Good location, about an 8 min walk to town. Big hill both direction (and 3 levels of stairs) so not for those with limited mobility. House is cute and has plenty of amenities. Well stocked. We did have issues with bugs in the basement level. It does not have AC and the master bedroom and living room/kitchen get really warm, esp if you cook in the kitchen. But we knew it didn’t have AC when we booked. It did slightly cool off to 74 in the master at night with the windows open. But if you prefer a cooler room at night I would rent a portable AC from a local company during your stay. Driveway is a bit difficult being sloped and gravel so that your vehicle tends to want to get stuck or spin. Cute park around the corner and another one down the hill.

We rented this property for family who traveled to Aspen to attend our daughter's wedding. It was perfect in every way! Great layout, lots of privacy, modern conveniences, and most of all a great location: close to town, but just enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. This house ticks all the boxes, and the owner and manager were delightful!

We had a wonderful stay, easy walk to town, kitchen was well equipped and shuttle to Aspen and Snowmass very convenient. Definitely would consider staying again on our next trip to the area.

Our group of 5 guys (ski bums) enjoyed staying here. Location good with access to bus system to other mountains while we walked into town for dinner. Great house and well equipped.

Christina’s property was impeccable! The house is clean, tidy, exactly like the photos but the design is even lovelier in person. We especially loved how convenient the location was to downtown and the beautiful quick walk it takes to get there as well as the super convenient bus routes that can also take you to/from in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this property, we’ll be looking into it again next time we visit Aspen!

A beautiful spacious property... well-stocked house in every respect... a responsive owner. We, a three-generation family, spent two wonderful weeks at the property. The property is at least as good as the photos depict. It is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the bedroom, stroller, and scooters. The stroller was special because we could avoid taking a flimsy portable stroller. The owner was exceptionally responsive even when there was a property manager involved. We communicated directly with her. She took care of every question we had. The location is exceptional. It is not in town but close enough to walk. The bus stop for the free shuttle is less than 100 yards away. The we-cycle bicycle stand is 120 yards away. If you have kids, the closest park is only 100 yards away, Herron Park is just a five-minute walk, and John Denver Sanctuary is seven minutes. The area is quiet. If we have to find a fault, the basement is a little dark, so there is insufficient natural light in the basement bedrooms. However, the master bedroom is spectacular. All look recently refurbished.

Plenty of space for the 5 of us! A little further from town than I was expecting but still walkable.
