Everything was excellent. My only request is to replace your wash cloths, it looks like they were used to wipe up the floors. Thank you. Really, everything else was perfect!

The condo is perfect for awesome sunrise and sunset views. An awesome location central to many things to do in the island. We loved the condo and it was very cozy and so nice to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the surf on the rocks. We were very happy with our choice of Bob and Merideth’s beautiful condo and can’t wait to return! Mahalo!

The location is great, condo is well stocked and the view is awesome! It was fun to watch the turtles from the lanai. The only suggestion.....would be to have space for guests to unpack their bags into a dresser and a cabinet for food during the stay. We will be coming back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the room is literally right on the ocean. We listened to the waves all night and watched the turtles on the reefs in the morning. The location is right next to Beach House and Lawai Beach (excellent snorkeling). We'd love to come back!

We loved the location and the comfort of the property. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa and chairs. Will be referring this property to others.

This property had everything we wanted - an amazing view to watch the sunrises, sunsets and surfers, a well stocked kitchen to cook meals to enjoy on the lenai and a short drive to beaches. We will definitely be back!

Check in was breeze and the unit was very clean. Alllthe necessities were provided. Kitchen was equipped and we appreciated the selection of snacks provided -nice touch. Overall I recommend this property - 5 stars My only complaint about our stay was it was too short.

Right on the ocean. This is a comfortable condo in a great location.

The condo is beautiful and the location proved great for our use as home base. The size was perfect for the two of us. The view from the lanai is stunning-we enjoyed watching surfers, sea turtles, sunrises, and sunsets. We found excellent restaurants nearby with The Tasting Room in Koloa standing out as our favorite. We would definitely stay here should we return to Kaui.

This condo. WOW! What a beautiful view and perfect location for getting around the island. Everything you could possibly need was stocked! There were plenty of dishes, cookware, beach chairs, beach towels, soft cooler, etc. Also the gift baskets filled with goodies and coffee was very unexpected but much appreciated! When we weren’t out exploring, we spent the majority of our condo time out on the lanai in the rocking chairs searching for sea turtles and watching the surfers. The condo itself is not giant, but provided more than enough room for me and my husband. The lovely renovations by the owners also made the condo feel extra bright and new. I would still choose this condo any day over a hotel room. You truly cannot beat the ocean views. I noticed that many people have returned back to this unit and I completely understand why after experiencing a stay here! Thank you again Bob and Meredith for sharing your lovely condo with us! It was such a treat and I can’t wait to come back!

The condo is in a great location in Poipu. The Beach House Restaurant is right next door. The view is stunning. You can just sit on the patio and watch the turtles and surfers. We even went and sat in the grass one night just to watch the sunset. It was also close to several of our dive spots which made the location perfect. We booked this location, for our 25th Anniversary trip before heading to our timeshare on the North Shore. The toilet didn’t flush and we had to call the owner. He asked my husband knowing we were VRBO ourselves, if he would fix it. We were a little taken back and said we would, because apparently he has asked the guest before us. We agreed on a small amount of money to get part and our time installing and getting part in Lihue. We took pictures of both and didn’t hear back from the owner until we called VBRO. I didn’t feel like we should have ever had to do that on our vacation. There are plugs in the Master that aren’t in the wall properly and you can’t charge anything because the plugs fall out. We were never able ti get the cable to work in the living room, so we watched TV from the bedroom. The condo could use some new paint. We enjoyed our stay except the above mentioned issues, that can be addressed quickly. It is a beautiful location.

The condo was nicely maintained and situated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the complex was next to the Beach House restaurant which was excellent, and just a short drive to the coastline hike at Shipwrecks which we did twice. The best beach on the south shore is at the end of that hike. The only issue we had was with a hum that we called the owners about and who immediately got their maintenance team to assess. It wasn't resolved, unfortunately but i know it will be by the time we return, which we will.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful location. We enjoyed hearing the surf daily and being able to have easy access to the ocean. The unit was just as list and had everything we needed. The on-site management was very welcoming as we came in late from our long travels. Thank you so much for the wonderful unit, we look forward to future trips!

The view is absolutely amazing!

We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view and sounds of the ocean from the lanai. At night we slept with windows open to the sounds of crashing waves. The condo is stocked well. We had everything needed on the days we decided to eat in. We come to the Islands every year and have stayed in several VRBO condos over the years. This one is the best so far.

The condo was perfect! It was clean and had many things available if needed. It was near many great restaurants and sites. The views from the balcony were amazing.

The unit was great. A bit small, but perfect for the 2 of us. The view was simply spectacular. We ate next door at beach house, great meal. We also ate at eating house, really good. We walked to the grocery store. Loved the unit! Thx

Older property but beautiful view of the ocean.

What a great place to stay. If you like to stay next to the ocean this is the place. Great views. The ocean is loud but we loved it.

Very happy we splurged and stayed a couple nights here. I lost count of how many sea turtles we saw, and on our first morning, we saw humpbacks in the distance while we had our coffee. The owners were kind enough to have boogie boards for us to use, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful experience!

This condo totally met our expectations and the location of the property and the view from the condo can't be beat! There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. It made our 20 year anniversary from when we got married in Kauai in 2003 a perfect stay and memory.

We enjoyed seeing turtles, dolphins, whales, and surfers from the lanai.

This place was beautiful. Clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and roomy and very comfortable. The view was second to none! Just absolutely gorgeous! Easy access to beaches close by and beautiful walks everyday. Very close to shopping center which was an added plus as well. Thank you!!!

Aloha! We had the best time celebrating our anniversary in this incredible oceanfront condo. There was everything you could want or need, including breathtaking views of the ocean and an abundance of whale watching! Drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning, watching the sunrise and then, the most breathtaking sunsets that we have ever seen! We will definitely be back! We absolutely LOVED this condo! The location within Kuhio Shores was perfect-this unit stack provides the most unobstructed view of the turtles, surfers, and even the bridal parties getting a beautiful sunset photo. Good luck tearing yourself away from the lanai! The condo is situated to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Bob and Meredith have stocked the condo completely-just bring your swimsuits and touring gear! Everything we could have needed whether cooking meals in, enjoying a beach day or relaxing in comfort was there. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is a plus! Thank you Bob & Meredith for a wonderful experience on our first trip to Kauai!
