Very nice and comfy condo. Great location. Really enjoyable. Owner may want to review and update some of the documents provided, since some things have changed. I rent properties myself, and i know, if you don't live in your rentals, you may not know when there are problems. Coupla minor issues here: Some electrical outlets not working. No light working on outside patio. Expensive nice refrig but water and icemaker not working. No coffeemaker, only keurig, but advertised differently. No real serious problems. Allowed to have dog; appreciated. Flexible on additional deposits: very appreciated. Very nice stay; would do again.

Great views of ocean from balcony. Second floor unit with an elevator available. Plenty of towels and everything needed for your stay. Owner very helpful. This condo is just like the pictures. One of our better rental experiences.

Perfect location! Easy access to pool and beach. Condo was very nice, clean and decorated beautifully. Easy drive to downtown. Several great restaurants and grocery stores are close by. Owner was great. Our family had a wonderful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. It was bright, cheery, comfortable, and very well appointed. The only variable from the description on VRBO is that it is a NORTH facing unit, not south. The location is perfect for laying low and relaxing or going into St. Augustine shopping. Miles of solid beach for walking or playing are just steps from the condo. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely hope to return!

This is a great location. Spacious unit with view of beach from the balcony. Short walk to the beach.

Things needed fixing: dryer worked on only 1 cycle, towel bar falling down, felt the property was over priced for the condition it was in. Kitchen was nice and well equipped but coffeemaker did not work. The view was awesome.

Condo issue not able to get in when arrived. Condo needs updates. Bath corners moldy. Not as clean as should have been when we arrived. Expected more since we Paid top price compared to renting directly through complex.

Perfect location with view. Easy access to beach. Tons of towels and everything you could need or way was there. Very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Elevators are so convenient. Well lit property and very well cared for. Thank you to our host Isabel!

We had such a nice time at this condo. Everything we needed to have a great time on the beach was provided - towels, boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella! It was super quick to get to the pool and beach and I loved being able to sit on the patio and see the ocean. The beds were also super comfy! I highly recommend this rental!

We have stayed at various condos in Ocean Gallery over the last 8 years, and this one was the best yet! The condo had everything we needed.. and then some! The beach cart and chairs were such a great extra. The condo has been updated since some of the photos.. wood floors in the bedrooms and new bedding/furniture. Everything was comfortable, inviting and beachy. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the turtles and listening to the waves. Everyday when I looked at the view from the balcony, I couldn’t believe I was so fortunate to be here. Ocean Gallery complex is a wonderful location, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The condo is clean and comfortable with an uplifting ambiance. It was a pleasure and delight to be there. The owner responded and resolved all concerns promptly and thoroughly.

We loved this property and were very impressed with all the extras it contained. We have rented a lot of VRBO properties and none have had the extras like beach chairs, sand toys, puzzles, games, paper plates, etc. We also loved the location. The large balcony was nice to sit on and eat lunch while watching the turtles approach the balcony. The room was also close to the pool and not too far from the beach. The manager was also very easy to get in touch with. We will rent this unit again!

My family & I rented this condo for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and very very well equipped. The owner made sure we had everything we may need for our stay including a welcome basket. We will be coming back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo!! It was very clean and very cozy. There was no smell whatsoever. The air conditioner worked great. It had everything we needed and more. The king bed was by far one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The furnishings are as pictured but she has upgraded a couple of lamps etc. The carpets look brand new and had no stains whatsoever. I am assuming she has upgraded these things bc otherwise I’m.not sure what previous reviewers are talking about. She does have some of her personal belongings here but it made it feel more like home in my opinion and she had the stuff out for our use. There are beach towels, chairs, a beach bag, tons of bath towels and wash cloths etc. We loved staying here. The view of the beach was amazing and St. Augustine is only a quick and easy 20 minute drive. The pool is right out of the elevator door and the pier that takes you to the beach is extremely convenient and has been newly painted. The whole place is nicely kept. We will definitely be back!!

Condo was in great condition except for patio furniture is nearing its end of life with frame rusting but still decent. Easy access to beach and clean facility. A little drama with front gate and obtaining parking permit but it all got sorted out.

As a general rule, I don't ever review anything, because I feel that everything is subjective. What some people love, is not another person's cup of tea. Having said that, if someone paid for me to stay here, I would decline. I'll start with trying to communicate with the owner, which was, to say the least, frustrating. I followed the process that the owner had outlined about how to contact her. I had questions that went unanswered until the day before we were to check in. Check in was stressful, the gate wasn't aware that we were going to be there, she NEVER answered her phone until much later in the day, and she texted the lock box code while we were standing in the doorway. The condo, as pictured, is NOT what we walked into. The furniture there was aged, w/ dirty fabric and smelled bad. The overall space was dirty, including the floors, kitchen and bathrooms. I had to clean the counters and scrub everything down, before we unpacked for the week. The carpets in the bedrooms are FILTHY. They've tried to cover most of the stains with throw rugs. The second bedroom has a twin and a double bed crammed in there. The mattresses on both beds were AWFUL and made for a miserable week trying to sleep. There was a weird smell, that was overwhelming when you first walked in. The vents, or filters need to be cleaned. It took until the next day for us to be able to close the doors and windows, where the smell wasn't overwhelming. We had another couple come visit one night for dinner and were playing board games after we ate, and at 11:10, a creepy security guy came and knocked on the doors to ask us to turn the music down. We weren't even listening to music, and had stopped playing the games an hour before. We were sitting and talking, with the doors and windows closed. There wasn't anyone near us on the second floor, on either side, and yet he was peeking in the windows, knocking on the door, telling us to be quiet. I asked if he heard us when he was walking up, and he said no, but that someone had called to complain. The entire complex is dated, the pool was covered and closed outside, the hottub was covered and closed throughout the day. The gym and pool area in the front of the complex was difficult to get into, and we felt like people were watching us, to see what we were doing. We're all over 50, so we know how to act. It was not a great experience, and she charges A LOT of fees, on top of the base charge. Bottom line, find another place to stay.

We stayed Christmas-time, and the condo was clean and comfortable. The earlier report that the furnishings were changed is true, and my boys had no pullout couch so they traded off sleeping on a regular couch and/or chair while the girls took the second bedroom. The pullout bed in the second bedroom can not be pulled out fully, but you could sleep a toddler there. We had a lovely stay, but I wouldn’t recommend more than 5 to sleep and only that if you move the furniture to get the fifth mattress out. The posted WiFi password was wrong so read the device. Also the posted code to get into the gym was wrong, so I called the office and they told me to put a # on the end. The complex was very quiet and people were friendly. The gate guards were very courteous. It is 15 minutes to get downtown, and we enjoyed Prohibition Kitchen for dinner and live music and Pizzalleys pizza for lunch. Summer would be fun, the beach is close, they seem to have beach supplies, and the porch has a nice view. We stripped the beds and started laundry (2 loads cleaned and folded) because she requests that you don’t leave too many loads for the maid. Because of the holiday, communication with the owner was a bit spotty but she made sure the door was unlocked and keys were on the counter for us so check-in and check-out were easy!

This unit was not furnished like the picture shows. We were disappointed at the furnishings. Beds in 2nd bedroom were terrible. Too many nick-backs sitting around. We counted 20candles. Too much of the owners things in the condo. Closets and dresser drawers were full. The condo needed some TLC. Lovely location and the pool area was nice.

We found this gem by chance for a last minute evacuation from our home during Hurricane Florence. The owner is very accommodating and checked in with us often regarding our stay and how things were at our home. My family is obsessed with the unit and entire complex from the beach access, pools to the beautiful grounds. We have never been to St Augustine and love the beach and old town. We will be back soon and will stay at this unit again. Highly recommend!

The owners have thought of everything in this wonderful condo just steps from the beach. Our family of four and two puppies had a great time. We are already planning our next trip.

We were lucky enough to stay here for the month of February, which happened to be one of the warmest on record. It was truly beautiful, but living at 205 Pacifica Vista Way for the whole month was our "home away from home". It certainly has everything you need and then some! It was cozy and comfortable and we truly loved everything about it.

We had a great time this property was well maintained and had everything we needed.

We stayed here in August of 2017. Isabel was very accommodating with our family who has several members with disabilities. Check in and out was a breeze, fully stocked condo, gorgeous ocean view, and quick and easy access to the pool and beach. This was our first time renting through VRBO and the process was very good. The condo was beautifully appointed and with many extra amenities for any need that one might have. This was a nice gesture provided by the home owner. Anything needed for a fun beach vacation was provided (chairs, umbrella, cart, toys and beach towels). For our month long stay it felt like home and the view from the balcony was exceptional. We did have one little glitch at the onset of our stay. There was a bit of confusion with the parking passes required by the complex and after several encounters was quickly resolved. However, I highly recommend this particular condo and would definitely choose again. Mary and Doug
