We happened to be staying during a week of unusual snow and freezing temperatures. The “cabin” as our grandson called the home was very warm and cozy. My husband enjoyed the hot tub daily despite the snow falling and below freezing temperatures! This was our second stay here and I know we will be back. Everything was provided for our comfort. Beautiful views of the mountains too.

Stayed here with 2 adults & 4 teenagers. Plenty of space. Easy check-in & check-out process. The unit was well stocked with kitchen & bathroom supplies. Very clean. Nice hot tub on the back deck. Full laundry with 2 humidifiers. Located in a quiet, older residential neighborhood. Very close to the grocery store. Easy drive to Winter Park Resort. The unit itself is older. The only negative was that one of the bedroom baseboard heaters didn't work. Everything else was great.

The communication, including complete and thorough step by step instructions on everything, from the hot tub, to the TV, to the fireplace were outstanding! The cleanliness and upgrades to the interior we exceptional. We will not hesitate choose this property again. Our host made us feel like we were staying with family, instead of renting from a stranger.

Very comfortable feel! We enjoyed all the little touches that make it feel homelike. We had some very nice walks on the Fraser River Trail (close to the house and near the Winter Park Resort). But our favorite activity was the hot tub on the deck. Beautiful mountain view during the day, and fabulous star filled skies in the evenings. A couple issues did come up, but very impressed with the owner's quick response. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome condo and Shannon was so welcoming with brownies and wine! Husband could walk to river and fish which thrilled him!

We came with some friends and our kids. The backyard was great for playing frisbee and going outside. We used their fishing poles and taught our kids some basic fishing at the river behind the house. The hot tub was great for the evening. We had dinners on the back porch and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything you need in a kitchen and house.

Shannon’s mountain stay was perfect for our getaway! Kitchen was fully stocked! Loved having hot tub towels provided. Each night we enjoyed the nighttime sky from the hot tub!

This is a cozy and wonderful house to stay at in Fraser, CO. We had plenty of space to lounge in the living room and kitchen area. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and the house was well stocked. Shannon was very helpful and quick to respond any questions we asked. It's only about a 12 min drive to the Mary Jane parking lot at Winter Park and a 3 min drive to downtown Fraser. Overall, a very convenient and lovely home. I would happily stay here again.

Great location for family. View is great, specially from the hot tub. Kids loved seeing the Moose in the neighborhood. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in Winter Park-Fraser area and this is now at the top of the list. The brownies and wine from the host was great and a welcome site after a long journey.

This house had everything we needed and more. It was well stocked, comfy, safe, and in a beautiful location. It is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Fraser and Winter Park. Everything was so close with so many things to do. Safeway shopping, tubing, movie theatre, skiing, sleigh ride, numerous restaurants and more all so close. We would definitely return.

I stayed at this property with my four year old daughter and my mother. It was clean and spacious with lovely views. We all loved it and enjoyed our time. It was convenient to several shopping and dining options and not a bad drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would all recommend!

Owners are very responsive and thoughtful. Best place by far we have stayed everything worked and was accurate to the advertisement. Place was nice and quiet . Full stocked kitchen included all spices ,coffee,sugar, creamer. Owners want the the experience to be great and personable. We will stay again great pricing.

We came for a week of relaxation and motorcycle riding in the mountains. The house was super convenient to many beautiful rides. The property was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was the highlight after a day on the road.

Beautiful and relaxing
Shannon's house is perfect! There were 4 of us (two couples) and we had plenty of space for cooking and relaxing inside and out. The hot tub is very nice and behind the deck is a lovely open space next to the river. It's just a short stroll to the Fraser River trail which is so beautiful-wildflowers, bridges, little and bigger branches of the river. There is a bird feeder, so sitting at the outside deck also means a bird watching opportunity. The inside is beautiful and very comfortable. We loved our time here and all want to return!

Great Location with Great Views
The property was perfect for our family of 4! Plenty of family games, hot tub, & nice sized backyard space for the kiddos to play. Great location near river trail; just a couple minutes from town, but tucked away & peaceful. Shannon was awesome to work with & was super thoughtful (had special snacks waiting for us)! It was our first trip to Colorado, and it was a great experience & stay! We’ll definitely be back!!
