This property did not disappoint! With two young children, it was wonderful to have a playground across the street in addition to the beach only one block away! Such a cozy place with a quiet street but still close to everything we wanted to do!

We enjoyed our experience. The place was super clean and comfortable. Parking was ample and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to great restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Beach was super close, too. The deck was nice and spacious. We never used the laundry room but took a peak and it was well stocked with beach toys and rafts. If you choose this location be sure to bring a USB adapter because unlike hotels there are none. The check in process was easy and my family had a great time. Thank you!

Cute house, very well stocked! Owner was really easy to communicate with! Very clean house and property! Quiet neighborhood, lots of good restaurants bear by. We enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of when we will return!!!

We stayed in the back apartment (left driveway), and loved it. Vadim has done a great job setting the place up. It's clean, well appointed, and designed for long beach days (hosing off sandy feet, doing wet/laundry, etc.). Location is epic: 16th Street entry to Indian Rocks Beach is a stone's throw away, totally walkable, and right next to Guppy's (get the fish tacos for lunch). If you have small kids, like we do, the park across the street is handy, CVS is right down the street (perfect for re-stock of sunscreen & bandaids). And be sure to get some ice cream at the Kooky Co-Conut, further up the road. The drive to Clearwater is short & easy, which was great for us. Our kids attended day camp at the aquarium every morning. So we were really thrilled w/the location. Thanks again Vadim! We plan to return in 2020!

This was a lovely rental, nicely decorated and very spacious. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels for the beach. Only one short block, 3 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas provided. The owner, Vadim, checked in with us to verify everything was ok shortly after our arrival. We liked it so much we have booked it for next year.

The location is ideal. Everything you need is there. The parking is great. Restaurants and entertainment is everywhere. We will be back.😁

Owners have gone the extra mile to make this a beautiful and relaxing home away from home. We had difficulty with the wifi the day we arrived and our last two days. Not sure if it was weather related. Beach access is perfect...so close. Our adult family of 4 had all the room we needed to spread out or come close whenever we wanted. One bathroom was sometimes an issue but that was no surprise. It was a wonderful week!!!!

Tucked away. Would be great for a family with the nearby park, tennis courts , bball and playground. We found it had everything we needed. Very adequate covered parking. One block off a great stretch of gulf blvd right across from IRB municipal beach and not as congested as other spots. Only accessible by stairs so keep that in mind😉

Very nice place. Clean. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Vadim is a nice gentleman and is nearby if needed.

Don and Louise P. We are Canadian snow birds that had the good fortune to stay here for 3 months in 2015/16. Located close to restaurants and beach access, we did not have to drive anywhere. The contact person was very personal and attentive to any requests we had, which were few since everything was included. Louise appreciated the kitchenware, which allowed us to eat in when desired. Prima Vida was very enjoyable, and we highly recommend it.

The owner, Vadim, was extremely pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy during our stay. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and right near the park. Our family (2 adult and 3 Children- age 9 and under) stayed at the front unit of the house. We were looking for a nice place to stay when we drive down from VA. This is our 4th time staying at Indian Rocks Beach and I truly think we have found "our Vacation Home" in this quiet town. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the playground. It was nice to walk to different restaurants and just loved that we could park "under the house". I love to put my children in a cooler car:) The unit had everything we could ask for and we really felt at home. As a mom I loved that the unit was clean and well organized so we didn't have to worry about the tiny things my kids would move around. Thank you for your flexibility so we could stay a little bit longer on our last day. We will be back when we are not being overseas visiting families and friends.

My family of 4 stayed at this wonderful location for Spring Break. The unit was very nice and had all of the supplies you need, plus more, for a comfortable stay. It is not on the main street, so it is nice and quiet. Directly across the street is a park that the whole family enjoyed. We played tennis and basketball together every day. The beach is just a short walk across the main street. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. My boys would recommend Keegan's for the octopus bites (they were feeling adventurous). My husband thought that the best grouper sandwich was at Crabby Bills, which is a short drive away. We also rented a sailboat in Clearwater for 2 fun days. If we ever return to Indian Rocks Beach for vacation, I would not hesitate to book this vacation rental again!

We enjoyed our stay in this property on Indian Rocks Beach. It was very easy to walk to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to local restaurants. Or we could easily eat in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could need. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again. I only wish we could have had a pool. It was nice to be able to do laundry there also. We look forward to going back again. I even walked to the library across from the park.

What a hidden gem just a short walk across the street to the ocean!! The location is perfect, and the unit is very nicely appointed (loved the luxurious linens!). The unit had everything that we needed (and we cooked), and it was very spacious (2 adults and 2 teens). We really appreciated the little extras (tennis rackets/balls to use on the court, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels) that were the icing on the cake. Washer and dryer, along with laundry soap, were also available. Vadim and Kari were lovely--always there when we needed them and gracious about local recommendations. The local restaurants were within very easy walking distance and offered a lot of variety. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Exactly as described and a great place for our family of four. The house is newly remodeled, elegant, funky, and very functional. Absolutely delightful. The owners were accommodating and easy to work with, quick to respond to our requests. The two queen sized beds were very comfortable, but with two teenage children, our only wish was that there was a third bedroom instead of having to sleep on the sofa sleeper in the living room, but we knew that’s what the sleeping arrangements were before we arrived so no surprise. The kitchen is well appointed with all beautiful new appliances, even a blender! The beach is just a block away, a two minute walk, with lots of restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Indian Rock Beach is so beautiful. Much less crowded than Clearwater Beach. Lots of shells to pick and wildlife to see. There was a resident crane that visited us most nights. There is a lovely park right across the street from the house with tennis and basketball courts, a Little League field, a skate park, etc. Great for kids of all ages. The house has tennis rackets to use, beach chairs, beach umbrella - everything you could possibly need. Even laundry facilities which came in handy for beach and bath towels. The owners have a binder with lots of recommendations for eating, shopping, and other activities. We'd go back in a heartbeat and certainly will recommend it to others. We couldn’t have been happier with the house. Many thanks for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
