We were so impressed the first time that we stayed here, we had to come back again. The house is beautiful and perfect for two couples. And the view from the deck...amazing!

We absolutely loved our time staying here. It felt like it was out in the country with beautiful views and somehow was less than 10 mins from downtown Healdsburg. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again next time we are in the area. Great host communication as well. Perfect stay, thank you!

The house is in a wooded residential area very close to downtown Healdsburg. The house was clean, modern and our host gave us many suggestions on restaurants and wineries.

We stayed four nights at this beautiful home with another couple. We were impressed with the comfort, peacefulness, adequate space, and the beauty of the look-out from the deck. We all agreed it could not have been a better location. Close to Healdsburg, but felt like we were in a treehouse retreat. The host went above and beyond to help me understand the pricing and fee structure of the reservation, was very responsive to an allergy issue, and had taken the time to put little notes around the house with explanations to facilitate easier use of the facilities. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The property was well appointed and supplied, and the view from the deck is breathtaking! We were very comfortable, and recommend this retreat on Fitch mountainside!

DO NOT let the comments about the narrow road/driveway to the house scare you away! Cynthia's property was perfect for our weekend away in Healdsburg and Sonoma. You are tucked away on a quiet residential street with incredible panoramic views off the back porch. We enjoyed relaxing at the house in our downtime and it was very well appointed. The last quarter mile is narrow but as Cynthia will tell you, it's a private road for the houses on the street and is not frequently traveled. There are several pullouts/driveways as you make your way up the hill in the unlikely event that you need to let another car pass. We did not run into another vehicle during our stay and we were in and out of the house several times a day (and even after dark). No problems at all. Was a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend for those looking for a restful retreat just a few minutes outside of beautiful downtown Healdsburg. Thanks again, Cynthia!

Delightfully hosted experience. Great instructions, great follow-through and a great home. So glad we stayed there. Next time, we'll hope for fine weather so that we can take a few hikes up the mountain and enjoy it even more.

Cynthia’s place was stunning, quiet, and luxurious. We had everything we needed for a relaxing ladies’ weekend. The view from the porch is fabulous, and everything inside was clean, cozy and incredibly thoughtfully planned! We will absolutely be back!

We loved staying here! The home was so well appointed! We had everything we needed from comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms and a recently renovated kitchen. We had coffee in the mornings and cooked and grilled dinner one night. This place is a must stay!

Beautifully decorated home. The view off the deck is wonderful. Close to town so we were able to enjoy the restaurants in Healdsburg and the surrounding wineries. Cynthia was great to work with and provided excellent information.

Cynthia was an amazing host and communicator. The home is lovely - perfect layout for two couples, impeccably maintained, well-stocked, awesome porch with a million dollar view. Don't let the brief narrow road leading up to the home scare you away. It's well maintained with very little traffic. We'd highly recommend!

This may be the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! Everything is as good (if not better) than the pictures. All the finishes are high-end and it truly feels like you are staying in someone’s home - vs a rental property. The host was super welcoming and provides little extras like good coffee and a bottle of wine to greet you. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the property itself feels super private with an incredible view. Just a short drive from town - and only windy/one lane road for a VERY short time. Highly recommend!!

Four of us stayed here and it was amazing. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. The house was extremely clean and stocked with all necessities. The road going up to the house can be tricky to navigate the first time but easier each time. I highly recommend this listing.

The property was beautiful. How to get there is a little challenging, but part of the charm. The parking was not good. The gravel spot is to soft, wheels spin and dig holes. Something firmer would be helpful.

Visited Healdsburg to attend a Rodney Strong concert. This beautiful rental is slightly off the beaten path but all the better for it. Wonderful quiet setting. We had everything we needed. Perfect for two couples.

This was a wonderful place for relaxing and visiting nearby wineries and restaurants. The house was immaculate and the view from the deck was awesome. Cynthia was an excellent host.

We loved Cynthia’s place. It was spotless, in great condition, and had all of the necessary staples like coffee, tea, laundry and bathroom supplies. She even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Communication was great, and the back porch area was an awesome place to hang out first thing in the morning for the sunrise and at night to watch the stars. We were about 5 minutes from everything we needed in town. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that surprised us was the actual road leading up to the house. There is barely room for 2 cars to pass each other for a pretty good ways so that took some getting used to but there was barely any traffic. Highly recommend this place!

Cynthia was an amazing host. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Small details such as turning the A/C on before we arrived on a hot summer day makes a huge difference, and certainly made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Rare instance where the property is even better in person than the listing. Host was superb and communicated with us quickly when we needed to. The layout is great for 2 couples which we were. Plenty of room not to get in each others way. And the best part was the magical deck overlooking Mother Nature. The birds came to visit and we just adored being out there. Would highly recommend.

We loved the view and amenities in the property. A little further from town than we thought, but what a view. Peaceful and we were able to get Ubers to get to town. We do think the mattresses need an upgrade, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

This was our second time spending a week at Cynthia's lovely property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Clean, comfortable, well stocked; it truly feels like a home away from home. We spent hours taking in the view from the porch and love being in the quiet surrounding of Fitch Mountain while also being only a short 5 minute drive to town. We are already planning next year's trip to Healdsburg!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for 2 couples. We cooked breakfast each morning and then out for the day/dinner to wineries. Really enjoyed the view and feeling like we were away. The road to get to the place was the only down side but thankfully we never encountered another car and the days were long for light. The directions and communication from the host were great. The home was very clean and comfortable.
