Our families were on the beach exploring for miles every day. The home is cozy - had everything we needed, including the best s’mores setup. We hope to come back many more times!

We had a great time! The house was super clean, very well-appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed and had a blast reconnecting with friends and family. We made a bonfire on the beach, spent time in Cannon Beach, cooked, sat on the deck overlooking the ocean, explored the tide pools. Internet was fast and the set up of the house is perfect. Deb was super responsive. We would love to come back!

We were there 5 days in Feb. for Valentines Day and my husbands birthday. We had such a wonderful stay, we went home & the next day booked it again for April for our 30th anniversary. Deb is an absolutely great hostess!! Super helpful when we had questions. The home is lovely and so comfortable - feels like home! Kitchen is well stocked and supplied. Living room has comfy sofa and chairs. Big flat screen TV. Beds are wonderful. Great deck. Great beach is across the road and down the path. Short drive back to Cannon Beach for great restaurants and shopping. A couple of the best get-aways we've had. We highly recommend it!!

A very clean and well maintained house with all that one needs for a comfortable stay at the ocean. A lot of natural light so it was not dark like some places can be. I would recommend this house to friends and family.

The home is beautiful and so cozy. It’s nestled in a charming neighborhood with a secluded beach and great views of the ocean. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay along the Oregon Coast. The owners are so communicative and provide everything you need to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home located near the beach. So close to everything (restaurants, beach, hiking). A lot less crowded which we enjoyed. Great house for family. Amenities were excellent snd comfy beds!

This is a beautiful home, only a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay. There are miles of shoreline to explore, both north and south. The rock formations, caves and waterfall are worth the walk.

Everything we needed! Comfortable, excellently decorated, and a kitchen that was easy for us to cook in. The deck was superb with comfortable chairs and a sunset view, and the walk to the beach was just the most precious 2 minutes ever. Felt very welcomed by Deb and would definitely stay there again. Surpassed expectations.

We just got home yesterday from our 5 day stay at Seagull Landing, and I just rebooked again for 5 days to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We loved all the space, the view, the beach access and the beach! Deb was a wonderful hostess and very helpful when we had questions. We're glad to be going back soon!

Great location and amenities.

Our family had a great Thanksgiving holiday here in this beautiful part of the Oregon coast. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was so close to Cannon Beach and Seaside for shopping and food options too. We will come back!

Deb and Mike have a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well-stocked with essentials. We felt right at home.

We loved staying at this beach home! It was even better than the pictures and conveniently close to the beach. Deb and Mike are great hosts - quick responses to questions. We had a great time and hope to get back soon!!

The seagull landing deck property is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay at the property. My only disappointment was with the check-in instructions. I did not get an email with checking instructions.. The email I received redirected me to the Vrbo website where I had to create an account and then use the chat option to find the check-in instructions. It was very inconvenient as the internet connection in the area is not good.. I dropped a voicemail to the property owners but I didn’t hear back from them.

Very nice property, the home is very cozy and had a genuine family comfort feel to it. Easy access to beach and wonderful tasty berries surrounding the area. We would definitely like to visit again. I would like to address a couple of items in a private email or conversation with Deb or Me

My family of 6 had a great time here! The house is one of the cleanest and well maintained short term rentals that we have stayed at. Considering it is a beach house you might expect sand everywhere but it was spotless on arrival. The 3 bedrooms are all downstairs along with one full bathroom and laundry room. I didn’t realize they would provide so many essentials like laundry detergent so I didn’t need to bring it along. The upstairs sitting area is so cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. My kids enjoyed finding the little notes around the house- some are useful tips and some are just cute little bits of info. You can really feel how much care has been put into the details. The fire pit outside of the master bedroom is super easy to use so roasting marshmallows was a must! The walk down to the beach is so pretty under the archway of connecting branches. It’s a very peaceful beach where we spent many hours playing in the sand and exploring. I definitely recommend staying here for your next beach getaway!

Such a sweet place. Looks to be very recently updated, with new-looking floors, furniture and cabinets upstairs, both bathrooms, and deck and siding. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, serving and baking items. All the spices and condiments were a huge plus. Loads of bedding, too. The beach was just across the street and down a short path. Gorgeous sand, perfect for walks and sunsets. Be aware that 101 is about 75 feet from the back of the house. From the front, with windows and slider open, noise is much less noticeable. Owners were a dream to work with.

Sorry....but when we tried to put the key away before leaving....it slipped our of our hands and into the crack between the floor decking and the house wall....so we didn't lose the key....we just couldn't get it out. My guess is that it's not the first time that has happened? Clayton

Was a wonderful stay. The house was close to the beach, everything was clean and comfortable, the deck was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Always a plus to have a dishwasher and washer dryer. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a magical week at Seagull Landing. The house is wonderful and extremely well organized with everything you could need thoughtfully provided and labeled. It is just steps to the amazing beach, and the deck is perfect for relaxing with beautiful views. The Oregon coast is fabulous!

Five adults fully enjoyed this property. The grill, fire pit, and deck were greatly appreciated. We loved being so close to the beautiful Arch Cape beach for walks. This location is close to Cannon Beach and many other locations in NW Oregon. The communication with the property owners was easy and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit to Seagull Landing, and we are already planning another trip! The layout of the home is perfect, with the living spaces upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. The location can't be beat, both for heading to the beach (a mere minute or two) and for driving to towns both north and south. The new firepit and sliding doors.downstairs are wonderful additions. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. Deb always checks on us and is a wonderful resource. We highly recommend this home!

Great quiet place to stay! Everything pretty close for hiking, beach, shop, eat! Went cherry picking, Even went to casino one night. Love to dig for razor clams. We were not able to rent the clam digger so we had to buy one. Left it at the house for future use since we plan on doing it again next year with my brothers and sisters. Did not get to do atv sand dunes because they were all booked so schedule it early. Every activity was within a couple hour drive or less. Thank you for the memorable trip, see you next year!!!

We had a wonderful time! We loved the quiet beach and views from the deck. House was exactly as described and beds were comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment as well. We would recommend to anyone!

Seagull Landing is the perfect way to experience the beauty and magic of the Oregon coast. Close to Cannon Beach and the famous haystacks to the North and Short Sand Beach to the South. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and cozy. The second-story deck is surrounded by trees with the beach peeking through in the distance.

Very well stocked kitchen and towels. Great location. Comfortable beds. Really felt at home.

This is probably the only rental where my wife and I both said “this is way better than the pictures” soon after stepping in. Not that the pictures are bad - they’re why we chose the property in the first place - but it is just so much better in person. Clean, bright, big upstairs living area has wide views of the ocean and is perfect for relaxing as a family. The fireplace was great for the rainy days. The rooms downstairs were comfy and plenty big for us to fit a pack-n-play crib. The bathrooms are big. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The location is steps from the beach and less than 10 minutes driving to Cannon Beach. The house itself is just really well cared for and has a great beach-ey vibe. Thanks Mike and Deb for a great stay - we’ll be back!
