We spent two days here while exploring Denali National Park. The cabin is conveniently located about halfway between Anchorage and Denali, so it worked well for us. We bought groceries at Cubby's down the road and cooked our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The washer and dryer made it convenient to run a load of laundry before we continued on our Alaska trip. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. Thank you, Meghaan! We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Lots of privacy with the needed amenities. There was absolutely nothing missing from our stay. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the cabin, with all the necessities of Talkeetna 5 minutes away. We will definitely be returning soon.

This cabin was cozy, and our host provided things that made the stay extra comfortable. Coffee and teas were perfect for hanging out on the porch of the cabin nestled among birches. The washer and dryer were a definite plus. We would gladly recommend the property to others.

Perfect cabin for a Talkeetna snow machine trip

Clean, spacious, close to town and activities. The perfect spot for family summer or winter. We enjoyed it Som much and the rain turned to snow, so we were able to book an extra nite.

We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our dachshund and was convenient to Talkeetna. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking, taking care of the dog, sightseeing, grilling, relaxing, and washing clothes. It had all the conveniences of being at home. The owner was friendly and helpful. They even had ear plugs and eye masks for the Alaska long summer sun.

We stay at rentals winter and summer in Talkeetna and this one is fantastic. I loved the location, the little things like hot herbal teas and a few items in the kitchen drawer like a scissor and glue! They not only allow dogs but seem to really prepare for them, and help you be a good pet visitor with dog waste garbage and a little shovel outside! A spare sheet to cover the bed if you can’t convince your dog to sleep on the floor. :-) highly recommend this cabin - it really is a top option in this area!!

Spacious, scenic and serene space to establish your starting point for Talkeetna adventures. Wether it’s 2 or a small family , perfect size. Located at 8.1 mile it’s perfect option to all of Talkeetna.

Birch view cabin was perfect. It is quaint, quiet, clean and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Talkeetna!

This cabin is amazing. They have thoughtfully included more than you can imagine. The views are gorgeous abs we were joined a momma moose and a baby.

We LOVE staying at this little cabin! It was our second time here, and both stays were wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked, it’s a super private location, and the bed is comfortable. Our go-to place to stay in Talkeetna!

The access was convenient to get in and out of, the cottage is very spacious and had all the appliances needed for a short or long term stay. Will stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

We are from NH where birch trees are our state tree wonderful spot. Everything we needed for our midway vacation. We could get our laundry done make our own dinner and so quiet. Host is easy to work with and thinks of everything you need for your stay. The location to town is close enough and lots of trials to explore. Was a wonderful stay.

This is a wonderful little cabin in the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, very accommodating and very close to town!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The cabin is pretty much right off the spur road, but you wouldn't know it - we didn't hear a sound the entire weekend we were there! Very peaceful setting.

The cabin was warm and cozy even though it was -17F outside. A pleasant end to our little road trip.

Meghaan's place is comfortable and very well stocked. The setting is beautiful. Loved the covered deck, we enjoyed an entire evening and part of another there. The location is excellent for the Talkeetna area. I highly recommend.

Our stay at Birch View cabins has been everything we hoped. Its a beautiful property resplendent with serene woods and picturesque views in every direction.

I stayed 10 nights in this charming cabin and enjoyed every one! Close to Talkeetna (awesome town) and the Parks hwy, I was set to travel around and see all the beautiful sights! The cabin was clean and well appointed and everything I was hoping for in a home base!

Very nice decor...had everything you needed to feel at home. Especially enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the wind blow through the birch trees.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. I’ve stayed here two years in a row and my dog and I have had an amazing time every year. Will come back next ossic :)

I rent cabins in Talkeetna several times a year and this one was the cleanest and nicest so far. A very pleasant stay for sure.

Loved this place. Comfortable cabin, very private, dog friendly! Well-stocked with basics like oil, spices, shampoo. Soft towels, comfy couch, light and bright. We loved it. We'll be back.
