quiet stretch of beach with plenty of room to distance for a safe vacation. Property was very clean, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Property is exactly as described. The location was perfect. It is incredibly close to the water. Owner was quick to respond. Two minor flaws: sliding glass door sill is raised so high it is a toe stumper. The barn doors in master suite didn’t work well as the screws were loose.

This place is hard to leave. The location is fantastic and the townhouse is beautiful. We had a few issues with check in (said condo would be ready, said they would call when it was and never did—that was annoying). We would absolutely stay here again!

A rare find on a perfect stretch of beach. Steps from the beach with your own private chairs and umbrella. The unit was well-appointed and as described. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated home. We had a. Issue with the sinks in the master bath that were addressed immediately on a Sunday. There was a brand new grill that we enjoyed as well. The only negatives is there are large bushes that block the majority of the view on the main level. These should be removed! The barn doors are pretty in the master bath but not very functional as they come off the track when trying to close. These were minor flaws that didn’t impact our enjoyment of the unit.

There was a water leak coming from bathroom down to kitchen. Master bathroom door wouldn't shut. I called rental company a few times and never received a call back. Wanted to inform you that sliding glass door in living room was cracked before we arrived.
