We love everything about Kate’s house! We highly recommend it to everyone!

I don’t know where to start because there is so much to say about our host, Kate, her thoughtfulness, the house, the location & the truly wonderful time that we enjoyed there. The house, terrace and grounds are beautiful, outside is immaculate, so pretty with views of the mountains and inside is spotless, warm, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you can possibly think of is provided for you so you have a worry free stay & feel like you’re in your own home, including a tray with every kind of battery, a walk in closet with extra towels, sheets, comforters & pillows. The bedroom with bunk beds has blackout curtains, there is a high chair & even a port-a crib & high chair! This was an early birthday celebration for me with my two sons and their families; we felt right at home from the minute we walked in, especially as Kate had left me a lovely gift of a cake, a bottle of wine & a balloon. What a welcome!! My granddaughters loved the basement with the Corn hole game, Jenga, ping pong and basketball. Despite their young ages, they tried everything!! There is a wonderful family room upstairs with a fabulous, comfy sectional couch, game table & tons of Wi games, nothing has been left out! We were blessed with perfect weather & being able to walk into town or to Shaws to pick up a few things, added to how perfect the location was. We felt so at home, Kate was responsive & concerned and everything added up to us having a truly wonderful time (I ran out of characters to say more!)

This home was perfect for our entire family to gather - 4 bedrooms with 4 on-suite baths plus a 1/2 bath. Close to all activities … dinning, golf, hiking, shopping. Grocery store just up the street. Excellent food truck for breakfast and lunch within walking distance. Great house, great area. Manchester has a lot to offer. Enjoyed our stay!

What a great home for a family wedding weekend. The home was spacious and decorated beautifully. We had a wonderful time all weekend long. Great golf, shopping and dinners…Manchester has everything you need and all close by!

We didn't know what to expect, as we hadn't been to the area before. It was a beautifully maintained house close to downtown. We loved it. The house was well maintained and had everything you need. And Katie was wonderful to work with. We would definitely rent again should we be back in the area.

This home is immaculately maintained, perfectly located and had more than enough space for our two families during a VT ski weekend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely with lots of room. We could walk into town, yet the location was still very quiet. The property manager was easy and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

The house was amazing and couldn’t be in a better location. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in town and a quick drive to Bromley and Stratton! We had 10 people in the house (6 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. We’re already thinking about booking this property again!

What a wonderful house. Plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. Beds were cozy. En-suite bathrooms are so nice. House stocked with everything you need. Corn hole in the basement added to the fun. Close to shopping yet tuck away, private and quiet. This was just perfect for our annual girls weekend and we will be back!!

Family traveled in from LA, Washington, NC, NH, MA, NY and TX for a glorious family wedding celebration. The home was perfection! The Vrbo was wonderful and I thought it worked out very well logistically. It was a very comfortable and well taken care of house, with very clear and helpful instructions in the booklet. The owner was responsive for any questions. It was a great experience overall.

All good things to say. Very good location. Private, walkable (atypical for the town), spacious, comfortable, and premium finishes (eg, can cook in a real kitchen). Would stay again.

Katie made what could have been a real upset to our 5 days together (hot water heater leak) into just a bump in the road. The 8 of us had a great time at the house and in the Manchester area! Beautiful home!

The house is well situated to walk to town and set in a beautiful location with great views and outdoor patio. House is clean and recently updated and has several fun amenities (video game table, ping-pong, arcade basketball). Owner and/or property manager were available and responded quickly to our inquiries. Look forward to staying there again.

Our family just returned from this fabulous home and loved every minute of our stay. This was our 2nd year renting. The house has everything you'll ever need to make your stay wonderful. Extremely welcoming giant home that has a great mix of integrated group spaces and private, cozy rooms. Equipped with everything you could think of for a relaxed, fun-filled hang-out with family and/or friends. Beautiful setting, easy access to the town, quiet. Just perfect!
