We had a great long weekend stay at this home. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 10 year olds) had plenty of room to spread out and all enjoyed the space. The kitchen and entire house were clean and well stocked and we loved that there were bikes and beach toys provided. The beach is an easy 7-10 min walk, but we preferred to ride our bikes over for a really quick trip. We also rode our bikes over to the Big Chill for ice cream, lunch and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the bikes that were available to us and the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The house was very clean and it was in a beautiful area. My only complaint would be that there was not enough toiletries available for my family of 6. One roll of toilet paper in the restrooms was not enough to last the week, there was no hand soap. Coffee machine but no coffee filters. We just had to buy way too many things that should have been available to us for a week long stay.

It was a nice cottage that is in a little secluded neighborhood. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. You do have access to the beach with a private code, but you will still have to walk a a short distance down the beach because the private beach at the walkway is for a different condo. We ended up renting a golf cart and just drove a small distance to the public beach access so we didn't have to walk to far on the beach. Great stay

Such a charming and private getaway. The pictures do not do this home justice. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary, close to the hub. Perfect for adults and teenagers. Will definitely want to book this again.

It was a little further away than expected but should have looked closer to map it was an easy walk to the beach. Host was super nice and got back with us on anything we needed.

This home is beautiful! It's clean and upscale. Very nice furnishings, bedding, very comfortable and private. We didn't need anything accept food for the cabinets and fridge. Short 1/2 Mile walk to the beach. Private entrance but I would point out that you can't just set up where you want on the beach. You must go to the public areas or rent chairs to be close to the private access. That would be my only criticism.

Property was perfect. Every room was comfortable and perfect! The only negative was that the website listed “private beach access” which misled us to believe we would get to be on a private beach. This is not the case. It’s more practical to use the public access that leads you to the public beach. On the first day, after we get settled we were made to move to the public beach. So this amenity was a bait and switch especially since the lure of a private beach was the top contender in our decision making.

Our family of grown children and grandchildren met in this beautiful home for one week. The property is clean and simply lovely! There was an issue with the air conditioner- no air conditioning for our first night. The owner was quick to respond the next morning and a new motor was installed the following day!! This was a wonderful property that we would use again! I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the location of the home, private beach access was never overly crowded. We booked beach chair/umbrella service with Shawn a few weeks before our trip. The home came with folding beach chairs so we used 2 of those for our daughters. In the garage there are bikes for toddler/youth and adult along with boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. I will say it may be time for the owners to upgrade the bikes and a couple of the beach chairs…several were rusty and pretty dated, but they worked for us and we enjoyed biking down to Charlie’s donut truck in Alys some mornings or Rosemary. The home itself was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! The owners were so easy to communicate with and take great care of the home. It was clean and well stocked. We ate dinners most nights at the house and really enjoyed picking up seafood dinners from Goatfeathers in Inlet. Great trip!

This unit was ideal for our family. We celebrated our daughter’s graduation, and she brought along a few friends. Very spacious, clean, well stocked with necessities; lots of room to meet everyone’s needs, for privacy or relaxing with a good book away from others. Not a BAD walk to the beach, but tiresome when you have to make several trips in one day. I’d recommend renting a golf cart if your toting slot to the beach, otherwise the bikes come in very handy for just a trip with a towel and sunblock.

We had an excellent stay! The home is absolutely tranquil and comfortable. The back porch is the best little escape to relax. The walk to the beach is very doable even with two small children in tow. The stairs are definitely long but just take a few extra minutes to get everything down. The sand is unbelievable! And the ocean the perfect temperature! A few of our guest enjoyed the pool before they closed it for a few days for repairs and they reported it being very nice. Our only complaints would be a few little/minor things: just a couple more rolls of TP would be appreciated to accommodate a house of 8 people for 5 nights, some salt and pepper to season a few plates of food, and a new lock on the shed that didn’t have to be yarded to open. We would love to come back!

Perfect for our weeklong stay for vacation. Gmhad everything we needed for our family including beach gear! A short bike ride to the beach!

My family, including my elderly parents enjoyed staying at this home. It was perfect with all bedrooms on the main. The interior design and care of this property was exceptional. Jane, the property manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with. She was always available and answered questions no matter how simple. The only issue which was known when we rented was it is a long walk to beach. Once at beach access there were 50 steps. We did end up driving over to Inlet beach which is 2 miles, with bathrooms and lifeguard. If you want a quiet beautiful home with everything you would need, this is it!

The house and neighborhood was a perfect space for my family. The ranch style was comfortable for my 70 year old mother, and my kids loved the bunk beds. The house included several bicycles, two wagons, beach chairs and sand toys - just what a family needs for a beach get away. We had a great experience!

Wonderful home! We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. Great neighborhood and not too far from the pool. Loved having enough bikes for the entire family. This home has everything you could ever need! We can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Our stay was lovely. A little far from the beach for my parents, who are in their late 70's. We enjoyed time on the back screen porch and patio and the storage shed was full of really helpful things-chairs, umbrella, good bikes and boogie boards. The space is very well planned and the bunk room works well. We had a blast! Thank you!

Pros- beautiful, clean home with all the amenities we needed. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Close to the Hub and other restaurants. Cons- beach access. We were with my 70 year old mother and there are about 25 steep steps to the Beach. It made it very difficult for her and for us to carry our cooler. The beach was very small as it is sandwiched between two condo complexes and they have their own private beach access. The owners helped us find a public beach that would work for us and we drove there everyday.

Great house! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very short walk to the beach made very easy with use of beach wagon and chairs. Jane was responsive to anything we had a question on. Will definitely come back!

We stayed at this property the week before 4th of July. The house was comfortable and very clean and well kept. Location was nice as you can easily bike to The Hub as well as Rosemary Bch to get a bite to eat or ice cream. We were a family of four. Two boys ages 7 and 9 and the house was actually more room than we needed. The Owners have a shed with just about everything you need for the beach - wagons, umbrella, chairs, bikes, beach toys, etc. The walk was between 5 & 10 minutes but not that bad and they have a outdoor shower which is nice to rinse off after the walk back. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was when you get to the beach, there are quite a few stairs to negotiate to get down to the beach. Wasn’t an issue for us but it’s worth mentioning. I’d recommend this property to other families with kids.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Our first week was spent at Seacrest Beach and in comparison, this property was much more enjoyable. The private beach access at Magnolia is very easy and not crowded. That makes a big difference when you're staying off the beach.

Great looking house with plenty of space for both of our families. Pool and Beach are a little walk but worth it based off having your own spacious house. Has Shed with plenty of space to put any sand equipment and equipment for use for the whole family. We would definitely book again!
