My husband and I were at Gracemir for 2 weeks. It was a great place to stay. Everything we needed including a pool. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. We were able to mostly walk to all these places. The host and property manager where always available and great in giving us suggestions on where to go. We had a great time and if we are every in Turks and Caicos again, we'll try to rent Gracemir again.

Loved being so accessible to Grace Bay, Coco Van/Coco Bistro, and not too far a drive to the nicest beaches (primarily Bight/Leeward) Definitely get a car in general for TCI but the property and hosts were great and helpful overall!

Gracemuir was the perfect spot for our family trip. My wife and I, and our two adult sons. The VRBO description was spot on, and communication with Tina was absolutely terrific. Very easy reservation and check in process, and a very well appointed home for our holiday. Everything was terrific!

My family were all very pleased with our stay at Gracemir. We appreciated Tina's excellent hospitality...she was easily accessible at all times and communicated with us regularly. The house had a well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were large, had its own bathroom and apart from each other to afford privacy. We walked to the beach everyday and were able to walk to many restaurants and shopping...very close to CocoBistro and Cocovan! It was our first time in Turks and we were blown away by the gorgeous beaches where you can walk for miles. We highly recommend staying at Gracemir..you won't be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I just spent a week at Gracemir house and had an absolutely wonderful time. We were supposed to have 2 couples but one was not able to make it, so needless to say we had more than enough room. Had the 4 of us been there, it still would have been plenty of space. The rooms are very large, both with en suite bathrooms and there is a third, full bathroom which is always great. The location is great as well and we found ourselves walking down to Cocovan many nights for drink, which had a great outdoor space and is located in the same lot as Coco Bistro. We did rent a car, which I would highly suggest, as we wanted to explore the island, but Gracemir is extremely close to the busy Grace Bay area while still feeling secluded and private. We had no problems getting in touch with Tina for any questions we had and the house was very well stocked with anything you could need from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen supplies/utensils, extra bedding, bath towels, etc. We loved it and would absolutely return in the future.

First time travelling to T&C and Gracemir was the perfect house for our family of 4. The location is great; you are close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and the golf course yet still in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkellin equipment, and so much more). The rooms are spacious, the back deck was lovely for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning, as well as for working (for those who can't completely unplug, internet access is great). The owners checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything and always responded right away to any inquiries. Definitely would recommend staying here!

You can't beat the location of this place. Two minutes to Grace Bay, 5 minutes to Long Bay, walking (or biking) distance to shopping and restaurants, so convenient. The house has absolutely everything you need, plus it's in a super quiet neighborhood. Tina the owner was a gem to deal with. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I have stayed in many rental homes through VRBO / Homeaway, and this was probably the most organized and best accommodated rental I have had. Information on the area was plentiful, including details and directions. I especially liked the electronic links to maps and directions. The house also had many extras available for our use including beach chairs, shade canopies, snorkel equipment. Great outdoor areas to enjoy as well. We were also a short walk to many local restaurants and bars. Overall this rental was an excellent experience for our party. Many thanks... Lance Fountaine

We had a great stay at Gracemir House. Location was close to beach and centrally located to all other activities. We rented a car and had a great time exploring the island. Owners are very kind and easy to work worth. I would recommend looking up house online via a search engine, using gracemir house, and booking direct. Save yourself the service fee and have a nice dinner instead.

The place was wonderful, clean everything you need and more. They have done well with special touches. Be careful of the floors very slippery first few days. Enjoyed the area went jogging and walking in the neighborhood every day with now worries. A few dogs here and there but they was contained behind fences. Walking distance to pretty much everything. How ever was not impressed with the island itself, not much to do, people were not very friendly at all. Did some tour things and they was nice but restaurants, stores not so much. Very exspencsive for food at grocery stores or eating out. Would not be a place we would return to. But nice to say we went!

We stayed a little over a week- it was two couples. This home was perfect for us - we had plenty of space for privacy yet there was plenty of space to hang out and socialize. The welcome book was very detailed and the owners were very helpful and even wrote to us during our trip to see how we were liking everything. The house was great and we enjoyed the pool (although the water temp was very warm). We were very happy with our stay! Recommendations: 1) rent a car - we were able to explore the entire island that way. 2) somewhere cafe for breakfast followed by snorkeling at Bights Reef 3) if you don't go fishing, visit the fish market so you can grill some fresh fish We really loved the house and it was in a great location. If we return to Turks, we would stay there again!

This was our first time visiting the island and we will definitely be back. Gracemir House was absolutely perfect for two families, was close to everything and had all the amenities we needed - what a gem! The kids had a blast playing in the pool and searching for geckos around the beautiful grounds :) All of your dinner recommendations were spot on - we ate soooo well!. Exploring the island and the breath-taking beaches was unforgettable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Gracemir House was just right - it's a lovely home, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, very comfortable and peaceful. It is so well kept that it felt brand new. The grounds and plantings are beautiful and contribute to an amazing sense of peace and privacy, while the house is actually close to beaches, stores etc. Provo has the most beautiful beaches imaginable. We can't wait to return to the island and to Gracemir House.

We have had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful property twice and have every intent of returning - again and again and again. The folks who take care of this property do a great job. We had no issues with any of the features (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc.) Great location, Great house. Cannot wait to get back there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home on the island. Had all the luxuries of home, well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space for dining and relaxing. Great private areas for reading a book or having a glass of wine when not exploring the island. Within walking distance of the beach, shopping, restaurants and a very good French Bakery. The property manager/gardener checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was well maintained and offered everything we needed for a wonderful time in the Turks.

This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos and it was wonderful. The weather, the beaches and the ease of getting around made for the most enjoyable Christmas week away from our home location. Tina and Chris have a lovely home and it was perfect for our family of four providing enough private space for everyone. Tina made us very comfortable prior to visiting the island with her many tips and suggestions on where to go, what to see and shopping. They are great hosts! We will definitely visit again!

Located only a few minutes walk from the beach, and while we had a car, you can also walk to the large food store, french bakery, and many gift shops just to the west. About a 15 minute drive from the airport, just off the main carrageway. The house has two private bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, and front/back doors. The main centre room has kitchen and living room with a third bathroom. This room can also be used for sleeping. Came with high speed cable internet, a vonage telephone connect for calling back to Canada (and US), plus a local phone line. There was three modern TV sets, with HD cable boxes, and internet connect box for netflix etc. The kitchen was well equipped, a very new looking Weber BBQ on the back patio made for some excellent grilled dinners. There is a small pool and hot tub in the back for thoses who don't want to spend all day at the beach. The gardens are great, and the gardener/property manager is there to deal with problems. Easy to find if coming by taxi, just tell them it is right near the Coco Bistro. Loved it, looking for to going there again.

We had a beautiful week in Turks and Caicos the weather was perfect, sunny and low 80's. This property was perfect for our down time in the morning and evening after dinner. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing when not at the beach or driving around to different parts of the island. Very comfortable with excellent outdoor living space; we would definitely stay here again.

We have been celebrating our "every 5 year wedding anniversary" with our long-time college friends since our 25th. This was our 35th and we try a different warm, sunny, beach spot each time. We have traveled the Caribbean and by far, Turks, offers the best white sandy, easy access beaches. The water areas were easy to swim in. not rocky and we enjoyed a different beach nearly every day. A rental car helped us escape the resort areas and see most parts of the island. The house was fully equipped and loved having four beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for our daily beach trips. We found Bugaloos Restaurant in the Five Cays area that has the best/freshest conch fritters and strips we've ever eaten. It was so good, we hit it twice! Coco Bistro, 5 minute walk from the house, offered a great final night celebration dinner. When you visit, don't miss the French Bakery with great croissants and fresh bread only a 5 minute drive away. We also scored great lobster tails from the local "fish guy". Gracemir has two full suites on each side of the main kitchen and living area and was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed the plunge pool each day after the beach and just relaxing on the different deck areas about the house. Staying directly on the beach would be ideal, but this arrangement was a much better value for us. The owners and property manager were great to work with and offered lots of suggestions to experience the best of the island. The house and grounds are well kept and situated in a residential area within walking distance to a few restaurants, stores and Grace beach. We would definitely recommend it for a great beach getaway vacation.

We just returned from a fabulously relaxing week at Gracemir. We were 2 couples travelling together and chose Gracemir because it provides each couple with their own master suite with ensuite, private entry and air conditioning yet has very comfortable common areas with enough room for everyone. We spent most of our time at the outdoor shaded patio or lounging in the pool. There are numerous outdoor sitting areas provided depending on the winds, sun, shade. I found myself moving around to each of these areas just to say I spent time at all of them. The pool is small, but it's all we needed to dunk ourselves when we felt the need (it was the perfect temperature, low 80s) Although it is in the GraceBay area I recommend renting a car as the island has so much to see. The owners supply coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beachtowels...everything you need to go out and find all of Provos many beaches. Our favorite was Taylor Bay, in the Southwest off Chalksound. We spent most of our beach time at Flamigos, a little restaurant/bar East of the Club Med which has lots of parking. The kitchen was well appointed, providing everything we needed for the week. It was much like being at home. The owners have taken the time to compile a booklet of recommended outings with directions and tips, lists of restaurants with phone numbers and directions and a local cell phone which we used to make reservations. All in all they provided absolutely everything you need to have a carefree, relaxing holiday in a clean, comfortable surrounding. All you need to do is relax and enjoy!

We (2 couples) had the pleasure of staying at Gracemir House from January 25 - February 1, 2013. We found that the listing description was 100% accurate, and the photos in the listing accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives. We found the best snorkeling at Coral Gardens, which is about 12 minutes from Gracemir. It is a part of the Princess Alexandra National Park, and the marine life there is amazing! We had the pleasure of attending the first weekly fish fry at The Bight Park, where local restaurants share their specialties. It is well worth attending, every Thursday evening.

We (2) stayed at Gracemir during November and found it to be a great alternative to the Grace Bay hotels. It is exactly as depicted in the pictures, with the nice addition that the owners have just added a small pool off the large deck. It is 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bath, and separated by a living area and full kitchen. So, this is ideal if you have a family of 4, or 2 couples traveling together. It is a 5 min walk to Coco Bistro, but maybe 20 mins to the beach. You can walk to about 6 places to eat, but its too far to walk to the store (there are bikes provided). A car is a major plus for staying here. The island is fantastic and relaxing. The owners were very responsive to a few problems, namely internet access and the air conditioning (operator error!), and they seem genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable.
