Great location, great property. We really enjoyed the place and it had all we needed and then some. The property manager was great and responsive to all questions and minor items that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 loved this property! It was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Beautiful views and we loved the fireplace. Property manager was very responsive. Location is perfect and everything in Telluride is walking distance. Highly recommend this property!

I specifically was searching for Ski in/out and this property was shown as Ski in/out and they also include this in the tile of the listing at this time. However, it’s 450-500 steps from this condo to the lift. There is a trail along the river that is slightly downhill, so it was possible in the mornings to walk 1/2 block to the trail and then ski/skate to the lift. However, when done with skiing it’s a 2 block walk. So I was disappointed that I was specifically looking for this ski in/out accommodation and this wasn’t it.
The Pros: easy walk to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and tall ceilings on the main floor. Also, the place had a lot of extras like cooking oil, aluminum foil, soap, etc. pretty view of the river.
Cons: not ski in/out. Walls are very thin between units and we could hear people talking (pretty clearly) in the adjacent unit. Zero storage space for suitcases - the owners lock the storage closest and the even the spaces under the beds are completely taken by owners clothes stored in plastic bins.

Loved it! Super clean. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Just overall a great place and we would happily stay there again. Management was super responsive. The owners would be pleased at how well their property is run. Could not ask for more in Telluride.

Lovely rivers edge setting along the San Miguel River in the town of Telluride. Property was clean, quiet and very comfortable for my wife and I. Great location near the base of the gondola, farmers market, Bear Creek trailhead, etc etc. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and setting. Would definitely return.

The condo was great for our family of 4, and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants in town and to the gondola to mountain village. With 2 kids 7 and 9, it could easily feel like a headache to get anywhere with skis, but it didn’t! Total win.

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Telluride! We loved everything about this condo. It was in a great location, had beautiful views, was well decorated, and had everything we needed. It also included nice extras like the steam shower, fireplace, and access to the community hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this place for a few reasons but the top two were we wanted a place that had views of the mountains / nature and a place that was a short walking distance to the restaurants and gondola. This townhome delivered way beyond my expectations on both and so much more!! The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and family room are on the second / top floor. The vaulted ceilings and the two levels makes the space feel so big a roomy that you can really relax when you are there. Our favorites: the views, being right on the river, the fireplace, the community jacuzzi, the beds, and how close it was to the restaurants and gondola. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay
This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Riverside and we loved this condo. Great location and the kitchen had everything we needed. Best mattresses ever! Great views, just all around great stay.

Great Unit & Perfect Location
This was a great unit to stay in for our week in Telluride skiing. It definitely met expectations based on the online listing and reviews - but the pictures online don't capture the high ceilings and sky lights of the living / dining / kitchen area top floor. It was awesome to get all the natural light throughout the day.
The location is great - on the river and two blocks to the lifts/gondola. Close to great restaurants and bars and to Colorado avenue for shopping/browsing. Also along the river trail to take you to other destinations in Telluride.
I'd definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful place in perfect location
I have to admit, this space could not have been better for myself, wife, and two year old daughter. Quick walk to the gondola for me to go skiing and amazing location for my family to enjoy the beautiful town of Telluride. If you have any doubts about where to stay in Telluride, I can’t emphasize enough how perfect this location is for all. In addition, Lauren (owner) and Victoria (property manager) were extremely responsive and helpful the entire time. To both of you, thank you for such a perfect experience in our first trip to Telluride!

Exceptional ski vacation spot
This was an exceptional place to stay. Great location, fully stocked with every amenity you might need, and very cozy and comfy place to hang when not skiing. Gorgeous views of the terrace overlooking the river. Phenomenal location for skiing as well -- just a few short blocks to Oak St lift and the Gondola. My stay could not have been better. Absolutely no complains. Loved it!!

Niece's wedding
Property was well maintained and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, etc.. My friend and I stayed in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 twin beds which were comfortable. The closet and drawer spaces were adequate for our needs. The living room furniture was also comfortable. The location of the condo was very convenient to the main street in town so we were able to walk and not drive. We did get tired of going up and down the stairs since both bathrooms were downstairs and the living room, kitchen and dining room were upstairs. Also, the ice maker didn't seem to provide very much ice at a time.

Very well appointed condo, lots of extras in the kitchen, lovely remodel too! Had a great stay. Could hear some neighbors in the night sometimes but that's life in the "big city"! Minor point-drawer space for clothes was tight in the master bedroom. Would stay again, highly recommended!

July in Telluride
Beautiful creekside location within short walk to town, restaurants, and gondola. Loved sitting on the deck to watch all of the activity down by the creek as well as being able to just step outside to soak my feet in the icy creek after a long day of hiking!

Anniversary trip
My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Telluride and this home made it even better. We spent most of our time outdoors hiking, biking, exploring and going to restaurants, but the home was so comfortable that we thoroughly enjoyed our downtime there as well. It is right at the trailhead for the Bear Creek Falls hike, plus it overlooks the San Miguel river with a gorgeous view of the mountains. There are several excellent restaurants, bike rental shops, and the gondola all within walking distance. It is breathtaking. The home is fully stocked, perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. This is definitely a great place to stay. Thank you!

Great place to stay
Our experience with this property, from initial inquiry to reservation to stay to check-out, was terrific. The condo was well-stocked and comfortable and the location was ideal - we parked our car and walked pretty much everywhere.

Amazing location in Telluride....
This property is in the most wonderful location -- right along the San Miguel river and just a quick walk to the gondola and all the great restaurants and shops in town. It is also at the Bear Creek trailhead -- a gorgeous 2 hour hike to a waterfall. The main living floor is updated and nicely appointed. The deck and master bedroom windows overlook the river (lovely view). The bedroom level could use some updating. The carpet needs to be stretched and it smells a little musty. Small price to pay for a perfect location.

Beautiful condo in a convenient location
We had a wonderful stay, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to several trailheads for hiking, and avoid having to worry about parking. Restaurants and the grocery store were also an easy walk. The condo was decorated beautifully, and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and enjoying the scenic view. Overall a terrific vacation.

We had a fabulous stay in Telluride even though it was during the pandemic. Our plans for dining out were altered but we did enjoy a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials to cook for ourselves several nights, and get carry out the other days!The living area is comfortable, the fireplace and riverside view spectacular and the location was fabulous!!It was a short 2 block walk (easy to do in ski boots) to the lift and gondola! The liquor store was 2 blocks away as well :) Plus the cute town of Telluride was right there!We loved it! And hope to be back next season to enjoy great skiing and dining out in town!

Great location, cozy condo
Took a long weekend of hiking in Telluride and found this place right off the river in town. Great walking distance to the hiking trails (Jud Wiebe, Bridal Veil Falls, Bear Creek, etc), 5 min walk to coffee downtown, close to all the restaurants, and open windows to hear the stream running right outside.
We found all the tools for cooking, no issues with the TVs or rooms, great little patio balcony to sit on outside.
Highly recommended, thanks for the stay. Our feet are sore from all the hiking but was worth it, and we never had to drive the car until we left!

Great Location! Awesome views!
This condo was in the perfect location. It’s just a couple of blocks from the gondola and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well. The condo is clean and comfortable and there is a balcony with a gorgeous view. We will definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!
The location could not be beat! It was great sitting on balcony and watching kids and dogs play in the river. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher didn’t clean plates thoroughly. I ran them again. It could have been user error. Wish there were screens on master bedroom windows so we could have kept them open at night. The upstairs got very hot in the afternoons even with balcony door and kitchen window open. Bet that is just a problem in August. The fan in the living area really helped. Housekeeping left towels in the dryer from last guests. I folded them and left them on guest bed. There was 2 squares of toilet paper left on roll in master bathroom. Really? And the bath/shower soap was almost empty so we had to go buy some.
All in all, it was a nice place. With a few nice touches, it could have been exceptional!

Nice place. Great location.
Great location right on the river. Short walk to gondola, and downtown shops and restaurants. Internet was spotty, and no good place to put bikes, other than leaving on car rack. But overall a very nice place.
