Great views of ocean and golf course. Love all the extras toys for beach and pool. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything with the condo was perfect. From the amazing view outside to everything included inside. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next trip to Kailua-Kona.

What a great spot for a vacation. We had a wonderful stay at this great location, facilitated by amenities within the condo...staple goods, condiments and seasonings in the fridg and pantry were such an unexpected delight since we chose to cook all of the time. Hawaii is expensive for groceries, so this was such a bonus for us. Water toys in good condition for guest use, books, games & puzzles for down time too. The pool was lovely. View of the 12th hole of the golf course from the deck was very entertaining. Spectacular sunsets as well from the deck, some with the added gift of the "green flash"! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! Beautiful view from the lanai, well stocked kitchen, lovely swimming pools and tennis courts with pickleball lines and paddles available for checkout. The owner is very responsive to questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Truly a comfortable condo in so many ways! We enjoyed the space the condo had to offer. Two king bedrooms and two baths on the main floor that have plenty of room and closet space. The loft has a bedroom minus the door and a smaller bathroom. The open area at the top of the stairs has two pull out single beds my son put together for a very comfortable sleep. The kitchen is stocked with spices and about every small appliance you may need, we added a coffee press to the items! Our weather was perfect so we spent lots of time on the lanai watching the waves come in and enjoying the 12th hole. When we cooked at the condo we ate at the lanai table. The last morning I saw a whale! At sunset people gathered along the edge of the golf course to enjoy the view. The closet in the lanai has snorkels, boogie boards, and other outdoor items. If you need some inside time due to weather there are books, puzzles, and games to play. We also love our football so we watched some games on TV. The ocean pool was our favorite. The views are spectacular. Another pool is attached to the condo office with indoor activities. We did not check that out because the weather was fabulous the entire time. We packed light because we knew there were plenty of towels and laundry facilities in the condo, such a luxury not having to check baggage. Thank you for the lovely condo, comfortable amenities, and attention to detail.

Lovely condo with ocean and golf course views. Air conditioning is a must in October/November and the unit stayed relatively cool, even upstairs. Comfortable beds and every amenity you might desire. Great beach resources. Kitchen is well stocked so you don't have to buy many extras. Upstairs has a nice seating area, as well as a double bed which is nice. The perfect stay. My family and I were extremely impressed with the property. Check-in was easy, the house was very clean, and the view could not have been better. It was an incredible week at this beautiful home.

We stayed in this condo for six nights and it was perfect! There were five of us and we had plenty of room. Every meal that we had at “home”, we ate out on the lanai with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. Sunsets from here are incredible! Everything was well stocked and we had no need to contact the owner with any issues. If we are back in the area, we would love to stay here again! Highly recommend this unit!

Very nice place. Lots of little things like spice and non perishable food items to make it seem like home. Lots of room for seven people. Excellent location on the 12th hole of the golf course with great views of the ocean. Recommended!

My family of 5 stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased! The accommodations were very spacious allowing everyone to spread out. So many amenities were thoughtfully provided that we had everything we needed and more. Mornings and evenings were spent on the lanai taking in the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. We found the condo to be a good location for venturing to other parts of the island. We also appreciated the safe gated community and assigned parking. Mahalo for your hospitality!

The condo was as listed and we loved sunset on the lanai.

We enjoyed the sunset, watching the golfers, the peace and quiet, and general location in the complex. There were only 4 of us so we never used the upstairs. The unit had everything we needed especially in the kitchen where we cooked meals most of the nights. Most of us had our own snorkel gear but we did find the beach chairs to come in handy. We appreciated the nummy welcome basket and the communication with Leslie. Thanks John for sharing your clean, stocked and finely decorated condo. We hope to be back!

This property was amazing. It was very clean and welcoming. We felt right at home immediately. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. All the necessities were right where we needed them—from kitchen essentials, to beach essentials, everything down to the sunburn ointment! The beds were very comfortable and the towels were luxurious. We loved the ocean view pool and listening to the waves crash. We also enjoyed using the tennis and ping pong equipment every morning. It is a great location. Very quiet and serene, but short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping and markets. The 2 hour drive to see the active volcano was well worth the time. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfection!! Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

this is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Everything is first rate. This was our first time renting a condo and it will not be our last. We so much enjoyed our time here. Waking up and being able to sit in the lanai and enjoy our coffee was just magical. The resort is also beautiful and we spent several evenings out by the ocean pool watching the sunset. My only suggestion is a small one.. it would be to add a set of steak knives to your utensils.. we grilled a steak one night and had to share a knife to cut it... Mahalo, a hui hou

The property was wonderful and exactly as represented on the VRBO listing. The oceanview/golf course setting was stunning. Property amenities were first class and well maintained. Very prompt, courteous responses from the owner and local property manager. This condo is special!

Nicely outfitted condo.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo and we loved every minute we were here. Everything from location, cleanness, quality, furniture, decoration, linen was near perfect. Things went smoothly from beginning to the end with clear detailed instruction of how to check in/out and to use the unit. John was responsive to any questions. The view from the condo is peaceful with the sound of crashing waves and birds. We paid for A/C but did not need to use it much during our stay. The loft can be warm but our family of four did not need that area. The fans were good enough for us for the main floor. We could not see the beautiful sunset from our balcony maybe due to this time of the year. The sunset was blocked by the next building on the left side of this unit. However, we watched it from the golf court in front of the unit and it was gorgeous. There are no swimmable beaches in walking distance, but it took only 5'-10' driving to near by beaches for swimming and snorkeling. We saw a dozen of sea turtles at Honokohau Beach, 15' south of Kona airport. The parking lot in the same ground of the farmer market Kona downtown is free. However, the public parking right next to it costs $12/hour. Restaurants were crowded and it was hard to find outdoor seatings. Overall, we loved our trip and the condo. Definitely recommend it without any reservations and will return.

Rented from John (owner) the first week of January 2022. Had to reschedule 2021's visit due to COVID and John was great to deal with and accommodated our changes. The condo is very well stocked with little things like extra towels, beach supplies, and condiments. The condo is also in excellent shape, has a great view of the golf course and ocean, and is in a great location just south of Kailua. It accommodated our family of 6 easily and we would definitely stay here again.

This well appointed condo was perfect for our two week vacation. Everything is exactly like the photos! We spent many hours just reading and relaxing on the lanai while enjoying the view of the ocean and the golf course. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that I have experienced in a vacation rental; lots of glassware, cookware, dishes, utensils and condiments. The beds are comfortable, the linens are of good quality, and the showers updated and roomy. There is a large grocery store five minutes away as well as Kona Country Club which has a good happy hour. The condo is located only 14 minutes from Kona so going in for lunch, dinner, and shopping was very convenient. We recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to the Big Island.

I messaged him through VRBO several times and never got a response. So this made me nervous. However, I did receive auto-generated confirmation emails which put my mind at ease that I'll actually have a place to stay upon arrival.Overall highly recommend this condo. Thank you for providing a great place for our family to lodge in.

This was a beautiful well maintained beautifully furnished property with a spectacular view. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs back area lacked ventilation making it hard to sleep.
