Everything was great!! We highly recommended this property!! Great communication with owner! We had the most amazing time!!!

Our family of 9, 6 adults, 3 children, enjoyed our 7- day stay for Spring Break. Michelle was a wonderful host and answered all our questions before and during the trip. The rooms met our needs and allowed privacy. The pool was a big hit for the whole family. Trekking to the beach was an adventure and finding parking was a challenge at times, but we made it work. We would certainly return for another week or so.

House was great ! It had everything pool toys , beach toys and beach buggie, lots of bikes, kitchen was well equipped, We cooked many meals in But great restaurants in the area for all ages At busy times reservations are recommended. Boat rental was great with boat dock at house . We did struggle in beginning of stay with pool heat and spa heat. But we were in contact with host each for our request on hearing times But otherwise great trip !

Perfect house for family fun. Lots of room inside and out. Everything was as described. We rented a boat for three days and tied up on the dock. Easy access to everything on the island. The host was super attentive as well. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for my family and my best friend’s family! It’s listed as a 4 bedroom, but really it was like 5 b/c of a king size bed that was added to an upstairs living area. We rented a boat for the week and spent most of our time on that, exploring the beaches and islands, but when we were home the kids loved being in the pool and hot tub! Also had a friendly dolphin that visited us each day at our dock! Michelle was super easy to communicate with and check in/check out was easy! Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

My family had an incredible time staying in this spacious, gorgeous home on a canal. The house is in an amazing location on Marco Island close to the Farmer's Market, a grocery store, and several restaurants. The neighborhood is also great for walking. There is plenty of room for everyone to comfortably have their own space. The pool area and view from the backyard are incredible and it's so fun to watch the boats go by. My 18-month-old nephew loved waving to all the boaters. This home has clearly been well-loved and taken care of. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. We also all LOVED the couch in the living room. It is a gorgeous, comfortable piece of furniture. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your cooking needs. There are two ovens, though the bottom one did give us a little trouble with holding the temperature consistently. Given that there are two ovens, this was not a problem at all but just something to take note of. There are plenty of pool floats and beach toys in the garage, which was great to see as we almost bought several of our own. It's worth noting this house actually has 5 king-size beds as the upstairs Bonus/TV room with the balcony is not like the pictures on the listing and actually has a bed in it. There is no door on this room but it has an incredible view! I slept in this room and am an early riser so not having a door didn't bother me but, given the gorgeously high ceilings noise does carry and you will hear noise from downstairs if you sleep here. If you are looking for a great place to rent on Marco where a big family or multiple families would be comfortable, this is the one for sure! Michelle is a wonderful host and sent us a lot of great recommendations on the day of our arrival. She was also very responsive if we needed anything. My only suggestion would be that some of the mattresses may need to be replaced soon.
