Great time

The property was exactly as advertised! We enjoyed a wonderful week in LBI and the home was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, had all of the general necessities and was a great location. The property manager, Lindsey checked in during our arrival and stated to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. This was the perfect rental for our week’s beach vacation and we would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location and providing all the beach toys, badges, wagon, chairs and bikes was great. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and the bay is 5. Restaurants, pickleball courts and a Wawa are within 2-3 blocks. Only thing I wish was that towels, sheets, soap & garbage bags would’ve been provided. It was a little frustrating to spend that much money and be asked to bring all of that.

Very clean and roomy place near beach!

This property was exactly as advertised! Lindsey was very communicative and we had everything we needed. My only advice to future renters is to bring bike locks as you never know if the guest before you misplaces them and doesn’t report it. Rookie mistake on my part. Other than that we had a great time and the location was PERFECT!

This house was awesome for the weekend. It was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Great place to hangout and close proximity to everything in town.

Relatively new renovations. Plenty of room. Bathrooms and kitchen could use updating. Owners are very nice and communication was good. Overall a good value.

Close to beach and bay. Easy to communicate any questions. Enough room for friends to visit. Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Will be back.

My kids loved being able to ride their bikes to the restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was not too far and the bay sunsets were beautiful.

I’ve been renting NJ beach houses on and off for 25 yrs. This house met and or exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful home in a great location.

We had a wonderful week in LBI. The property location was perfectly located for my teens to all activities.

well stocked and well kept

Property was clean and big, great spot for lbi. Just wish the shower heads detached that way is would be easier to clean the sand off the kids. Other then that, would recommend to others

There were also lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Some downsides: We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We knew we had to bring our own linens but the pillow and mattress covers were dirty/stained in the bunk room. We also were woken up by yelling in the morning from the other unit. Overall, it is a great location and we had a good time down the shore.

Lindsey and Nick made the whole process easy from start to finish, letting us get the most fun out of our time in LBI. The home was beautiful and in a great location - exactly what we needed for the four of us (husband, wife, 2 small children). We would absolutely look for this property again for our next visit to LBI!

The location was perfect! Close to both the beach and the bay. Also within walking distance to some great restaurants! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable LBI experience.

It's across the main road to get to the beach if you're walking, so we ended up driving some days and were able to find easy and available street parking. The house is in a great location to several restaurants within walking distance (including wawa), and the TD Bank & Meltdown ice cream shop are the next street over! The house itself was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with all our needs. The one drawback was having to bring our own bedding, but we were well aware of that before we arrived. Lindsey responded to all my questions and her intro email with details about the house for the week was extremely thorough & a great reference for us all week long. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again in the future!

The house was as advertised and the owners were terrific and very available to us. We had a great, albeit too short, stay that included me and my kids along with my brother and his kids. The location was convenient and the beach was beautiful. Thank you!
