We had stayed here two years previous to Covid. This is a great spot close to the beach with good neighbours. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Sara is a fantastic host and is always making sure your stay is the best. You can’t go wrong renting this house!! Enjoy.

Made a great trip magical!
We stayed for a month and it was great to swim every day and slip over to the beach whenever we wanted. The property owner is great to connect with and very accommodating! We had so much fun. If we return to the area for a vacation, we will book again!

We loved everything about our stay! Everything was perfect! Sara is an awesome host who has thought of all the details big and small to make her home into the very best vacation spot . We stayed for 5 weeks in May/June, and we can’t wait to go back. The house was very clean and the furniture, including the beds, was nice and comfortable. The backyard is surrounded by tropical foliage that makes it feel like you are in your own tropical paradise when you are using the pool or lawn furniture. The beautiful beach is just an easy 1/4 mile walk away, and you will have it mostly to yourself as there is no public parking nearby. We’re pretty picky and this place absolutely exceed our expectations.

We loved everything about our stay! Everything was perfect! Sara is an awesome host who has thought of all the details big and small to make her home into the very best vacation spot . We stayed for 5 weeks in May/June, and we can’t wait to go back. The house was very clean and the furniture, including the beds, was nice and comfortable. Rented property for me month.
Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean with arrival, had 3 child life vests, all pool towels and beach toys and chairs. Kitchen well appointed. Host was great with communication.
Neighborhood very peaceful with beach a 4 minute walk away.

Beautiful home with steps to the beach!
We loved that beach chairs, toys, bikes, and games were all available for our use. Sara had a welcome packet with are restaurants and numbers all to our avail. The pool was a little chilly but Sara was proactive with the pool maintenance. We would definitely stay there again!

Getting out of a northern winter to NSB is the best!
The house is modern, easy to keep clean. Well located for everything.
Staying in to cook dinner is great, everything needed is there. Morning coffee on the back by the pool was a treat.
Sara is so accommodating! All calls were answered quickly. She took good care of us and we appreciate that.
Got to see a space launch 🚀 , went to Cape Canaveral National Seashore for free on MLK Jr day, discovered the walkway on the dunes and saw gopher tortoises 🐢. We get the pass for the drive on beach so even on windy , cool days we could watch the windsurfers.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach which we loved, and they had everything you needed for a day at the beach. We also loved that there weren't many people on the beach where the boardwalk was, so we pretty much had the beach to yourself. The owner as excellent to deal with and she has truly thought of almost everything you could need while you're there. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My husband and myself, our daughter, and our 2 grandsons aged 9 and 11 enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The boys loved the pool and the screened in outdoor area is well furnished and comfortable. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Our daughter took the boys to Lego Land one day, and to Universal Harry Potter another. We will most likely be back to New Smyrna Beach because there is so much to do.

Great stay
Nice home and pool. Short walk to beautiful beach. Well equipped kitchen. I don’t believe bed in second bedroom is a queen but is more size if full/double. A great place to experience the area.

Family trip to Florida
Everything was great. The house was very clean and in great condition. It is in a nice, quiet location and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the bikes and pool, as well as the other beach supplies provided. We would definitely stay here again!

January get away
It was so nice to get out of the northern winter to the beautiful beach town of New Smyrna Beach. Delicious food in every restaurant! A grocery store close by. Sunsets to remember. A 4 minute walk to the beach as advertised. We bought the pass for the drive on beach and did that every day!
The house is so easy to stay in. A laundry room, well stocked kitchen, comfy living room made inside living great. The pool and patio outside are shielded from the wind, so even a breezy day was spent out there.
No problems communicating with Sara. She answers all questions quickly. She was a big help to us. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.
