Perfect place for a family vacation. Home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beach is just a few minutes walk away. Shopping, restaurants and boardwalk only a 10 minute walk away. Private pool and patio area at the house was beautiful. Loved sitting out on front porch in the mornings. Tennis courts were great and well maintained. Excellent place to stay and a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Even though the reviews were excellent, I really did not think it was possible to have such amenities. I still brought back up items but they were never needed. Staying in Casa Azul was like staying in a friends home. Everything you could imagine was there. All top quality items as well. The location could not be more perfect. Being so close to the beach and the town made it so nice for everyone in our family. We needed to reach out to the host who quickly responded and stayed connected throughout the week, Lynne was great! She even allowed us to get in a bit earlier since we arrived in the morning. I cannot say enough about the experience. You will not be disappointed! We are planning to return!

This property was exactly as advertised and absolutely wonderful. The space was perfect for our kids and their respective families. It was the best equipped vacation rental we've ever had and the location was excellent. The communication from the owner was outstanding. Though the weather wasn't great having the indoor pool at the clubhouse helped a lot. Highly recommended.

Everythi g about this stay was amazing. Communication, check in, the house, location, items available for use. It was better than what we were expecting and that was already a high expectation. Place is great and we will definitely be back!

This is our third year staying at Casa Azul, and as always, our stay was perfect! I still cannot get over how well stocked the house is with kitchen supplies, beach gear, and toiletries. It makes packing a breeze! The owner was kind enough to let us know that the house was clean and ready for check in over 3 hours before the promised time, so we got almost a whole extra beach day! We can’t wait to book our trip for next year!

This home was stocked with everything you could need for a stay in Duck! It was perfectly nestled close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Lynn was quick to respond if we needed anything. Absolutely loved our stay and most certainly will be back!!

Our family has been spending 2 weeks in the OBX each summer for the last 15 years. This year we also spent spring break week in the OBX. This was definitely the cleanest and most well stocked home of them all. The host provided everything we needed in abundance, and communicated with us before and during our visit to ensure all our needs were met. In a word, both the home and host were OUTSTANDING!

This was a great experience. We will return.

I'm a 5-star VRBO host as well and Lynn does a fantastic job! Her communication and thoughtfulness is outstanding. The house is exceptionally well stocked with everything you potentially need, add it's well maintained and regularly updated (linens, sheets, etc ). The best part is that she manages this directly herself, which makes this 100% of a better renter experience than what you get with Twiddy or the other local prop MGMT companies that have a stranglehold on the rentals and keep everything in a lackluster state. Definitely stay here, well worth it. We'll be back hopefully!

This was a fantastic home in a great location for our off-season OBX (no crowds) family vacation. Located midway between the community private beach and Four Seasons club house, everything is just a short, easy walk away. With 3 king bed suites, each adult couple in our party had their own space in this beautiful home, which is fully stocked with every amenity imaginable. The top level is spacious, and yet on the colder nights, comfortable & cozy around the fireplace. The dining table and media room are over the top. It was too cold to enjoy the back yard pool, but on the warmer days/evenings, the hot tub & hammock got some good use. Thanks McKenna family for a perfect spot to enjoy our vacation.

Our family of eight spent a wonderful Christmas and New Year's at Casa Azul at Four Seasons. This exceptional house was perfectly stocked for our holiday gathering, making us feel right at home. Its proximity to the charming downtown Duck meant delightful short walks to local shops and restaurants. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area were ideal for our festive meals. The variety of amenities, from the theater room to the game room, kept everyone entertained. It was truly a memorable holiday in a home that catered to all our needs.

Casa Azul is where we want to stay in the outer banks. It is perfect for our family.

The house was perfect for our family. We all had our own space when needed. Supplies for the house are over the top. If you're considering this house, believe what you read on what is supplied. You will save alot of packing.

We have been renting houses on VRBO for the last 15 years. This home was amazing, We wanted to rent a home to share with our family and first granddaughter. It was so much better than we ever expected. The property was beautiful from the outside to the interior. The home is on three levels, the movie room was such a great addition. The private pool was lovely and the paths behind the Home leading to the beach and to the waterfront shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The Home was impeccable. The house was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. There was no need to go shopping for any supplies except for refrigerated foods. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and then some. Lynn, the owner was available for any questions and sent detailed information before our check in and check out. She was also very helpful when we had questions months before our arrival. The community center is perfect for indoor, swimming, exercise rooms, and ping-pong tables. We have not stopped talking about our beautiful stay in Duck, North Carolina. If you are looking for a memorable stay, don’t hesitate to stay in Duck and rent Lynn’s beautiful Casa Azul.

We had a great experience at this home. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and the house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space was wonderful and it was in a great neighborhood.

I would prefer to keep it a secret to have it all for ourselves. This place is well stocked, great location and I couldn’t ask for more. Walking distance to the beach, clubhouse, shops, but you won’t have to venture out if you don’t want to. The house’s pool, hot tub, pool table and hammocks will meet all your vacation needs.

Our family has made many trips to the Outer Banks over the years and this home was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in. Property was clean, and well-stocked when we arrived. You literally can just bring your clothes and settle right in and start relaxing. Property owner went above and beyond keeping in touch with us throughout our stay. The beach, and Duck were both just a short walk. Really appreciated the dedicated path to both so you could avoid walking on the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this property to others.

This property does have everything you need! And, I mean everything. If we had a thought about what we needed, we just had to look and they had it and not in small quantities but in generous quantities. This is the first rental I have been to where I didn't have to run to the store to purchase anything except groceries. What an absolute value that is to anyone who chooses this property to stay at! Very close to DUCK which is a super cute town and not far at all to the Wright Brothers excursion. And, a very short walk to the beach. Literally has it all!

We had an amazing time at this Duck rental over Christmas. The house is so well stocked with everything you could need and the owner was very accommodating for our large group— it made our stay relaxing and hassle-free. We enjoyed all of the features: walking on the beach, the hot tub, the pool table, the home theater and karaoke machine. And the home is an easy walk to the great shops and restaurants in Duck (and we were happy to find around half were still open around the Holidays). I can’t recommend this home more- definitely the best one we have rented.

Casa Azul at Four Seasons was the perfect choice for our “Brothers and Gals Excellent Duck Adventure.” It’s been thirty years since we’d visited Duck, always before in summer, but December in Duck was a wonderful experience for our family group of seniors.. This home is a 5-star retreat: beautiful well-appointed home (decor, cleanliness, gathering spaces), perfect location (a 4 minute walk to the beach and Community Center), everything we could have possibly needed right there! We all enjoyed a movie every evening in the theater room. The staff at the Community Center was welcoming (great pool, weight room and pickle ball!). Winter in Duck is quiet, yet there’s still so much to do around the Outer Banks. Thank you McKennas for sharing your home with us. Hey everybody, Casa Azul is calling and you must go!

Everyone in our group thought the house was perfect. Kids loved the hot tub, closeness to beach and playground. The adults loved the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and large dining table for meals & games.

We had an amazing trip. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed so we could travel light. Would definitely book again!

Casa Azul is in a great location and the house itself was excellent for my birthday weekend with friends! Communication with the owners was very simple and there were many supplies available to ease our stay.

Casa Azulejo was a beautiful, spacious house with plenty of amenities such as the pool, spa and game room, to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed the beach, the sound and the town of Duck. We hope to return next year. We had our daughter from Montana join us and she was the first to ask if we could do this vacation again.
